Second time visiting One World Lounge and it was so much more crowded than 2 years ago! Not sure if its because of more travelers or what, but we also went end of April 2 years ago. There is still plenty of seating though, even when pretty full. Lots of furniture configurations like booths, tables, benches, couches, etc. Especially toward the back area where the candy jars/restrooms are. The food was ok, i'm not a huge fan of lounge food as I don't want to eat much before a flight. I did try a few things and they were fresh and tasty. The bar is huge and I love how they allow you to pour your own wine/champagne from the bottles in the ice bucket. The bartender was never too busy or overwhelmed like the Centurion can get. We were able to use the lounge due to flying Premium Economy on JAL. Definitely prefer this lounge over Centurion. read more

Located in LAX in Bradley International terminal, One World Lounge serves British Airways, Qantas, and Cathay Pacific Airlines business and first class passengers. This rectangular lounge is centered around a glass enclosed atrium style art installation. The natural light along with well placed ambient lighting makes for a well lit yet very relaxed atmosphere. There is a wide variety of comfortable seating, gathering places, tables, and cozy spots. The warm palette of tans, browns, and blacks create a vibe that beckons you to breathe deeply. Because if it's construction, there really is enough room for all to conduct business or relax before their flight. The food choices included salty snacks of popcorn & pretzels, a variety of salads, as well as hot dishes of pasta, a veggie-meat concoction, chunky seasoned veggies, and fruits and desserts to finish off. I really enjoyed the veggies which were a dente (perfect!) and salads which each had different bursts of refreshing flavor. Quite delicious! One thing that caught my attention was that ice is located in the bar, not with the sodas, so leave room for this addition. We each enjoyed Aperol Spritzes from the bar. read more

The oneworld Business Lounge is LAX's lounge for international business and first class travelers flying on a oneworld airline internationally. It is located on the fifth floor of the Tom Bradley International terminal, just past security. To enter, you'll need to present your passport along with a lounge pass issued at check in. For my lounge pass STARLUX Airlines provided it at the counter. Walking in, the lounge is impressive. It's huge and can seat about 600 people. There's plenty of seating from sofas to dining chairs. I especially liked the the circular seating around the fire pit. There is a full bar area as well as buffet. The complimentary buffet includes soups, salads, cheese and crackers and different hot entrees. There are also coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, tea and sodas available near the buffet. The bar area has a variety of mixed cocktails and well drinks. One fun and yummy detail I noticed is that there's some unlimited chips, pretzels and candy near the bar area. Aside from the buffet and bar, the lounge also has showers, WiFi and various work stations. Overall it was a great place to relax and eat prior to catching my international flight. I enjoyed some pasta, mini desserts and cappuccino. I left feeling happy and thankful for such a comfortable space to prepare for my long international flight. read more

Thanks to my airline, I was able to enjoy this lounge during my 5 hour layover at LAX Airport Terminal B. The entrance was a bit confusing and difficult to locate at first. They are located on an upper floor that you may reach after Terminal B security via the escalator or elevator 1 floor up. However, if you are connecting from a different terminal, you do not need to go up a floor as you will be passing by the lounge as you head towards Terminal B. The staff was welcoming as they checked your boarding pass and passport. The lady was super friendly and even complimented my hair. Upon entry, you will find the place is quite spacious with lots of food options. Do not fret if you are on any sort of diet that you will find something suitable. For Vegans and Gluten Free folks, they have a good selection of individual fruits and fruit salads during breakfast and lunch. (I did not stay for dinner so I can not vouch for that.) For hot foods, they have fried potatoes and oatmeal for breakfast and stir fried noodles and veggies for lunch. For drinks, they offer coffee and tea with stevia and other low calorie sweeteners. However I was unable to locate a non-dairy milk option nor a sugar-free syrup. Overall, not a bad lounge to stay for a long layover. read more

Not a bad place to wait for Qatar Airlines flight, but boy, there is nothing-zero-nada to compare it with the Qatar in flight experience which is stellar and simply the best. PREVIOUS REVIEW For various reasons, I prefer the Star Alliance business lounge or the Centurion lounge at LAX Tom Bradley termial, but all in all, the Oneworld Business Lounge was not to bad and definitely more relaxing than sitting in the crowds at the gate. The food options were a bit mediocre, and overall the place was very full. An overall redesign and fresher/more modern lightening might have to be considered. read more

