Our 3 young and wiggly girls need updated passport photos and I knew that I wouldn't be able to easily get approved photos, so popped by here. I like that they're open on Sundays and easy to get to with plentiful street parking. While there was one other person in front of us, the wait wasn't long and their couches are comfy. He was able to capture photos of our girls, print them out (2 per kiddo), and give them to us without issues. It's clean, he's super friendly and funny, and I'd definitely recommend. read more

Had an appointment for 8AM today. Received confirmation email yesterday and this morning for said appointment . Was instructed to call an hour ahead, which I did at 7AM. No answer. Called again when I arrived at my appointment time. No answer. I waited for an hour. Called again. Still no answer. Other people with appointments were waiting too with the same story. This company seems to not care about wasting peoples time or honoring their end of an agreement by even making an appointment in the first place. read more

He posed me & helped me take the best photo so that it wouldn't get rejected by passport services. He explained the passport process. As of 4/4/21 they no longer do notary services. They also require appointments. No walk-ins. This is per the staff member who walked out and saw me calling the appointment number per the door sign. 1) They really should remove mention of notary services from their Yelp page. It's still in their official description 2) I understand they likely wish to avoid low margin services given covid-19 risks but if they have no other customers, and they already opened the door to me, it seems weird they wouldn't just do the notary. I'd have been fine paying twice or three times normal pricing if it's a profit matter. I assume the staff on hand is accredited since he said he still does Livescan and other authentication services. read more

Called on Thursday and the employee said ok to walk in on Saturday for live scan. Came and the place is not opened with a note said walk-in not permitted. Please get your protocol straight. Not a happy camper currently. I work full-time and hard to rearrange my schedule! Ok waited for 20 min. The employee showed up and took me in. I had called before coming to confirm hours and if an appointment was needed. I was told that from 8am-5pm walk ins are welcome. I arrived here on Wednesday 8/10 at 8am to which the front door was locked. I called again and heard the voicemail saying that this location is open 8am-5pm for walk in and 5pm-8pm by appointment only. Still no one is in the shop 30 minutes later. I called again to which now a new voicemail asks that customers make an appointment. This is unprofessional and a waste of customers time. It appears the staff are not on the same page about the hours of services and how to provide those services. read more

My paps has been using their services for years with class C stuff and he insists on telling me that every-time is an enjoyable experience. Come prepared with questions and they will happily answer them for you. When we have been missing "important documents required for the paperwork," they help us identify them and assist us in recovering them. and yeah, there was a comment about racism ... Papa was in the room when that happened and he claims that he felt energy change only on the level of "maybe i can come back later when it is less crowded." i found that eddy and eric respond well to healthy, focused communication. so if you come through 1 Stop and, God forbid, experience any sense of prejudice or weird vibes, just call it out there. I would this place zero if I can. I had an appointment for live scan for employment and had prepaid online prior to my appointment. I came here 10 min before my appointment, this place did not open as advertised nor for my appointment. I called several times but no answer. I had to leave for my other appointment after waiting for 45 min and after I returned from my other appointment, the store still did not open 2 hours after it's operating hours. Still no answer.
