I am so happy to have found this place! They do it all - shipping, etc., but also offer Notary services. Super convenient. Evelyn is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable and there for me. I needed a document notarized and she came through for me. Consider this business for all your postal needs because of the convenience. I am going to be getting my stamps here from now on- no more long lines! Shipping too, Fedex, USPS drop off and UPS. They even have shredding, mailbox rental, keys! fax/copies. A bit chaotic here. Getting paperwork notarized. Needed it done a specific way but this notary thinks he knows better and added a whole other sheet that was not necessary, wanted or needed for my purposes. Then he overcharged for copies and when I asked about why my bill was $10 higher he realized he did overcharge me and lowered it and then turns around and charged me a "convenience fee" he didn't let me know about. Plus, I was trying to get my packages ready to mail out but apparently I was in the way, so I just gathered it all up and left. If I was going to leave with my packages then I wouldn't have wasted time and money getting the copies there. Will never be back here again. read more

First time i came here excellent customer service. Was able to drop of a package with a label pre printed. Second time left the package and it was never register with USPS. 8 days later i came in and the gentleman whom was so polite the first time acted as though he had no idea how that happened and blamed the post office. However had the post office actually picked up the item from him they would have scanned it when they picked it as they did the previous time. Very disappointed. I have used their services a few times. The latest visit I went in to ship out a piece of tile which was heavy and could break during delivery. The employee took her time to wrap and send out our package. It was delivered on time and not damaged. Definitely recommend. read more

Looking for a 24-hour mail center and found this one, but when I go there, it's closed. Clearly, this is false advertising.

I and another party needed notary services on a Friday evening. Since other providers in the area closed in the early afternoon or failed to answer my calls, I raced through traffic to meet here. We gave Eric (I believe he is also the owner) six documents to notarize, and he did do so thoroughly and kindly. He also stayed open well past closing for us to finish the job. Eric turned what could have been a stressful experience into a rather pleasant one. While waiting, I also noticed a number of people walk in to retrieve mail, and he addressed every one of them by name. It made me feel like I was in a small-town post office in the fifties. read more

Evelyn was so pleasant to speak with. I came in with a package to mail out. She was on the phone and typing away on the computer but she smiled and let me know she would be right with me. After she was off the phone she let me know there was some technical difficulties but she would help me out as soon as possible. A few moments later she was able to mail out my package. Technical difficulties with computers/POS systems dont bother me- these things happen- the fact that she let me know she would be able to help me as soon as she was able to rather than leave me guessing, was excellent. There is literally nothing but great things I can say regarding my experience with 24hr anytime postal service. It is without a doubt the cheapest, quickest, most convenient postal service you'd come across but the best thing about walking in here is the hospitality. I ship very often with bulk orders and would despise walking into big business' as i would receive dirty or exhausted looks from employees often. I use prepaid labels so I have to ask for boxes and Eric gave me boxes I needed to ship and even extra boxes for me to take home compared to a USPS that wouldn't even give me one box because I was told I had to order it myself beforehand (a lie). Also, today Eric gifted me a coffee from 85 degrees next door. Save your money going to a rudely operated corp. and support your local small business. One visit to Eric and Evelyn's will have you going back regularly. read more

I'm glad this place has a later post office pick up time so I don't have to drive to an actual post office to drop off mail. The pick up time is 2:30 on the weekdays. The husband and wife owners are very nice and friendly and they actually do notarized paperwork so that's a big plus. read more