I'm just delving in to the world of lounges as I didn't even know these secret gems are in the airports - IYKYK. This lounge is huge almost triple the size of an airport shop. There's a bar, sitting area, coffee machine kitchen, tables, bathroom and shower. We arrived late dinner was food was limited since we had a midnight flight. What was available was no too shabby - cold cuts, two salad selection, pumpkin soup, noodle soup and pasta all self serve. There is an added convenience of a fancy spigot to refill your bottle with sparkling or distilled water. Since the windows are all masked in drapes, the lounge feels like you're not in an airport which I assume is the purpose. All the staff are wonderful and promptly clearing tables and picking up after guests. If I were paying for this lounge, I would have expected better food selection. read more

I was here, at this lounge, around this week, exactly a year ago. And so much has changed. For one this place was mobbed and it was difficult to find a table, something that never happened before. There was always too much space. I was lucky to get a table and everybody was trying to grab it, when I went for food. There is construction going on, so maybe a portion has been sealed off. But I think there's another good reason and that is there are people with a lot of money these days... and therefore, have business lounge access. While this is the One World lounge, it is managed by British Airways, Qantas and Cathay Pacific. Therefore, all the airlines that are in the one world alliance....also use this lounge. Furthermore, all the long haul international flights now leave close to or after midnight. So everybody's at the same place at the same time. Having said that, you would expect pristine high end bar and food selections. The bar did not have champagne, which is a shock....instead they had Prosecco. Spirit choices were medium tier. Very disappointing. And in terms of food, nobody comes to a business class lounge to eat salads cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, crackers and churros. Everyone is looking for hot food. In this department, they need to have more variety. What was best here was the spicy pork. It was excellent. There were beans though undercooked, were good. A zucchini sautéed dish, which was also not bad. Then there was a noodle bar, with greens, mediocre at best, with only one choice of soup to add to the noodles. And then to add insult to injury, they started closing food sections, when the lounge was still almost fully occupied ...and this happened around 11:00 pm. The hot food station was still available. Some salads and some desserts, with the variety were being sectioned and closed off . They are supposed to close shop only after the last flight leaves and there was one scheduled for 1:25 AM. Overall, a compliment to the people working there. They were visibly overwhelmed, and it was tough to see them stressed to keep up with not only replenishing the food but also cleaning the tables. Bravo to the serving and help team. Finally, people who manage these LAX lounges need to go international if they wanna see and learn what it really is like, to drink and dine in a high class business lounge. read more

The place is extremely crowded and it took me a few minutes just to secure a seat with a small table by the entrance. The ambiance is business casual and very generic. The food selection is mid and the food doesn't look too appealing so I just had some wine and left. It's a little bit better than the Korean Airlines Lounge but not by much. Curious how the Korean Airlines Lounge would be after the much needed renovation. I don't know why we can't do lounges as well as others in Asia or Middle East. read more

Nice spacious lounge! Plenty of seating as a solo traveler or with family. Food wise I would give 2 stars, drinks and service 5 star! I love that you can serve your own wine! I tried a little bit of all their selection and it was pretty good! My favorite was Zonin prosecco, Penfolds Chardonnay and pinot noir. They have a full bar and you can ask the bartender to make you any cocktail of your choice. Sadly the food was very mediocre.. selection was ok but didn't taste that good. Breakfast was usual stuff eggs, toast, beans, pastries, fruit. Lunch had a good selection of salads, pasta, chicken (which was hardly there). Dessert was carrot cake and GF brownie, very unremarkable. Service is very friendly and efficient, plates and glasses cleared right away. Miriam took great care of us. read more

Fly business/first class with STARLUX and you'll get a pass for one world. Food was actually pretty good and a lot of options however it looks like the facility is still renovating. It's old and a bit outdated. It's very dark in here but a lot of seatings since it tends to get crowded. Wouldn't pay to enter but if you have it as a perk, should check it out. read more

The lounge was operated under Australian airline n called One world. First time I was there and it has got to be one of the worst, in my experience. The only thing passable was the salad n the soup. I compared this lounge to those in Asia and it was a let down. The Star Alliance lounge was better in both food and drinks. The food served was too small n too little for such a big place. We got into this lounge for free. I'm not sure whether it was because we had Global Entry status or because we purchased Economy Plus, but we didn't expect it. This lounge includes free food, drinks (I saw some wine bottles), wifi, showers, plenty of chairs, phone charging stations, table desks, and even a printer. This lounge is very spacious. Showers do not need to be scheduled. There arent any snacks that you can take out besides maybe some fruits. You can get your work done as you wait on the plethora of desks available. Even during peak times, this lounge can probably hold 200+ people. read more

