I shop at Sprouts regularly because I'm trying to eat healthier while sticking to a grocery budget, and it's always a pleasant experience. During my latest visit, CJ was absolutely awesome! They were friendly, personable, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with. We even shared a laugh about how expensive grocery shopping has become these days not a Sprouts issue, just life in general! We ordered 2 , fully cooked, ready to eat, turkey meals for the holidays. a After heating them both for the suggested time and temperature to warm them up, both turkeys were raw on the bottoms of the breasts, wings, drumsticks and thigh. It was also suggested that they could be eaten cold, which probably would have ended up with our whole extended family getting food poisoning. Really poor quality control! read more

Upon entering the store had a foul order of fish, which almost made us turn around to exit the store. As you went closer to the produce it thankfully dissipated. On Wednesdays, we shop at Sprouts. Why? Double Ad Wednesdays! On "Double Ad Wednesdays," prices in the promotional ads from the previous week and the ones in the upcoming week's ad are both honored. The overlapping deals make Wednesdays one of the most popular shopping days. I don't usually review supermarkets but I do love me Sprouts. The staff in this locations specifically are oh so friendly. I recently popped in after lunch, as this location isn't near where I live, for some Sanzo seltzers and the cashier pretty much talked me into the most amazing brown butter sea salt crispy (rice) bar. SO GOOD! I'm now hooked and will probably be popping into Sprouts more. Will I gain a bajillion pounds from these sweet treats? Probably. Will you still love me? YOU BETTER! In general, Sprouts has a lot of good items. Where else can you get vitamins, a bag of fresh shishito peppers, and sage to cleanse your house in one spot? C'mere! read more

This sprouts has bottlenecks when it comes to the checkout lines. The cashiers sometimes have attitudes and get easily distracted. I'm surprised with the dawn of AI the employees act the way they do. I recommend this place acquire at least 1 self checkout station. That way the flow of people move more efficiently or gives the customer an option in case they don't want to interact with anyone. read more

UPDATE 12/2/24 Management has contacted me regarding this incident and is handling it appropriately. SEXUAL HARASSMENT FROM MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION I have an unfortunate experience to share with the Chandler community regarding this Sprouts on Alma School & Queen Creek Rd. This last Wednesday the 20th (in the afternoon / early eve) my girlfriend was there shopping getting things for our dinner. While checking out she was being helped by the manager, someone she described as tall/ big and of mix ethnicity (probably wouldn't be hard to discern the individual based on the date and timeframe and employee records of who was working). He asked her what she was doing for the day (What she perceived as normal checkout conversation) and she told him "I'm going to make dinner for my boyfriend I am seeing". He then said "After you're done seeing him why don't you come see me". Not knowing how to respond she left the store and later described it to me as feeling very uncomfortable. Out of respect and not wanting to make her any more uncomfortable I did not go to the store and make a complaint. I'm not sure what kind of atmosphere Sprouts is ok with having an employee, a manager of all people, talk to and make sexual insinuations / advances with customers like this, especially when they have made it clear they are in a relationship, but it is entirely unacceptable to say the least. If after leaving this review any manager (Not the sleazy sexually harassing one) wishes to get in touch with me please feel free to do so. This review is being made with the purpose of informing the Chandler community what kind of manager there is at this sprouts. I highly doubt upper management or corporate would condone such behavior. read more

I normally don't right reviews but I had to share my recent experience at the Sprouts on Alma School. I walk in to see the head cashier dancing to the song "Manic" from the Flashdance movie. It was hilarious! I went through her line when checking out and had to share with her that she just made my day, and she did. Thank you to Anna for making my shopping experience a memorable one. No self checkout ruins this Sprouts. I had 15 minutes between appointments and figured I run in to get a couple of items. I get to the checkout though and find no self checkout and only two cashiers with long lines of people with full carts. Needless to say I had to put my items back and leave as I probably would have been at least 20 minutes waiting to get checked out. This was at 2 on a Thursday also so not when you would expect to be a busy time. A self checkout is sorely needed here if they don't want to hire the staff needed for checking people out in a timely manner. read more
