First off, I want to thank Julian and his family for being genuine and amazing people to work with. I wanted to get one or two minimalist rings to wear daily, so I visited the jewelry district. After visiting 5-6 shops, I came across The Diamond Outlet. While all of the shops had a nice variety of rings, Julian went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was amazing. It was my first time shopping for rings, and Julian was so patient. He showed me around 20-25 tungsten rings that I might be interested in, and I ended up really liking two of them. The silver one wasn't the right size, so I was going to pay extra to have it shipped. However, Julian and his uncle learned that I lived in a nearby city to them, and offered to meet me after work so I could pick up the ring. We are from Seattle, WA and visited the Diamond Outlet a few years back with little to no knowledge of engagement rings. Every time, I feel like like they have always known me, welcoming me like a friend. They don't show me what they want to sell - they ask me what I want and ask my budget. They are respectful even when my budget is embarrassingly low. I am comfortable leaving a diamond with them for cleaning or some maintenance without needing a receipt.
