Update: i have been too lazy to reupdate my review. Teriana's Honey Green Matcha is probably my favorite now. My husband and I go too much. The owners are way too kind. The art on the wall is adorable and reminds me a lot of LA type of boba shops. They have games u can play in store, a huge reminder of how boba shops used to be back then. I love it so much. This is literally the only boba shop we go to in Ventura County now. No other boba shop within Ventura County compares to the quality and care here. read more

Stopped by One Zo Boba in Ventura after having sushi with my son for lunch--it's located off Telephone Road in the same shopping center as Kohl's, right next to Urbane Café and Sharkey's. The shop is cute, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the menu had tons of options. The drinks were good and prices were right on par with other boba spots. Nothing about it totally blew me away, but it was solid overall. If I'm in the area and craving boba, I'd happily stop by again, but I probably wouldn't drive out of my way just for it. read more

Went to visit my brother and sis in law and this was a new boba place that they introduced me to. The menu is simple and easy to read. Not too complicated which I really like! The art on the wall is just freaking adorable! Definitely a cute place for you to take a photo with if you wanted one. I ordered their honey lemon jasmine tea with boba and it was very refreshing, had the right amount of sweetness with the taste of the jasmine tea. Perfect balance. Their boba is chewy and delicious! One of the main reasons this café received a bump in its rating is that it was one of the few places open late on Independence Day. We discovered it by accident. Originally, we planned to get pho from the restaurant next door, but it turned out to be closed. For our long trip back to LA, we decided to grab some boba instead. The store also sells trendy Labubu dolls at resale prices. It was clean and staffed by just one person--possibly the owner. I ordered the BROWN SUGAR MILK TEA, their best seller. I always go for half sweet because the full sweetness tends to be too sugary and gives me the jitters. Recently tried One Zo Boba during lunch time. The shop is cute and they have an extensive menu. I tried the lychee strawberry yakult with green tea and while it had a refreshing flavor, it was not what I was hoping for. The description does not say there's lemon juice and that's all I could taste. It also appears to have missed the strawberry jam and only had a splash of yakult (I saw them prepare it) so virtually no flavor of either. Disappointed but like I mentioned, it was still drinkable. I will likely go back at some point to give them another shot in hopes they've worked some kinks out. *cashier/front worker did not make my drink. Late post - Came across this place a few months ago when we ate nearby. It was around 7pm, and the clean, simple & bright decor invited us in (we weren't even sure they were open at that time, but glad we went in anyway). The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The female owner was patient in explaining to us what they offer and what a Dalgona coffee is. May 10 2025, found our way here again on their GRAND OPENING! So glad this place is open & recommend to check out their drinks. Their homemade boba are pretty good. We've liked their fruit drinks, Dalgona drink, and Milk Tea with their different types of boba. We've returned to One Zo Boba a couple times since then for their Dalgona, One Zo Milk Teas, strawberry smoothies, watermelon green tea with honey boba whenever we're in the area. This place is packed! Luckily the owner took my order instead of waiting in the line for the self service kiosk. Looking quite nice and pleasant because its new and staff are working hard yet manage to keep smiling and nice to the customers. Creme brulee red beans slush with boba and hazelnut coffee blended. Ever since I saw they were opening boba here, I kept anxiously checking in to see if it had opened yet. Happened to stop by the area during their soft opening - hadn't even realized they'd opened! Great surprise. Instantly pivoted from grabbing coffee to grabbing boba. Clean and simple inside with a great variety of different drinks to order. Always love a good brown sugar tea, and they have a few to choose from. Their brown sugar milk tea was delish and well-made. Their boba was that great chewy texture - can't stand when it's served already a bit hard. All around, a great introduction to their boba tea. Staff were learning the ropes but were still kind and efficient. Didn't have to wait that long for my drink at all! This is going to be a new stop in my rotation. Soft opening this week for One Zo Boba. I stumbled in today for their first day and soft opening. I felt the excitement of having a new boba and fresh juice spot opening in Ventura. The staff had just turned on the screens and set up the monitors. Happy to report I was their first customer :) Today and this week they anticipate their soft opening to be from 11am-4/5pm. Please give them some grace and understanding as it's literally their first day and they are training their staff. Talked to one of the owners Mindy who was absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome. She owns multiple locations as far as Long Beach I believe she said, so she's the master boba crafter. She'll be busy between stores but is super excited to open a location in Ventura. I know our 805 community will make them feel welcome. The store itself is small but sweet. Nice use of seating by putting benches up against the wall. A few small tables to sit. It'll be the perfect mid day hang out spot. Staff behind the counters were all nice and hospitable. I'm a sucker for a good fresh tea. Mindy talked me through their menu and made suggestions. All of their teas are made fresh in house. I went with their famous one zo fruit tea that had passionfruit, orange lime and some other goodies inside. Super refreshing and delicious. Perfect for these upcoming hot months. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by our too many boba options (they're all my favorite and I want to try anywhere new plus visit old places). However, then I go anyway to new places to compare. One Zo Boba was new to me and I was very happy with it. I tried the Creme Brulee drink with brown sugar and boba and cheese foam added. I got Oreo with it too (very pretty because the cup was set up to look like tiger stripes); I didn't order Oreo but I was fine with the addition. I didn't need caffeine because of the sugar content! I drank it over a long period. My husband got an Oreo milkshake and was happy with it. We also tried a matcha croffle; I liked it but he is still getting used to the of matcha. The interior of the place was modern and clean. My only suggestion would be to add more indoor seating in case more people want to hang out inside. Delicious boba with a long wait time! We came in on a Sunday afternoon, and it wasn't very busy. The bobarista was super sweet and very patient with explaining the menu and such. We ordered the Strawberry Matcha with their special "One Zo Boba" - a mixture of taro, strawberry, and honey boba! We also got the Mango Smoothie with Brown Sugar Boba. The wait time was fairly long, about 10 minutes. The inside is clean, when we were waiting they were playing country music. There are two tables in the back that you can sit at. When we received the boba, however, it was worth the wait. This boba is EXTREMELY high quality and very delicious! The drinks are pretty big, and the boba is very large, sweet, chewy, warm, and delicious. We both enjoyed our drinks a lot! The manager is really really nice and smiles a lot. The place is clean and airy . You can see them preparing your drink. I ordered a brûlée red bean and matcha with taro, honey and strawberry boba. This drink has Oreo swirls on the sides, and creamy brûlée . You can also have either regular sweet or less sweet drink . I have the less sweet option and it was a good option for me.
