From quote to install, the project went very smoothly. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, and the full roof replacement was done in about three days. Timing couldn't have been better, since we got several days of rain a few days after the install, so it was the perfect time to "test" the roof to make sure there weren't any leaks. We were solid. Among all the businesses we've worked with for other upgrades to our home, we can honestly say that SoCal Roofing is one of the only ones where we have felt 100% confident in the work that they did. I also had an issue in the past that they resolved, which I appreciated. However, my concern is their customer service and response time. A minor two-day repair ended up dragging on for weeks. More recently, I tried to schedule work for my bathroom and hallway floors. I reached out to the person I had been communicating with and received no response. I then scheduled an appointment through their website, received a confirmation email, but no one showed up. I called and left a message with no response. I gave it another chance and scheduled a second appointment online. Once again, no one showed up. I called several times, but no one answered, and the answering machine kept coming on. The quality of their work is good, but the lack of communication, missed appointments, and poor customer service are very frustrating. What is the purpose of offering online scheduling if no one shows up? They really need to improve their customer communication and follow-through.
