I showed up here for mailing certified mail but come to find out it was quite expensive at $17. I will try a different service in the future like printing. Customer Service: 5/5....staff was Very friendly and efficient!!!! I was in and out of here fast and got everything done according to plan. Parking: 5/5~Free and convenient from plaza parking. Service Requested: 4/5....Pricey since priority certified mail. I'll come back for printing. On Aug/13/24, I returned for printing services: I had a great time printing colored pages here. This UPS store would not release my package today. Save yourself some time and choose another location. I'm not sure if the employees at this location are training to become police officers or not but they wouldn't give me my own package. I have UPS Mychoice and chose to have my spouse's package delivered here instead of to our house. I attempted to pick it up but they refuse to release a package to anyone at any address aside for the recipient. If your child has a package delivered in their name this store will NOT allow their parent to pickup the package. This location is sadly filled with losers. They make life difficult. If a business makes things purposely difficult, why do they even exist? read more

Have literally used this store TWICE and both times the contents of my package was stolen. The first time the package was cut open and contents were replaced with play dough (i'm assuming for weight) and retaped. I filed a claim and UPS only reimbursed me the shipping cost of $30 but I was out the $400 in gift cards I was sending my family for Christmas. The 2nd time I was mailing my old phones back into Verizon and the box was received by Verizon but was empty. Seems like something shady is going on in this store specifically. Which has now cost me over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon trying to resolve. Have used other UPS stores without issue. I would recommend being very careful using this store and DEFINITELY purchase the insurance so that you can at least be reimbursed when they steal your items. read more

Prejudice. The store owner was upset when I a 60 year old person asked for a discount. He told me not to return because I asked for a discount too many times for his comfort. I am African American. He was not respectful to me as a woman. He asked me not to come back when I had been giving him business for over 5 years. He won't have treated me that way if I were white. Super weird experience at this UPS store. I was expecting a large package, and I selected this store as the access point to pick up. I had some issues with UPS not delivering it, or cancelling my access point requests. Eventually the package was delivered here as originally requested. Per a text I received saying it was delivered that particular morning. I called the store prior to arriving and spoke to a clerk who told me my package wasn't there. I found that odd because I had received delivery confirmation. I called the UPS 1-800 number and they told me that yes, my package was delivered to that UPS access point and was signed by someone named Roy. So I decide to go to the store. I get there and let them know that I am there for my package and it was signed by Roy, and I'm told my package wasn't there by the clerk I spoke to on the phone. He then proceeds to tell me that his manager (Roy) mentioned my package had fraudulent activity and won't release it to me. So of course, I ask to Roy. Roy initially lies to me and says the package was returned to sender. And I said that's weird, I just spoke to the 1-800 number on my way here and they didn't tell me that, they just said it was delivered and Roy signed for it. I'm pleading my case of how important that package is, it has about 100 little league hats and uniforms that I've been waiting for for a week now. Then all of a sudden, he walks out with my box.... At this point I think everything is fine and that I'm going to be leaving with my package. He asks for my ID. I give it to him. The address on my license doesn't match the address on my UPS account, so he asks for proof of my current address. I literally pulled up my apartment lease to show him. He's being a little rude and condescending and is making me wait and wait. I repeat multiple times how important this package is and what it has inside. He says "I don't care what's inside, I can't release this package to you." I was like why? I'm asking what the fraudulent activity is as he's trying to scan the package out to me and he's like I don't know. So after a few minutes he says he can't release the package to me... excuse me? I asked if there's someone above him I can speak to. He tells me to call the 1-800 number to ask them why there's a hold on my package. So I immediately call to get connected with an operator. The operator is just as confused as me. She says, "there's no hold on this package ma'am, and I don't see anything saying there is fraudulent activity on this package..." so I ask if she can stay on the line and speak to Roy. She tells Roy there is no hold and he's telling her that his computer is showing that there is.. No one could explain to me why a box little league uniforms would be being held from the person who purchased them. Eventually.. Roy is able to scan it out and give it to me after the 1-800 operator tells him there's nothing holding the package or fraudulent activity. The whole interaction was so weird, from him lying telling me the package wasn't there, to acting like he couldn't scan it out.. I was annoyed by the end of it and will definitely not be using this location as an access point ever again. read more

This store is run by some young men who are truly helpful and cordial. I come here to drop off returns, mail items overseas and occasionally buy greeting cards and not once, have I been disappointed with their service. There is a similar business that is closer to me, but I prefer to drive up there just to give them business. read more

Notary doesn't know how to read simple trust paperwork. Would not recommend. Second time I had this problem. Won't be back. The woman and older man know how to notorize but the younger one doesn't. The notary asked me to fill out the notary part of the form! Then he asked why I didn't sign the form before I came in. What kind of just tart is this?! read more

I came here to make copies following several poor experiences at Staples Glendora Marketplace. The guy on duty was super helpful. And the machines were easier to use. I think the price was cheaper too. I've also dropped off return packages here. I think their prices are kinda steep for pack and ship, but I highly recommend them for copies and drop offs. They carry the Glendora coupon magazine but are stingy with it when you're not a paying customer. Otherwise, it's a helpful place. read more

