I figured it could be a mistake and tried again. They were very apologetic and promised they'd put it on their personal watch list to make sure it happens this time around. The gentleman came at the appt time and was very pleasant to deal with. I had some follow up questions about my split unit and he put my mind at ease fairly quickly. (Because they didn't replace it when they did the AC. It will cost us another $2200 to replace what should have been done back then. )They determined at the time it was fine. That determination was made by an installer that messed up the electrical to the unit and didn't replace the old handler. Do I trust his assessment? Absolutely not! We can't afford to spend that money now. So here we are in a house that is now 86° with a dog that has epilepsy and has already had a seizure today because he's overheated, a husband that is a disabled vet and has had several strokes. We don't even know when they could come and do the work! It's very sad that this company treats their customers and disabled vets this way! Shame on them. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever again. SHAME ON YOU! They were supposed to talk to the owners and get back to us. We have had no contact today at all! Don't trust this company!
