I always lean towards the chocolate flavors and have been satisfied every time! I even brought a donut to my boss since he admitted to never having tried one from Drover's. He said it was very delicious. Their donuts are definitely more cakey than others I've tried but I enjoy the texture. They have the more gourmet style flavors but also have the classic ones (ie glazed) which makes for an inclusive donut experience. For the coffee I had opted for a simple latte. It did the trick with giving me a caffeinated boost for my day. Overall, each visit I've had has been what I've needed to have a sweet, caffeinated start!

They are not as greasy as some places are always have the same variety of offerings, and have great texture and flavor. They also have French cruellers, which were not available during Covid due to supply chain issues, so many places stopped offering them but they still do. They have a really good raised cinnamon swirl, apple fritter and blueberry cake donut. One thing to be aware of if you go is they're CASH ONLY. Also they are older Asian folks that are no nonsense type people and don't say much so don't expect much small talk or pleasantries, but they are always nice to me and say thank you. But some people have been frustrated with their customer service. They can be closed at random times and sell out early on Fridays and Sunday's. I've gone at 10am and they sold out, and by noon it's slim pickings so be aware. I recommend you check them out !

They have a good selection of doughnuts all unique flavors. The coffee is really good. The server for my coffee wrong but I ended up not correcting it because it was very good. I ordered the special salted caramel brown sugar but for the salted caramel instead. I wanted to go back to order another coffee. My first bite of the cream cheese everything doughnut I was disappointed. But as I ate it more there was more cream cheese which I enjoyed. Sour: we ordered other doughnuts as well. We were pretty full all day so we didn't get to try the others till the next day. I'm guessing we should have forced ourselves to eat it the same day. The flavors were good. We ordered brown butter, carrot cake and pistachio lemon. By day 3 they were completely bad and very hard. The everything doughnut is not consistent in the amount of cream cheese inside. The one I had next day was not as filled as the first one I had. We ordered some doughnut holes as well and the glazed was melting. If I'm ever back in town I'll go for the coffee for sure and order 1 doughnut so I can have it fresh.
