I have enormous respect for this business and its a shame what kind of publicity pawnshops get since they have had shows on television... Don't let it discourage you from coming here. "Ed" one of the pawnbrokers here has a good relationship with my family in particularity my mother, she has come here numerous times. They have a huge respect for their customer base, and attempt to keep them. I took out a loan on my Mont Blanc pen and i completely spaced on the date that i had to pick it up. I called ahead in a panicked manor and "ed" answered and explained that everything was fine only a late charge would be applyed. I had came in the following saturday and he met me and we actually had a conversation which is rare because its not something you expect from a typical pawn shop. Ed gave me my pen with no questions and knew that if he told me mother i would be in hot water. It was a very welcoming experience and i encourage people to come and check out their inventory because i promise you will not find anything better on craigslist for amazing items.
