That said, the services offered are a bit lacking at this location. There are no mortgage nor investment bankers here. If you go there for such advice, they'll refer you to Diamond Bar branch. The staff there are pleasant enough. Consist of recent graduates and old dinosaurs that looks like they have been there since it was founded. Not the sharpest knives in the drawer but then for simple deposits and transfers, they do just fine. Some irritating thing that made me gave them a 3 vs 4 star was that sometimes the ATM runs out of money. Honestly, what can be more frustrating than that? Which respectable bank would allow that to happen. But then again, Chinese people do like to withdraw large amounts of cash.

We opened an account at the CH branch two weeks ago. Right after that, a normal deposit came into our Walnut account, and Ir*** S immediately gave us a really hard time over it. When we called for help, she was super cold and sarcastic. The representative, Ir*** S, even mocked us for opening accounts at another branch. Customers should be free to open accounts at any branch without dealing with petty office politics. I've already filed a formal complaint with corporate headquarters. If you're a business owner, save yourself the headache and avoid this branch.

The customer was yelling, cussing, calling the employee names, and becoming increasingly aggressive while she remained calm and professional throughout the interaction. What concerned me most was the lack of protection and support for your employees during the incident. There appeared to be no physical barrier or safety measure between the customer and the employee, and although a security guard was present outside, he did not intervene, attempt to de-escalate the situation, or ask the individual to leave. As the customer became louder and more hostile, it was upsetting to see the employee left to handle the situation alone. I understand businesses want to create a welcoming and personable environment for customers, but employee safety should also be a priority. Situations like this can quickly escalate, and employees should feel protected and supported when dealing with abusive or threatening behavior. It was honestly very difficult to witness such disrespect toward this young woman and your staff. I hope additional measures can be considered to better protect employees and ensure they feel safe while at work.

At the…read moretime of my appointment, I was immediately greeted by an assistant manager at the front (kicking myself for not catching her name, I believe her initials are MZ?) who helped me process the Signature Guaranteed I needed for my Treasury Direct authorization form-- all within 10 minutes. Thank you! Tip: if you're looking to receive a Signature Guaranteed seal or stamp, most financial institutions no longer administer these due to Covid. BoFA was the only institution I could find around Diamond Bar that still offer them.
