They are great when you need a tow, most insurances will accept them and they are pretty much available 24/7.

I took my GMC truck to this shop in need of a frame after an accident. I wanted to keep my truck…read morefor the reason of a lot of money in upgrades. They said they would be able to do the repairs. I got an estimate of around $11,000 paying out of my own pocket. I gave them $7000 to get started. Granted I live in Montana but from The Lansing area. This accident happened while visiting family in Michigan. I would fly back to get my truck when it was finished. There was no rust on the vehicle being from Montana. Aftermarket motor, suspension, wheels, sound system, exhaust, extras. It was in April 2023 I left my vehicle with them. I'd call once a week to find out progress on it. I wound ask Abe, the man handling the phone conversations with me about paying the rest of the bill. He would say "Wait till it's done". I had to find a frame for it myself for them to pick up back in Michigan. They finally started working on it November. I thought great finally getting progress. I gave it a couple of weeks for them to complete the job, without me bugging them. Then when I called for three months there was no answer. In the middle of March I received a call from a insurance company in Indiana. Apparently the shop had a fire in it. My truck was one of the vehicles in that. There insurance was only going to give me $6200 for my vehicle. I had more then that in just the aftermarket engine. I ended up going through my insurance. It was a better offer than there's. The real problem is I was never reimbursed for the $7000 I put down at the beginning. I was told that Triston would handle that part of the transaction. The two time I was able to talk to him, he was vary short and rude with me. Stange that he won't answer or return phone calls from me since then. I would not recommend this shop for any repairs.

My sons vehicle went into limp mode on the way to college on the west side of Michigan at 69-96…read moreinterchange in Lansing. He was able to get off the freeway and to a safe spot. It was a Sunday morning. Brought vehicle to Town and Country and left keys in drop box for Monday. We live in the greater Detroit area. Curtis got the vehicle in and diagnosed the issue. Curtis said that the vehicle went into limp mode due to low oil pressure and an oils sample showed metal bits. He said he was not sure that replacing the failed part would fix the car due to the issue possibly caused by the low oil pressure. I decided to not repair the vehicle and scrap it instead. Curtis allowed me to keep it at the shop for about 5 days no issue until I could get my ducks in a row with a scrap yard and a replacement vehicle for my son. He was very understanding of the issue and accommodating. He even gave us a discount on the diagnostic fee he performed on the vehicle! I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would bring my vehicle service/repair needs to Town and Country and Curtis!

He wanted to do diagnostics first before anything else was done . So that is what we did . They were so thorough, honest and he was such a gentleman . It turned out that everything with my van was fine and instead of an $800 bill it was $60 ! While I was waiting he was so kind to me and kept me updated on what they were doing in the garage . Also, for some reason my oil change light came on . He checked that also and said that I do not need an oil change at this time and in another Thousand Miles have that done . So honest ! Thank you so much Curtis ! I appreciate you ! Sincerely, Jo Simkovich