Air France Business Class provides access to the Oneworld lounge. Located in Tom Bradley's International Terminal next to the PF Chang's, this large lounge provides a spacious waiting area for your flight. There are so many seating areas that even when crowded, you can find a space that feels semi private or secluded. We opted to plop down next to one of the televisions so we could watch tv and plug in our devices in preparation for our flight. The food options were served buffet style. There was a savory bar area with items like mushroom chicken and rice, carrot and butternut squash soup, ratatouille and pesto pasta. There were 6 salad options as well as cheese and charcuterie. There was also fresh fruit and a dry goods section with cookies and hot Cheetos. There was also chips and salsa. The large variety of food options ensured something for everyone. The area seemed to be well maintained with staff regularly swapping out items or cleaning up. The bar had a nice selection of wines, but we opted to save our drinking for the flight. While there, I decided to take advantage of the showers. I wanted to rinse off after lugging my heavy backpack around. The attendant helped me get situated quickly and the shower was nice! Currently, only half of the showers are available as the other half seem to be closed off. We had a very enjoyable wait in the lounge. Be warned that some of the gates are incredibly far so give yourself ample time to leave and walk over. read more

An amazing restful business lounge; lots of chairs and tables to relax and linger prior to boarding your flight. There are also quiet spaces for total relaxation or productive work. They have a good spread of food; and more importantly, a a wide selection of drinks, spirits, and coffee. The lounge employees (bartenders, clean up crew, and check in hosts) are hard at work to keep the lounge clean and visitors comfortable. The space is large, bright, and tastefully decorated. I was blown away by the food service at this lounge. My baby has a soy and dairy allergy, and as she is currently breastfed I have to avoid these allergens. I arrived at the lounge having already flown infrom NZ, and all I could eat on that 12hr flight was fruit. The chef saw how stressed I was trying to work out what I could eat from the canteen (plain rice essentially) and offered to make me a meal. He cooked me a steak with an egg and some veg. We flew business to Tokyo a couple weeks ago and got to hang out at this Oneworld Lounge before boarding instead of at our gate. I tend to hate spending a minute longer than necessary at the airport (why yes, I have missed a couple of flights), but lounge access changes everything. This was a nice lounge, clean and relaxing, with an airport lounge's most important amenities: reliable wifi, low-traffic bathrooms, and plentiful seating. I also appreciated the bar and the decent food options. I didn't want to overdo it before the flight, which we were very much looking forward to, but I got a glass of white wine and a plate of okay pasta salad and pretty good chicken curry. Before we knew it, it was time to board. No time wasted, every minute enjoyed. I don't know when I'll fly Oneworld business again, but if it happens, I'll be sure to get to the airport early. read more

The Qantas First lounge remains closed (although may open soon), so this lounge is the only option for OneWorld Emerald and business class customers. It's quite large, but it feels a bit claustrophobic inside due to the lack of windows and lack of any outside view. Rather than the a la carte restaurant menu in the First lounge, here you will find a buffet. The food choices were rather basic and overall not very impressive. There is a soda fountain for soft drinks. The overall food quality definitely seemed below a business class lounge. There is a moderately sized bar and quite a few selections of wine and champagne for self serve which was appreciated. Staff seemed good about clearing plates and glasses, and there was only a brief wait on entry to obtain Qantas boarding passes from the agent as American was unable to issue these on our inbound connection. Boarding announcements are made for OneWorld carrier flights, and the gate was only a short walk. Overall this was a fair choice, but I might actually prefer American's Flagship lounge which is pretty easy to access via a walkway to terminal 4. I look forward to the reopening of the far superior First lounge. read more

I wish this lighting and mood would be applied to the Qantas first lounge, then that one would compete with JAL first in Narita but alas. Given that both Qantas First and this lounge are next to each other I would recommend trying both during your stay if you have the time. The best comparisons are apples to apples, so I'll compare this lounge to the Star Alliance Lounge at LAX. Unfortunately, the Oneworld Business Lounge falls short. The positives are that it is large and spacious, and there's a good hot buffet (I was there in the morning, all the standard breakfast items for either a healthy or unhealthy breakfast were available). Sadly, the negatives probably outweighed the positives. The Oneworld lounge has no windows and no natural light (the Star Alliance lounge comes complete with outdoor terrace). Although the Oneworld lounge is big, the "quiet" spaces (away from the TVs) fill up fast (early in the morning is the least crowded time, the lounge fills up as midday approaches and more flights are scheduled). Finally, there's almost no self-serve bar here, you have to ask a bartender for almost any alcoholic beverage aside from a few cheap house wines. If you're a young woman some of the older ladies behind the bar give you disapproving looks if they think you're ordering "too many" drinks. Or maybe it's just me. read more

