Highly recommend this company, very professional and even willing to go above and beyond! Long story below. I had taken my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra to one of his competitors. The competitor damaged my phone beyond repair. The competitor caused a short circuit in one of the boards, damaged my 5 G antenna and left it loose just handing in the phone, and they had broken or lost my bake plate. I called One Stop Cellular about getting an estimate on my Samsung s10 screen and spoke with Jeff. He was very upfront with me and said I should go trough my insurance. Unfortunately my insurance had just expired so he quoted me for a replacement screen, I told him I wasn't sure if I wanted to go that route or get a new phone and he wasn't pushy at all trying to get my business. He simply told me he had the part available if I changed my mind. After I realized how much a new phone would be, I made up my mind and took it to him the next day.
