This morning my long-time tenants let me know that an exterior bird nest infestation in the eaves had finally become too much for them and the structural integrity of the roofline. Not living anywhere near, I immediately went to Yelp for help. Not only was Code Green Pest Solutions the only company with 5 star reviews, he was the first to respond to my quote inquiry. Travis was amazing. His price was more than fair, he talked with me directly the entire time from start to finish (and he spent a couple of hours there longer than anticipated), and sent me both before and after pictures of his work. He also tried to close-up the holes as best he was able to. Added bonus: the multiple nests caused exterior damage. After a year of Bulwark treating my home, we had an outbreak of ants in our kitchen. They cam and…read moretreated, the ants came back. The next week they came back out, all free trips, and treated again. The ants came back again the next week. They then scheduled my quarterly service the day after the free treatment, which I canceled because it didn't make sense to come and spray over the fresh spray and bait over the fresh bait. The ants came back, The tech met with me, I showed him where the ants were coming from, he juiced the area, I was charged a quarterly fee (auto charged after turning off auto charge). I used the app and informed them about the unauthorized charge, they said they would reach out OR I could call the 800 number. A few days go by, I found a large spider web on the patio door. I sent a picture reporting the spider webs and again asked about the unauthorized charge, and again I was told they need to speak with me to resolve the problem and they would reach out OR I could call the 800 number. Still haven't heard from them and they don't seem interested in taking care of the spiders. I have nothing bad to say about the techs that do the actual work, but the office dosen't seem to be interested in customer service beyond the automatic emails of "how did we do". Seriously, the only thing a business like this has to sell is customer service.. There are way to many pest control businesses to choose from, customer service is the only thing that keeps the customer coming back, and a warranty on service is worthless if it continues to not work. No integrity in the office..

They put a one way door and traps; said they would be back every couple of days. When they came back they asked if we heard any noise. Of course we said no, (We work all day & when we come home its dark; squirrels don't move around that much at night). They locked it up with a metal plate and took away the trap. Well guess what.... the Squirrel is still in there. It has been scratching around the metal plate causing HUGE damage in our roof .. and to make matters worse, the squirel decided to go on a road trip and now it has moved to the other side of the house- running up & down the walls! We bought more traps, called Critter control again & the tech said.. "IT should die soon!" (Tech didn't come out) He just told us to mark the wall so once it dies & the smell comes, we can cut it out!! Wait a min... WHAT!! Story gets better... very next day, Squirel scratched his way out of the walls & is now in the crawl space. Called Critter control again; left message. We decided to buy more traps, and a camera. the Squirrel walks up the camera and looks at it. We texted Critter Control showing them the footage - need someone out ASAP - they said they have no techs available. REMIND you this has been going on over a month Jan & FEB! We have now called a different company! We will never use you Critter Control again.
