One Stop Mail Center is the place you want to come to with your shipping needs. Robert the owner helped me ship a large unit that I needed help boxing up because of its size. I called several other shipping stores in the area that were unable to handle that size of package. I don't usually write reviews but because of the positive attitude and professional help that Robert rendered, I felt I owed him at least this. This is the second time I've used One Stop Mail Center. The first time I used this shop was several years back prior to Robert's ownership but the old owners came through for me crating up a couple of large sound speakers that I shipped to Florida. So when I was unable to get assistance shipping this recent item, I remembered the service I received from One Stop and I decided to bring the item to Robert to see if he could help me and indeed he did. He couldn't find a box to accommodate my item so he fabricated one on the spot that fit the item perfectly. And because he made the box to spec, he was able to acquire me a reasonable price on the shipping to Washington state. Bottom line, Robert at One Stop went beyond to accommodate me and my shipment. First of all this mail center deserves a 5 star rating for sure ....friendly clean and professional environment! But I HAVE to share my experience that had me shook about a rude customer that mistreated the owner who did not deserve it .... So I was there getting my fingerprints done few hours ago when an OLDER woman came in shouting at the owner, something about her packages being left outside when the store was closed and that it's "her fault" and threatening her to LEAVE Glendora. I was shocked at her behavior and extreme rudeness!! I HAVE TO SAY the Owner handled herself REALLY REALLY well and told the older woman she'd be arrested if she didn't leave. I can't believe I witnessed that and I feel terrible for the owner because she was extremely friendly and professional with my needs as a paying customer. They are way quicker than the Glendora Post Office and they don't make mistakes and they run a tight ship. But I think that their picture was photoshopped because that smile on the old guy in the picture is something that I have never seen. I'm writhing this review although I've not purchased any services from this business. I walked in and asked for printing services for various items, business cards, catalog labels among 5 other items for my business. The owner Jared was very helpful and gave me a lot of information with regards to services I had purchased from someone who designed my business cards and other items. He did a twat print on the business card and realized the quality of the file want good enough. The image wasn't clear and not worthy of printing. I'm new to the area and I've never had business cards made so in the process I'm learning something new everyday. I'll be coming back once I get things figured out with my files. read more

I have to agree with the other review listed. The owner is rude. First I thought he was just having a bad day, so I went there again. He is rude in person and over the phone. Not helpful at all. I will go out of my way and use the store located by Stater Bros. The owner there is happy and helpful. Its worth the extra mile to drive. Customer Service does not exist here.
