Great pharmacy! I love their location since they're location right next door to the Fountain Valley Hospital as well as my Dad's office.

Zero stars if I could…read more I called to check the status of my medication. The person who answered didn't greet me or say anything, so I explained the reason for my call. He abruptly responded, "Name?" After I gave him my name, he put me on hold without saying a word. A few minutes later, he came back on the line, but I couldn't clearly hear what he said, so I politely asked him to repeat it. His response was, "We're super busy in the store, okay? Your medication is ready," and then he hung up. The next day, I went through the drive-thru to pick up my medication. I waited for a while, and no one greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. I finally pressed the call button, and the woman who answered rudely said, "We saw you. We're busy in the store." I'm not sure why they seem to think customers can somehow see how busy they are over the phone or through the drive-thru speaker. Being busy is understandable, but there's no reason to be rude. A simple, "Thank you for waiting. We'll be right with you," would have made all the difference. Courtesy and basic customer service shouldn't disappear just because the store is busy.

This is a ZERO star review…read more As a member of Yelp, I try to be very objective about the places that I go so that it helps others make informed decisions on where to eat or get various forms of help. I am proud to be an Elite member. However in this instance, I am a very upset father. I have two daughters that have Nephrotic Syndrome, a kidney disease. One has already had a transplant and the other is on dialysis awaiting her transplant. For my daughter who has had her transplant she is on certain medications that require a very strict schedule and cannot be missed. Now my daughter does have a tendency to order her refills late, but on this case that was not the issue. So I called in the refill and it was to be ready at 3:15PM. So I call at 5 to make sure it is ready and it says it will be ready at 4 PM which told me they did not it in stock because for some reason they don't stock enough of this medication. So, I am waiting on hold for an hour. Not 5 minutes or 10 minutes, an hour. 1 person in front of me for an hour, ummm no. That is what you call laziness and not wanting to pick up the phone. They had two people working along with the pharmacist. And not one of you can answer the phone. GARBAGE So I hang up and call the store manager. Not there but shift lead answers and says she will transfer me to the pharmacy losing the direct line. What happens, no one answers. So I call back again and I tell her I will wait while she gets them on the phone. Finally the pharmacist answers and says they don't have the full amount but can fill a partial. That is fine, but answer the freaking phone. You are not that busy, it is just laziness on the part of your employees. It is pitiful for someone to have to go through that. It is very unprofessional and a very bad look. It is not the first time I had to wait on hold but it was never that long by a lot. Get your act together and make sure your employees act accordingly. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

Crazy prices compared to cvs no wonder the store is almost empty but their opening 24hrs is service to community.

As for the rest of the store, the people who have assisted us have been kind, quality products as one would expect, and the supply is good- never out of what we need. I realized I haven't written a review, so here it is. I had a great experience with the photo department, in particular, Paul, who processed our order of poster-sized enlargements (same-day service I was surprised to discover was offered here) and he was very helpful and fast. Thank you, Paul! The young man who rang up our order was very kind. I am shocked at the bad reviews for this store on yelp. I find them out-of-character for the store, many with poor grammar, that sound like they were written by people who are probably always mad about something. This is a nice store, a great location, and deserves WAY more stars than it has received.

Turns out it's $17.25/roll pre-tax (total = $18.76). - In my opinion, that price's a lil extortionate for such low-quality photos thru an outdated service. Must be the low supply. . Tip: when taking pics on a film camera, prioritize snaps outdoors. If you have to take indoors, highly recommended to use flash. If wanna capture legible text, make sure the font is large. . Note: Fujifilm develops your film, but you can't visit them directly (they don't have their own local retailers because the modern tech switch to digital media has obsoleted film photography), so you have to visit outsourcers like Walgreens. 12/24/25: Visited here to submit my disposable camera for film development. Staff will send my item out to Fujifilm. Thank you Hayley & Yelp Elite for the Yelpies award and the fun disposable camera! + Walgreens was my best option to submit the film. CVS was my other option. Surprisingly, Staples doesn't provide this service. Neither does UPS Store. And I rly don't wanna visit USPS... + Polite, helpful staff. + Good amount of parking. - Disappointed the process will take +2 weeks. Should I have taken my cam directly to a Fujifilm building? - Panhandler right by the front door.

This Walgreens is neat on the outside, but pretty basic on the inside. I also felt it was a little empty in the front (near the register), it lacked products and staff. I came in on a Friday and was not greeted, a little more customer service would go a long way in otherwise sleepy store like this. The rest of the store is well-stocked with gifts, flowers and stuffed friends (Squishmallows). I found an excellent supply of CHANSEY Squishmallows from Pokemon and my heart was overjoyed. We came in to buy some flowers for a deceased relative down the street at the Westminster Memorial. My parents said the single roses were $5 each and the bouquets were very expensive! We adapted and bought some flowers, but this felt a little excessive on the store's part. This location is right off Beach and has a 30 min. parking limit.

This is my new Go-To CVS when in Orange County…read more It's a small CVS but usually well stocked, clean, well lit, smells good, has a positive vibe with helpful, sometimes friendly employees. For people that don't live in the LA area--coming to this CVS from an LA CVS is like going from the dungeon to the penthouse. It's a whole other system and distribution and product availability in the LA market I have been told -- than OC so I am always happy to shop in an OC CVS--especially this one. This CVS has their own large easy free parking lot--enter from Beach or Warner. My only beef is that because they don't want to have to clean up from the homeless that like to use a restroom for 30 minutes to SSS, they tell all their customers that the restroom is out of order. One time they let me use it and it was the most beautiful restroom of any public restroom ever except some of the newer Irvine City Parks. This CVS restroom is nicer and cleaner than most people have at home.

This time I received the butt-end of his "customer service.". It's always a hit or miss when it's time to check-out. 9x out of 10 you have to do self-checkout. Today was one of those days. The machine greeted me. It told me to put my phone number in if I am a rewards member. Check. It told me to scan my items and place my items in the bagging area. Check. It asked me if I wanted to purchase a bag. I pressed the button that said, "I have my own." It said, "Please place your bag in the bagging area." I placed my bag on my groceries. It repeated itself. Heavyset blonde dude happened to be walking by so I said, "Sir, this is not registering my bag." He walks up and has to make a stupid comment about, "You're not doing it right. You should have put your bag down before you scan." I tried cutting him off saying, "Yeah...I know," as I didn't want his lecture or I would have probably been 86ed from the store. He takes the screen back to a bag purchase page and says, "This is what you're supposed to do.."..and I clicked 0 bags. You know what, I wish I would have gotten his name. He's a complete and total condescending employee for want of an insult. He needs to sit his rump in the office, and take a course on the computer for customer service. I'm not a cashier, how am I supposed to know wtf to do at your robot registers? You're trained in that, not me.
