My mom and I happened to be in the Lompoc area and decided to stop by Teaklish for the first time for a sweet treat! There were a bunch of options on the menu that all sounded delicious. There were sufficient drawings and descriptions accompanying each drink which provided an idea of what was actually inside! Despite much debate, I kept coming back to the Taro Milk Tea which is what I ended up ordering. I also added boba and cheese foam. After a few short minutes, the drink came out. My mom and I were heading out of town so I didn't get to trying it until I was walking to the car. It was really delicious! The drink was creamy and had a good taste of taro. The boba pearls were the perfect texture. I was admittedly nervous for the cheese foam since I've actually had experiences where I haven't enjoyed certain shop's cheese foams but this one was delicious! Great boba, and such a cute little shop! The mango chamoy and strawberry lemonade (with popping boba!) were delicious and unique in their flavors. Both had the perfect amount of sweetness and were a great addition to our road trip. The shop itself is super open and fun. The boba teas tasted amazing here! Little disappointed that the actual boba was not included but whatevs... The thing that kind of ruined a first experience was the weakness of the cup. We were having a photo shoot in the car and the cup fell less than a foot and broke. Luckily, we saved most if not all the boba which was a small win but the sheer weakness of the cup just ruined that first sip. The service was quick we spent less than 5 minutes in the store for our boba. Too bad we spent another twenty minutes cleaning the car LOL. We ended up at Starbucks for another cup and more ice. But the texture was a little grainy - somewhat similar to the home made Salvadoran horchata, which is not bad but for some reason it didn't stand out to me and is still sitting in my fridge. TEAklish has a cute name, open design that feels welcoming and easy parking setup that makes it easily accessible. I had a caramel coffee. Not too sweet, but smooth and creamy, I enjoyed it. Unfortunately there are not many options for snacks, sandwiches, as in a coffee house but since the focus is mostly Boba, that is understandable. On this review I am comparing it then to other Boba places. Definitely loved the menu clearly spelling out the different drinks, ingredients and sizes as well as the staff taking the time to explain the level of sweetness of drinks. If I was ordering Boba for the first time, the menu makes it easy for me to determine if I would like the drink or if I have questions. The locale is very clean and it is located inside a shopping center that allows for many parking options. Bathroom is clean and there is only one toilet. The music played is more r&b and helpful if you want to read a book. People come and go freely and many just order drinks to go. Most of the noise comes from the machines used to make the drinks. It was a hot day and I was desperate for boba. TEAklish came up on a search and there aren't too many options in Lompoc so I quickly headed there to quench my thirst. The menu was organized nearly by milk teas, fruity teas, blended drinks, specials, and new arrivals. I ended up getting one of their special drinks - a blended horchata with jasmine tea. The horchata flavor overpowered the jasmine tea flavor so I couldn't taste too much of that, but it was an excellent drink nonetheless. Service was friendly and fast; however the drinks were a bit pricey. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area though! read more

I'm so happy this place exists and is good! I moved to this boba desert from the Bay and never have I had such cravings for boba! What I love about this place is they don't only offer milk tea drinks (that lactose life tho) but also a variety of unique fruity options! My one downside is that I couldn't customize my ice and sugar levels like I'm used to at other boba stores (I like next to zero sugar). I've been coming to Lompoc my entire life, and the one thing I've always hoped for was a boba shop. THE DAY HAS COME I'm so happy that I have a place to go to so I can get my fix. Staff is super friendly, clean shop, and the drink I got 'mango something' was very good. Tajin made it spicy, mango made it sweet. Cute boba place in Lompoc. I think it's the only boba cafe in Lompoc, but it doesn't disappoint. I got the taro slush with boba and it was great! You can customize the sweetness, but it was perfect the way it was. I got the large, and it was pretty big (equivalent to a Starbucks venti). I think I would have been able to get away with the smaller size, which is equivalent to a Starbucks tall. The decor is cute. It has a rustic mid century modern vibe.
