Still 5 stars but super disappointed in the to go plates. They changed them out from quality containers to flimsy paper plates with foil. This was super disappointing since the barbacoa dripped right out of the plate, in to the bag which then leaked on my seats. Again, super disappointed. Specially since they raised the prices and now charge for guacamole salsa. I'm all for paying top dollar as long as I get quality. I do not see that in the plates you now use. read more

Service was terrible. It says they close at 1am but by 8 pm it looked like they didn't want to take anymore orders. Got some attitude while ordering and they seemed disinterested in helping me. Now the food. The cabeza was delicious, the lengua was ok and the asada was very dry. Big tacos and the beans add a little extra flavor but overall not too impressed. Also made the mistake of assuming they came fully prepared so by the time I got home I realized that they only put meat and beans on them. A taco without salsa is just not the same. Wish they'd tell you that you have to add the condiments but then again they didn't seem interested to begin with. I would not visit again read more

The best way that I can describe One Stop Taco Shop is an incredibly underrated and nostalgic restaurant with lots of friendly faces. I walked in with my family and we were immediately met with the kindest workers. We ordered our food, hungry and hopeful, and the food was ready before we knew it. It was so good! We got a random assortment of things including tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. I've always been a huge fan of bean and cheese burritos so I have high expectations, but their burritos exceeded those expectations.