This is the definition of a fantastic airport lounge. The atmosphere and ambiance in the Oneworld lounge is fantastic, being fairly low-lit with smooth music for a cozy feel. It's also fairly quiet as well, and the food selection is the best I've seen at any airport lounge I've been too, with a pretty wide selection of food available at the buffet. There's also a good selection of drinks available at the bar, including soft drinks as well as a selection of adult beverages, and bar snacks like chips as well. I spent about 4 hours here in between flights while heading to London a few months ago and it was a really relaxing experience, especially when compared to sitting at a gate or the airport hallways. There's also really great fast charging and strong WiFi available, which makes passing the time in between flights a pleasant and even fun experience. Best airport lounge I've ever been in and one of the few good things about LAX. Oneworld Business Lounge gets a full 5 stars from me. read more

The lounge itself is fine, huge and soulles. That's lounges - it empty, which I admittedly I like. It's empty because they have an unduly stringent access policy. Our daughter is flying Air France premium economy to Paris then business from Paris onwards. We are flying business on both. She isn't allowed in with us, most airport lounges wouldn't have such a strictly enforced rule if the lounge is empty. Certainly Virgin didn't. Our daughter is a maths teacher - she couldn't be more suited to a lounge setting. However she works in a job which is socially useful and badly paid. She has not flown in 5 years. I just found this a very disappointing end to the trip. read more

Very impressive lounge for Business Class ticket holders. The space is large and quiet. There were plenty of pockets of seats and quiet areas. The selection of food was quite nice. On this on occasion, they served curry chicken and rice along with assorted vegetables. Salads were also available, as were assorted snacks. As for beverages, they were serving alcoholic drinks. Air France shares the lounge with British and Quantas. It is a large dark space showing signs of age and high traffic. I am sure that it was beautiful when it opened but is now in need of a renovation. The seating is dispersed everywhere with all types of chairs: from cloth to leather recliners. The drinks are classic , the champagne is sparkling Chardonnay and the food is more the masses served in big warming containers. The pasta is mushy , the cauliflower has been there for a long time and the salads are not seasoned well. The deserts are equally sad with a little cake looking lost and bowls of fruit salad. The renovation is long due! At least it is quiet but I can't get around the general gloomy ambiance. read more

The lounge was quite spaced out with different types of chairs and areas. There were wall dividers in certain parts to give you a little more privacy. The bar area was pretty cool and there was a self-serve wine and water. The food selection was quite few. Maybe they haven't had the chance to replace the food trays? Also, I wished they had a sign at the front on which airlines can access this lounge since there were a couple of people that were in line, but they were at the wrong lounge. read more

We were very excited when we learned that our trip to the UK, booked on American Airlines would be operated by British Airways and that we would have access to the One World Lounge in Tom Bradley Terminal at LAX. Sadly this dark, worn [EVERY upholstered seat was worn through to the structure below] uninspired menu, often without various utensils due to slow dishwashing? was totally disappointing. The Oneworld Business Lounge is probably the only lounge I've been so domestically (so far) that meets international comfort and amenity standards that other travelers may be used to experiencing. On way from LAX-HND on AA, I chose this over the Admiral's Club to spend a few hours before the flight. The lounge is spacious and clean with plenty of open seating, lounge chairs, and work areas for business travelers. There is an open buffet with hot and cold selections. We came for breakfast and filled up before our light flight to Japan! Bar service is included and drinks are crafted by the friendly bartenders. If they don't know how to make your order, teach them! Private shower rooms available with toilets included making it a comfortable space for everyone. Given it's open space and never being really packed, this is a great lounge to use before an international flight. I would definitely come back in the future when I fly through LAX and onward to my overseas destination. I don't travel much, but got to the airport 3 hours early for a business class flight on Norwegian and had to check out the lounge. it is on the 5th level next to a couple of flashy eateries. Lounge was immensely spacious, and you can easily find a "zone" that suits you, whether it is a quiet corner with comfy seats, the high top bar with plenty of AC and USB outlets to enjoy your freshly ground and brewed expresso, or comfy couch area near some TVs. Food buffet was limited to some pasta, rice, Hungarian goulash, a nice spread of salads, and desserts. There is a full bar for beer, wine, cocktails, or whatever you fancy....all complimentary, just be sure you tip! Last but not least, there are private bathrooms with showers (towels provided) where you can clean up before jumping on a red eye flight. Definitely recommend using it if you're using an airline that's part of the Oneworld alliance... American, Quantas, Norwegian. read more
