Let me just start off by saying I visited three pawnshops before I finally ended up back to this one which I went to a year ago and had made the mistake of not just going back to this one. I went around trying to get $50 to pay a bill with a $200 lens the three places I went to prior to this one either told me that they could not help me or that they wanted something else like jewelry. That's just out of hand if you are also a loan shop. One stop shop is the place to go I highly highly highly recommend anybody even if you have to drive out of your way 20 miles go to this place you will not be disappointed, you will not be driven out of there an unsatisfied customer. you will walk-in happy and you're going to leave happy. Both times I went there both the gentleman behind the counter where nothing but nice and understanding that everyone has a bad day and there are there to do anything they can to help you with what you need help with. I've been here maybe 3 times. I came with my boy friend and he just wantedto know if his grandfather's pocket watch would be worth anything and the owner was really nice and honest about it. Like its worth this much but also it would be worth more if it's fixed, etc. So I got good vibes and wanted to come back and look at some things. We came back and saw a nice old antique typewriter but it was already for someone else so we bought another old typewriter. Again great service and really nice about everything. I came back yesterday with my sister because my boyfriend left his typewriter at home in another state so I wanted to surprise him and went back to see if they had another one. There it was another antique one. The owner said he'd let me have it for 75 but i didn't have cash so i came back today. the owner wasn't there but his staff was there and were very helpful. Don't shop at this Pawn Shop! We brought in several pieces of basketball memorabilia including a autographed basketball by Kobe Bryant and a few other autographed tennies and shorts. We wanted to know there value and to sell them. We made a verbal agreement with the owner that he would find out the value and to come back in a few weeks. When my husband went back, the guy said he had sold the ball for 50 dollars, without his permission. He had no choice but accept it even though an employee told him that the owner took it home. He left the other pieces there and told him he would pick them up. when he went back today the guy told him he threw the other things away and that the place wasn't a storage. It was our fault for trusting him but we believe in people and are just not that kind of people. We have bought several power tools from him and he will never get our business again. The owner is a CROOK.. he sold me a tv for 400 dollars, it was a nice TV so I didn't mind the price. When I got the t.v home I realized it didn't have hdmi built in so I contacted the owner about the missing components and he told me to stop by, and when I arrived he said he couldn't find it so he would help me find one. Long story short he never answered my calls back and basically said eff you! Money isn't in a shoe for me it's the lack of morality that this business has. was back to the store again this past week and could not believe the amount of stuff there. i bought some kitchen stuff and a guitar for my son a year ago and thought i would pop back in. full disclosure- i like to "pick" through stuff and am somewhat of a flea-market type- this store was fun as hell; from jewelry to bikes, i was in heaven milling around. the shop always changes and i never feel pressured- steve even humored me and haggled a bit. i will be back to get that louis v handbag when i get paid. read more

Ok listen, One Stop Pawn is the best pawn shop I've ever been to! They sell great items and know what they are doing. I don't pawn stuff but Steven the owner explained it to me. They didn't rush me. They let me take my time if I wanted to pawn something. All the people that work at this establishment are extremely nice. I recommend this pawn shop for sure! I've been in and out in under 5 minutes each time with a fair price on my items. They will even offer to show you online how they figured out the value of my items. Completely legit and honest. Had stopped into the shop a couple weeks ago as I was new to the area and it was right down the road, ended up buying a Milwaukee grinder from the shop. In a rush I didn't make sure it worked, and found out later when I went to use it at work that it didn't. I brought it back there today and they gave me a full refund no questions asked. I am new to LA and lost my wallet last week. I needed gas to get home in the San Gabriel valley. The guys at One Stop loaned me gas money for my laptop. The fees were low and the process fast.