Less than interested in helping. My wife has an important package (medicine) delivered to this store, considered by UPS themselves to be an Access Point. She did not want to have it delivered to our home and wanted to trust the safety of the store. Her package had been delivered the day before, as we saw by looking up the UPS InfoNotice number left at our front door. Problem #1 - She asks for her package, and the owner (an older Chinese man) tells her it is not there. Problem #2 - He writes the 1-800 number for UPS ON THE InfoNotice she carried in. All he had to do was actually type in the UPS InfoNotice into his computer to see it HAD been delivered. (she calls me upset, I look up the InfoNotice myself, verify it had been delivered there, and provided her the actual "1Z" UPS Tracking number, and told her to march back in and demand they look). What do you know? They found it. All it took was to be a little thorough, and besides how do you not know where a package is that was just delivered the day before...which leads me to 3 - Problem #3 - He tells her they only SHIP from that location. UPS themselves consider the store an Access Point (Send AND Receive), so my next call is to UPS to complain about the service. If the owner really believes that his location is SEND only, then it should not have been hard to locate the one and only apparent package they just received the day before, right? When she went back into the store, the older Chinese man was not interested in helping her further, and she was handed off to a younger White guy. This guy was more than helpful to her. Not sure if the Chinese owner had issue with my Japanese wife, but i'd like to think better of him honestly. Regardless, Problems 1, 2 and 3 occurred. I only went in for printing services, not shipping or anything else. I was trying to match specific Pantone colors, and when the worker printed off my test page the colors were off (for example purple was very blue). I asked him about it and he didn't seem sorry and said there was nothing he could do to adjust the printer. Probably fine for black and white, but needed true colors. I left without getting anything printed but the two test pages, which cost me 35 cents. read more

I do not recommend getting notary done here. It's a hit and miss. The man whose around 30 years old in my opinion is a bit clueless and rude, but the older man seems to know what he's doing. I won't be back as AAA down the street notarized my documents in less than 10 minutes, for FREE since I have a certain membership. In addition, AAA was competent and pleasant. RACIST Employee working at your Glendora branch. This is by far the most humiliating and racist experience I have encountered in the United States from a UPS employee. On 7/12/2017 at 5:05PM, I walked into this store for a Notary service, only to get a shock of my life. Rejection and Refusal of service because of my Race. It is hard to believe that UPS employs racist staff to attend to their customers. The Notatry Staff Leah Nealon took one look at me and said she won't notorized my company document. She barely touched my documents. I came with two forms of identification and all the relevant company documents issued by the Secretary of State of Information for my Limited Liabilty Company. This racist Leah Nealon (UPS staff) looked at me and said my documents were forgeries. My God, because I am black. Prior to her attending to me, I saw her chatting and attending to other white customer and barely asking them any question before notarizing their documents. This is absurd and I will make sure I inform everyone through social media of my experience at this UPS store. This employee deserves to be sacked. UPS, Racism isn't accepted in America. Imagine if you walked into the post office, handed someone behind the counter your letters and packages, and those items never left the post office, never reached their destination. Would you go there again? I have dropped off many a package at this UPS store location when it was on the far side of the Vons shopping center parking lot, closer to Round Table Pizza. Each time I was greeted by a friendly staff member who, no matter how may other customers were in the store or how busy they were, acknowledged me and said something along the lines of "Just dropping off? Okay, you're all set!" Each time I said thank you, knowing that my package was in good hands, and that it would reach its destination intact. Sadly, that is no longer the case. Earlier this week I went into the store (now at it's new location on the other side of the parking lot) with a very large, heavy package that was already labeled, UPS postage paid, ready to go. The employee was busy with another customer, but didn't even give me a glance. No "Hi, I'll be with you in a minute," no "just dropping off?" no nothing. I waited for a good seven to ten minutes (this is not an exaggeration, I was watching the clock the entire time). No acknowledgement whatsoever. Then he took a phone call and started taping another package, all the time ignoring me and another customer who had walked into the store. Still on the phone, he scanned my package, then put it on the scale. I told him, "It's already been weighed, it already has a label on it, you don't need to weigh it." At this point the guy glared at me, waved his hands around and yelled "THEN LEAVE!! GET OUT OF THE STORE!!" Wow. I yelled back, "I was just waiting for you to effing acknowledge me!" and then I left. I wasn't going to just walk in, put the package down and go, I needed to know that he was going to DO HIS JOB and accept the package. I figured that since he scanned it, it would be fine. WRONG. It seems this guy did the UPS equivalent of a waiter spitting in my sandwich: the package has vanished. According to the tracking, it was scanned it at the store and then....nothing. Now I have to go through the trouble of filing a claim. This was an item I had sold on eBay, so now my reputation as a seller is on the line, plus I need to refund the buyer hundreds of dollars since the merchandise DISAPPEARED. I may or not use UPS' services in the future, but I will NEVER patronize this UPS store again. read more
