Discovered these guys last night scrolling through brake repair places in Vegas on yelp. Was already pretty stressed out breaking the bank when it came to servicing our KIA Telluride. Prior to reaching out to them I had called around to a few shops which gave me some insane highly quotes and only validated my concerns. My car had humming noise when I go over 40mph. I called up Squeaky Brake because they did good job with my car before. This time around is a diff' story. I told them it might be need wheel bearing. They sent me a tech that could barely speak English. Apparently the tech thought it was from front driver side that needed new wheel bearing. After he put the new one in , my car stills making humming noise. Since he couldn't explain to me so his supervisor called me up instead. Told me I might need to replace another wheel bearing for front passenger side. Now I already paid them for $470 and I wasn't about to pay another $470 since they couldn't do proper diagonostic. I ended up took my car to real shop just to find out that both rear wheels bearing were bad. read more

He quoted me a lot less so I scheduled an appointment within 2 days. The Technician, Sam was assigned to my car and as soon as he arrived, he greeted me with a handshake. He answered my questions and explained everything to me while looking at my brakes. Left him to do the job and he was done in less than an hour. He took it for a test ride and he said everything felt great. I said thank you and he left. I took it for a test drive as well and felt the difference and it felt good and smooth! After posting a project on Yelp this business was one of the first to respond. I spoke to Calvin on the phone and he was able to give me a quote. I scheduled for them to come out on Sunday to do the repair, and was told they could come on Saturday instead! My one and only complaint (which isn't really a complaint) the repair took longer than I anticipated. Antonio showed up on Saturday at roughly 10:36am and completed the job No later than 4:00pm. Thankfully we had a rental car in case we needed to go somewhere. It's only been one day but things seem to be going well with the repair ! Any questions that I had were addressed over the phone and I have numerous documents emailed to me about the prices/ invoices etc. all in all a great experience ! I can't say enough good things about this company. From my communication with the owner, Kalvin, to the friendly service provided by my tech, Thomas, the experience was positive in every way. The price was on par with the shop I normally go to, but I had the convenience of them coming to me, at a time that fit my busy schedule. My regular shop said I needed a new transmission at a cost between $4-12k depending on used or remanufactured. Needless to say, I was distraught, and Kalvin was skeptical when I contacted him. He suggested that I first start with a transmission service where they drain and refill the transmission fluid. The cost was under $400 and the problem appears to be solved.
