I saw the Exercise Therapist and the Nutritional Therapist. Both were very positive in their approach with many helpful ideas custom fit for me at my stage of life. I am very appreciative and hopeful for weight loss and a healthier body. My only drawback is that they need two medical providers so I wasn't able to meet with them. But between the two Therapists I received plenty of helpful feedback and DOABLE goals until our next meeting. I would definitely recommend this service.
