I'm extremely impressed with One Pharmacy's customer service. My father's prescription could have cost him a considerable amount of out of pocket fees; yet, they were able to find ways to make it much more affordable. They didn't have to do this but went the extra mile. In the years we've gone to CVS, not one person ever assisted in this manner. Jenny, the pharmacist, is extremely responsive and available. This is really important to me given that I live out of state and assist my parents who live in SoCal. Jenny is a Sorceress when it comes to dealing with insurance companies and getting your medications approved. Jenny was able to get all of my prescriptions synchronized so that I only have one delivery per month, what a time saver! I live quite a distance from the pharmacy, so they deliver to me every month. I love this pharmacy. Jenny's the BEST pharmacist I've ever had. She doesn't only truly care about her patients but she's also extremely good at what she does. I don't often write reviews but it would be a missed opportunity if I didn't share my phenomenal experience with One Pharmacy in Fountain Valley. Actually, I hate to even refer to it as a "pharmacy" because they have not acted like a business or treated me like a customer, I have felt like a beloved member of their family; they have shown such deep and genuine interest. Honestly, I feel like they are on this health journey with me. They've kept tabs on my medications to make sure I don't run out. When we were having trouble with the US Postal Service, they sent a courier to deliver my medication to my door. Jenny has gone the extra mile repeatedly to help me understand and navigate my situation and has put me in touch with resources that help with the cost of medications and medical treatment. She has even called me during her vacation when, I needed assistance. All this amazing treatment isn't because I've been a long-standing customer, they've treated me this way since day one. They have shown me a genuine caring beyond measure. They have helped me in ways that are beyond my realm of thinking. For all this, I am grateful beyond words. read more

This local pharmacy's staff, especially Jenny and Karen (but all others are also great) are incredibly efficient, kind and professional. My daughter needs blood test results for monthly medication; and before with the large Walmarts, CVSs, pharmacies it was a constant struggle to get the results and medicine. We had to call for blood results ourselves and on and on. This smaller local pharmacy staff does all the work for us with the insurances, labs, and they make sure she gets this important medicine on time. They also care and are always so very helpful with all issues and problems that arise with insurance, etc., and even point out improvements we did not know about. It is quite unbelievable in todays times to experience such professionalism and great customer service and care. We're so very happy to have found this unbelievable great best pharmacy I have every used. Pharmacy One honestly has a passion we could only wish all our medical industry professionals would have in these chosen careers. To truly have heartfelt desire to give their 100% in caring for their patients. It's a shame we can have more Pharmaceutical Businesses really place their emphasis on honest, being there for you, doing their highest achievement in providing this much needed caring professions, putting their patients first, and foremost, actual care for each individually. They are a little bit pricey than the big box retailers. But the service you receive is so worth it. They'll even do their best to give you their best honest price.. Just remember Big Box retailers buy their supplies in massive built. So they are charged much less then our "Mom & Pop" small town pharmacies. It's hard to keep a small business when their up against the "Walmarts, CVS's." But, when you call your Pharmacist, can say "Hi Nick" and he knows you and asks "how your doing, feeling, what can he do for you... To feel better quick... If you need anything further...
