Mercedes requires a gel battery (I paid $400) which the car came with a cheap acid battery. Later the car broke down on me and wouldn't start. I spoke to the owner and he I had to pay half of the repairs even with "warranty" the vehicle had. That's another $400. and finally, 8 months later the vehicle completely gave out on me while I was on the freeway. I paid for a tow truck and called the owner Arnie again. He said the warranty I had was only for 6 months not the 8 months I was told it was for. He said he'd see what he can do but after texts and calls he never reached back out. very disappointed considering I gave $5000 as a down payment, and I am now stuck on a 60-month finance for a non-working vehicle. I recommend you go elsewhere for a reliable vehicle or have a mechanic inspect the vehicle after purchasing. This is my real review, not those fake ones you see on google. had I just gotten the proper help or a replacement vehicle I would've kept my original good reviews I gave them. Avoid This Dealership at All Costs - A Nightmare Experience with the Kia EV9 Purchase!…read more I don't even know where to begin with how horrendous my entire experience has been through this dealership. After multiple failed attempts to buy from local Phoenix dealerships, I vented my frustrations on the Facebook Kia EV9 USA Owners page. That's when I was contacted by Isaiah Reed, a salesperson who claimed to be a reputable dealer and promised me a smooth, remote purchase experience. At first, his communication was a breath of fresh air compared to the nightmare I had encountered with Phoenix dealers. Boy, was I wrong to believe that things were finally turning around. The dealership completely misquoted my purchase / finance terms, at least 3 times... Then they miscalculated the county taxes, and then put me in a position where I had pay the difference of around $1,800 out of pocket, or my financing terms would change yet again. It gets worse -- they didn't disclose that a mobile charger wasn't included with the vehicle. When I complained, they provided one, but that was only after I had to put repeated pressure on them. As if that wasn't bad enough, the vehicle arrived with significant physical paint damage and dings to the driver-side rear quarter panel, which was NOT disclosed beforehand. The salesperson, Isaiah, tried to act like he had no idea about the damage, even though the dealership had signed off on my delivery approval BEFORE the car even left their lot, in order to set up my Kia All Access app. How is that even possible? After days of complaining to Isaiah about the significant paint damage, I was told to go obtain a quote from a body shop for the repairs. There is over THREE THOUSAND dollars worth of damage to the exterior of the vehicle and now Isaiah and his manager Miguel are saying they'll only cover HALF of the repair cost, since they can supposedly fix it themselves for a quarter of the price... Here's a suggestion, Isaiah & Miguel... If you could've fixed it for so much less.., why wasn't the repair made BEFORE YOU SOLD THE VEHICLE?!? I feel as though this dealership completely preyed on the fact that this was a purchase that was made remotely and took advantage of the opportunity to sell a damaged vehicle without taking responsibility for damage they were responsible for! The cherry on top? The vehicle has a noticeable vibration at speeds over 60 mph. Given that I knew this was an issue with certain EV9s, based on the EV9 USA Owners Facebook page, I questioned Isaiah about this while he was on his way to Arizona with the car. He outright denied any vibration, only to later admit, after I'd taken delivery, that he "thought it was normal" because his Ioniq 5 supposedly has the same issue. This car was transported from El Paso, TX to Gilbert, AZ, and I never had the opportunity to inspect it or test drive it before signing the documents. And when I confronted Isaiah about the issues post-delivery, I was met with nothing but excuses and a refusal to take responsibility. In fact, Isaiah and Miguel have continued to gaslight and patronize me, saying that they are making efforts to make things right when they haven't actually taken care of a SINGLE thing, other than to ship me a mobile charger after I repeatedly complained. The dealership's alternative solution?.. They're telling me to bring the car back to El Paso--over 325 MILES AWAY--to fix the problems. Let's get this straight: I just dropped $75k on this vehicle, and now they're asking me to drive halfway across Arizona AND all of New Mexico.., for repairs that should have been handled before delivery? This is completely unacceptable! I'm beyond disappointed, and I'm left feeling completely scammed by this shady, unethical dealership. I feel like I've been taken advantage of from the moment Isaiah solicited me on Facebook, and I'm still paying for it in frustration, poor service, and a car that is nowhere near what I expected. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this dealership at all costs!

Worst place ever!!!!…read more Do not get your car at this place. They just want to make a sale. They do not care about their customers. It took them 8 months to get us out licenses plate. They also told me I was going to have a 5.6% interest rate and it comes to find out I actually have a 6.5% interest rate. This place is a joke and they will scam you.

The only person worth talking to at the Zaragosa/George Dieter location is Juan. My car broke down…read moreand we thought our credit was pretty bad. I got an internet quote from HoyFox VW but I hadn't really pushed it or heard anything. So with what we thought were no other options we called Bestway on a Thursday evening and Juan came and picked us up at 6:30pm. He drove us to the dealership and then to several others just to look at cars that night. He then drove us home because everything was closed and there was nothing we could do. Then the next morning he came and picked us up to actually drive the cars we wanted to. Juan easily spent 8 hours in two days driving us around to look at cars. JUAN IS AWESOME! But then we got to the managers. First on Friday Riley agreed to one price so we went (once again with Juan) to pick the car up from the Westside. When we got back Riley had disappeared and we were left to deal with Carlos. After sitting there for 8ish hours arguing over prices and values, I agreed to come up and meet them halfway from what I was wanting to pay (which was the excellent kbb price but this car was nowhere near excellent) and what they were asking as long as they agreed to fix all the dents and scratches. They countered upping the price $400 more and they would fix nothing! I had been there for so long I told them if they could get the monthly payments where I wanted them then we would do it. Then they told us their computers were too slow to do anything that evening I was ready to walk out and call a cab. The only good thing Carlos did was lend us the car we wanted to buy and told us he would call us the next day when he had 'worked the numbers'. Well it got to be 3pm and he didn't call and we just had some random car so we called there. The woman who answered the phone said everything was done but they couldn't give us any numbers over the phone. So we went up there for the 3rd day in a row. When we got there of course nothing had be done. We waited about a half hour and then sat down with Carlos. Only to find out he was now trying to go through a bank we didn't agree to. We had already been approved by a bank with 7% interest and thus wanted to go with that bank. Well our bank would no longer agree to it because Carlos took it upon himself to add a useless $2500 warranty. We didn't want a warranty or agree to one. He said since he was giving us the internet price (after I had to explain to him that an advertised price is legally binding) the only way he could make any money off the car was to add this bull**** warranty. We were fed up. A few days earlier I had requested and internet quote from HoyFoxVolkswagen and they had emailed me an offer for a brand new 2013 VW Jetta for a price less than what Bestway was trying to charge us for a 2011 VW Jetta that had dents, scratches, crappy tires and almost 40,000. After arguing with Carlos for so long my husband call HoyFox. They came and picked us up 15 minutes before they closed. We left there an hour and a half later the owners of a brand new 2013 VW Jetta with 37 miles on it! Both the monthly payments and the overall price was lower for the new one from Hoy Fox. It also included a no deductible 4 year full coverage warranty. BESTWAY DOES NOT HONOR THEIR INTERNET PRICES UNLESS YOU HAVE CASH (which their website does not say thus making it an illegal advertisement). Every single vehicle they have is over priced. If you think your credit if bad try Hoy Fox first, they will try to work with you (especially if you are military). If you absolutely have to go to bestway DEMAND JUAN as your salesman and refuse to talk to Riley who will just lie right to your face.
