They used to be Onewest. Seems all the old employees left. Service is very slow but they are friendly.

When my Father passed away I had to learn a lot about how to deal with trusts and my Father's finances. Mr. Carsi at the Hacienda Heights branch was truly helpful. He helped with changing the accounts and move the money so I could continue forward as the executor of the estate. This is obviously a good financial institution with great people. Helpful, knowledgeable people like Mr. Carsi are rare and I am thankful for his help. read more

I was in a jam a couple of weeks ago and was provided outstanding service by the members of this branch. I has written a check to buy a car on Sunday, my deposits were made on Friday and Saturday but were not funded on Monday. Worried that I would bounce the check I wrote to the dealer I when in to the branch and was helped by Ryan and Jackline. They both went the extra mile to help. Was told that they would see if they could expedite funding and I would get a call to let me know the status. Got a call later Monday that still had not funded but they would follow up with me on Tuesday. Sure enought late Tuesday morning Ryan called to let me know that they had the funds and the transaction would go through with no problems. Great service. I will be a member for life. read more

Came back here for the first time in a long time and their customer service is excellent. I was the only customer waiting in line on a Saturday, and the branch manager Ryan Wiese came out to help me with a very ordinary transaction. I don't use this bank regularly, so I can't speak to all their rates and policies, but I had an overwhelmingly positive and welcoming experience this time and wouldn't hesitate to come back and talk to the more if I were looking for a loan or something else. I don't know, people treating you nicely and respectfully is always a plus and I couldn't ask for more from this one experience I've had with them. Keep on doing what you guys are doing. I dont know what people are talking about when they say the tellers are rude. I dont think I have encountered a single rude teller at this branch. One of the reasons why I enjoy banking with One West is because theres a lot of one on one interaction. I have gotten to know some of the tellers here, because they take the time out of their day to mingle a little and to me that way more important than an assembly line teller. And for all the people complaining about 1 teller. Seriously? do they not understand that the volume for personal banking isnt as high as banks like chase and well fargo. So if the volume isnt as high why would they need every counter to have tellers? And in this economy theres been lots of cuts. But for those who are complaining about having only 1 teller, theres always an ATM. But wait! are they now going to complain that theres not human interaction? I wonder if they also complain about self check out at the grocery stores? Probably not! sad part is they probably dont even understand that they are doing a persons job. FOR FREE!!!! haha. But back to the review. I honestly do not mind having to wait a few minutes to deposit my check or whatever I am doing. I know I will receive great service and free coffee! haha read more

Visit the branch to open checking account. Jacqueline assisted me, she explain the product really well and easy to understand, she is warm, sweet and will treat you the way you should be treated. She also have a lovely smile, every time I called her, she is alway there to solve my problem. Definately 5 Stars: As a cancer patient I really appreciate when a business goes the extra mile to help me remain as healthy as possible. With that said, Aideen (hope it is correctly spelled) met me outside so that I would not have to exit my vehicle and provided my banking service. It was great and I felt completely safe. The only negative was when I called ahead of time the teller asked for my full name and social security number. read more

If I could, I would give this review no stars. Went to update an account for our non-profit organization and they were not able to find our physical file. We were told nonchalantly , "We are not able to find your file, it has to be somewhere so we will look for it." The manager went and practically hid from us since we requested that the file be located. Meanwhile she handed us over to a new staff member. The new staff member was trying his best to locate the missing file. After 1 1/2 hours, he found it. Guess what... At that time the manager suddenly appeared again and came out and said, " I knew it was somewhere, it was just a matter of looking for it". As a manager, I would have taken care of the non satisfied customers and let the new staff member handle the incoming people making deposits. As you can see... That was not the case. This bank does not handle my personal accounts and they never will. I hope that One West actually reads their reviews to reflect on their current practices and to better their service. read more
