Afternoon Tea Set featuring chicken salad sandwich, cucumber sandwich, honey vanilla scone, tea cake, and Chai tea. Bonus cinnamon roll.

Really enjoyed the afternoon tea here! If you have kids you'll love the indoor play area they have here, lots of things to play with while enjoying a meal. There were some flies in the restaurant while we were there, so I docked a star for that. The iced tea and finger sandwiches were the highlight, so if you're looking for better ambience I'd recommend taking it to go.

It was great coffee, wait was a little long though. The guy at the counter was nice and appeared to be the only employee/owner on site. The food smelled delicious and the menu sounded cool, but I wasn't here for food in this visit. The inside was actually pretty big and nicely decorated in a quaint holidayish type way I guess. it was cozy or at least that's what the vibe was going for, not sure if they accomplished it tbh. I'll be back because I think he's got something here that can be great if he gets it right. Coffee is why I came though and I think this might be the best place for it in Lompoc.

We were greeted right away and one of the workers checked on us too. This place is so cute and adorable I love the atmosphere just a cozy place to be with friends and enjoy tea, coffee and food. My fiancé ordered a coffee it was so good and usually he is very particular with his coffee, he was definitely pleased with the coffee and delicious cinnamon roll we shared, it tasted like it was freshly baked and homemade. My tea had delicious flavor and the cream added to the tea was delicious. I usually don't like hot tea but this was perfect. I loved the activities you could do such as color and play games. My only complaint is I wish they had better hours to be open.

I am very conflicted writing this review because long story short, the food and tea is fantastic but the service is some of the worst service I have ever experienced. This is the second time we have given this place a chance and both times they have failed miserably in the service department. The first time we had an issue, we ordered online for curbside pickup and when we arrived, the store was closed and we waited at least five minutes before the man came outside and said "sorry forgot to turn online ordering off, I will refund you." Keep in mind, this was during normal operating hours so they should have been open regardless. So we took a whole trip across town for nothing, and had to wait 3 days before our money was refunded. This did not stop us from trying again in person, and we did see on social media that they admitted to having a service problem but said that they hired help and everything should be good and on track now....or so we thought. We called ahead over the phone to order so we could make sure they were actually open this time. The man said it would be about 20 minutes because they were waiting on some bakery items to be done. Not a problem for us. We got there about 25-30 minutes after placing our order and was informed that he had to run to the store to pickup a cucumber for our order. He literally left and had his daughter watching the store while we sat there waiting. After all of this, it took about an hour for us to get 2 tea boxes and there was only one other customer in the store that we could see. When the man came back from the store we did not hear any hand or cucumber washing taking place as we sat there. That was also bothersome, but we can't prove otherwise because we couldn't see anything. Once we were able to dig into the food, that's where the experience changed. I now see why the cinnamon rolls get so much hype. It was delicious. The tea sandwiches were also not far behind in how great they were. The birthday cake tea was great as well. The atmosphere really wasn't our vibe either. If you are a mom with kids and don't mind awful service, this is probably the perfect place for you. It was loud with screaming children and the decor reminded me of my childhood in the 90s. I wish the owners could get it together when it comes to service because I would frequent this place often due to the awesome food. Having 2 terrible experiences with the service was enough that I don't want to go back.

Ok so I have to apologize that I don't quite remember the names of everything we enjoyed, and I wish I got photos of it all. But my GOODNESS. This was by far the best full tea service I've ever experienced. I love One Room for so many reasons, but this was just exceptional. We got so many different sandwiches and desserts- each better than the last! It was just the two (owners I presume) serving our party of 10 and we loved every bit of it. So fresh and delicious! The scones with lemon curd and clotted cream were my favorite. Also be sure to ask for a pot of their "birthday cake" flavored hot tea. Incredible! I can't wait to do this again very soon. THANK YOU!!!!!

This place is one that my child just loves to come to. She enjoys the play area and the food. I love trying the different teas while I am here. The employees always provide good recommendations and the taste of the food is fresh and so yummy! If you are looking for a quiet place this may not be the spot for you but if you have kids and are looking for a cute play date area this is good. Or a place to meet up with friends this is also a good choice. This place could use a deep clean and order do take time but the taste of the food is always fresh and on point. The drinks are so good and scene is comfortable. Plus there's not too many places that offer a clean area and these amenities to change your baby. It's definitely a small business shop but one worth supporting.

I tried One Room Coffee and Escapes this week. Very welcoming vibe. As a mother, I loved the kids activity rooms. All are age appropriate. Even the restroom was completely stocked with all the necessities. The tea room offered a clean calming atmosphere. I had the full afternoon tea. So delicious. Tea sandwiches, dainty desserts, scones with clotted cream and lemon curd. I was offered hot tea, iced tea, and various coffee drinks. The peach tea was a perfect addition to a fun afternoon. It is a must go to in Lompoc! Enjoy

I can't say enough about just how amazing this place is. They build all of the rooms themselves, and they are HUGE! Hands-down the best escape rooms I've ever done. Highly, highly recommend.

Travis, Jacob, and Aiden (hope I got them all right!) were great game masters and clearly lovers of escape rooms. The Reel, Vampire, and Stacks were the three indoor rooms, all of which were challenging but not frustrating. We escaped all three with time to spare, but got plenty of time to enjoy them. If we get 40 to 50 minutes in a room that's the sweet spot. 59:59 is a bit tight. ;-) And anything closer to 30 and less is way too easy. Obviously I can't say much about the rooms without spoiling any puzzles, but there was a nice blend of traditional locks and clues that were revealed once you solved a puzzle. Rooms were in good condition and all the puzzles worked. Operation Mindfall was a lot of fun. The outside of it all wasn't necessarily integrated into the game, but being outside was a refreshing change from being "locked" in a room. The puzzles were a lot of fun, and kept you moving. And you got a soundtrack to keep you in character as a secret agent. We were also extremely proud to learn that we solved the one puzzle that seemed to break a lot of other teams pretty quickly. We also got first place over everyone who has done this escape at this location. Definitely worth a stop.

We were told it was the most challenging room - definitely was more thinking than the other two, but we've also done a lot of escape rooms between then and now so I think we were better prepared. We received ~3 hints throughout the game and finished with 11 minutes to spare - the flow of the room was probably the best I've ever experienced. Most have like 5 things going on at once, this room was very focused and directed. Don't want to say too much more and give anything away When we finished, we heard an excited woop from the other room and both of the guys there told us we killed it, you could tell they were really excited for us. Super great feeling! Apparently this room has a pretty low completion rate, hence the reaction. They at one point also put up that one math meme gif (with the lady and the calculations) and wrote on the screen something to the effect that we were doing a great job. Thank you to our game master Jacob for the great hints and creating a fun atmosphere for us!

We felt very safe the entire time because before every single zip line, the staff carefully checked everyone's safety gear and connections. There are 6 zip lines total and each one is different with spectacular views that change throughout the course. One thing to know is that you should be in reasonably good shape because there are mini hikes between some of the zip lines. Curse of the Kraken is a small room but there is so much going on in that small space, we really enjoyed the assortment of puzzles and challenges in that room. Sherlock Society was our favorite room of the day, we didn't need any hints in this room but still cut it close escaping at the 52 minute mark.
