Lelle was so friendly, has a nicely decorated room with a heated massage table that is soooo comfy, and checks in with you regarding temperature, pressure, and any medical things to take into consideration before she starts. My massage included hot stones (ahhhhhhh), heated pressure bags (yeeeeessss) and aromatic sprays (ommm) which helped create an even more relaxing atmosphere. It was one of the best massages I've ever had and Lelle used a little pressure point in areas and managed to unknot parts I didn't know I had knots, without any discomfort. You can find Lahaina Healing Center in the Chiropractor's office, upstairs above the Napili grocery store to the right, up a flight of stairs. With easy parking, and text reminders regarding your massage and online booking system it makes it a cinch to let Lelle massage you back into health and well being. (Over $400 with all the add ons I wanted) They accepted my appointments and sent me a text to remind me of what time and date. The day of my appointment 9 am I arrive 15 mins early to ensure we'd have time to find the place. We find it no problem and proceed to wait till 9. When 9am rolls we walk up to the door (mind you this seems like a house someone lives in). The door is locked they have weed crocs on their patio and a sock on the camera. We triple checked the address and seen that this was in fact the place we were suppose to be. We proceeded to knock and ring the door bell no answer. I than called several time the phone was ringing at first but after the 10th call they shut there phone off. So unprofessional. I emailed them 3 time, called over 30 times, knocked on the door and rang the door bell. NO ANSWER!!! I waited a total of 35 minutes after 9am before I left. MORAL OF THE STORY DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO LET THEM STRESS YOU OUT!

I recently lost a loved one and I have a lot of grief to deal with as well as physical stress. I contacted Carolina and she was very compassionate from the beginning and I believe she wanted to help me. My massage with Carolina ended up being the best massage I've ever had. I actually felt I was transforming to a different place. She did many things that I haven't had a therapist do before, talking me through breathing and letting go. She was very generous with her time and I really felt that her goal was to help me, not make money. I left feeling rejuvenated and with a gratitude for connecting with Carolina. I will seek her out whenever I'm back in the islands and I'm sad she's not local to me so I could see her often.
