I had replaced my tires 3 days prior so I was shocked that I had an issue. I pulled off the expressway and Meekhof Tire happened to be open on that exit road. They took my car in right away, pulled the tire off, and did an inspection. They found that the company that installed my tires that week had damaged the the hub, valve stem, and the sensor, so my tires were not in new condition - there were chunks pulled off. The guys here temporarily fixed my tires and did not charge me for their help! I thanked them and wanted to spread the word that these guys went above and beyond for someone who they didn't know and had not purchased tires from them. They insisted on replacing with totally different tire, correct tire not in stock. After telling them it would't work! Size same but not all-terrain. You don't run All-terraine w/All-weather. Told them to remount old tire very slow leak in side wall can travel home and back, order proper tire, I'd return when received. Since original 4-tire set had been ordered through them 1st time didn't see an issue. NO he basically hee-hawed around insisting all-weather OK. NOT!!! Held my vehicle up while holding me on phone a prolonged time doing nothing to try to resolve other than what he wanted to do. Till I had no choice to agree or not get my vehicle back. If that wasn't bad enough went to pick up my vehicle to find I'd been charged FULL price for the mounting, full price of the wrong tire he mounted and charged again for road hazard, 3x the price as charged for road hazard on original. I got screwed. I mean screwed. Car roared horribly, thought it stop after a bit. Didn't so tried rotating tires thinking it'd help. NOPE still roars badly. Will have to end up buying a whole new CORRECT tire again! Not at Walmart for sure! When I can afford to go elsewhere for the correct tire, pay mounting again etc. Hope no damage done to my vehicle before then. I asked them to do a diagnose on camshaft sensors and VVT solenoids. They gave me a report about coolant level, tire condition and told me camshaft phasers are improperly installed while a vehicle can run and idle smoothly. The funny thing is they said they got me a discounted quote for $7000 as if I was looking a car from a dealer just to do work on timing chain. I suggested them to look for other easy prey, not me. They charge insane amount of money for what they call a diagnosis to get a report on break fluid level and tire conditions. My advice to customers looking to go there or being referred for them just avoid them at all costs.

I explained to Jay that I had never had good luck with extended warranty's and I wasn't interested. He told me there was no hidden clauses and this was literally bumper to bumper as long as it wasn't normal wear parts like light bulbs, battery, or brake pads. I paid the $2800.00 and 4 months later I have an exhaust issue that was a $400 fix and we were told it's not under the warranty because they consider the exhaust system "normal wear". Should've known better than to trust him and hopefully nobody else will sit down across the table from him and trust a word he says after reading this. In the photo is the part they changed and as you can see, they had to cut the part off. Crazy that something that is "normal wear" has to be removed with a saw. Sundance is only as trustworthy as the snakes they hire and train. Stay away from this hole.
