I asked for simple curtain bangs and the stylist completely butchered the right side of my hair. She told me she was fresh out of cosmetology school and it honestly showed. The cut was uneven, choppy, and way shorter than I asked for. It was so bad that I have been self conscious about my hair ever since. What makes it worse is that my hair has never been the same. I take very good care of my hair and it used to grow evenly and healthy. Three years later and that section still has not grown back properly. I have had to style around it constantly and it has been extremely frustrating. I trusted this salon and left feeling upset and embarrassed. If you care about your hair at all, I would strongly reconsider booking with a level 1 stylist here. Saving money is not worth dealing with damage that lasts for years.

Unfortunately, this information wasn't relayed to me in advance that they would be covering the parking expense and the parking lot states you have to pay when you park and when I told her I had already paid for it nobody told me anything even when I asked ahead where to park, Lili's response was "oh well next time." It would have been nice to save the $21.56 that I had spent for 2 hours of parking. Again, super appreciative that they even offer this it's just nice that if it is offered that the information is relayed so I could have appreciated/benefited from it as well.

But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill. With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.

Bought a Group on and after reading some of the comments was a little apprehensive, I called made my appointment late in the evening, this is a plus because the only other salon that is open late is located in the mall. I was seen at 7:30pm and was seen promptly, the place was the cleanest I have been to in a long time, the people there spoke English and Spanish another plus, because I was able to communicate my needs with out a problem, my advise is read your deals thoroughly before you buy and then if you are still in need of clarification call the salon. The salon is a full service and I was able to have a facial by the barber and I was pleased, a barber doing my facial was a first for me! read more

When I kindly asked for it to be fixed, I was told I'd need to pay for a color change and that the French tip was extra, which I understand (the French tip charge). Still, I expected the issue to be corrected without hassle. When I brought it up to Miranda, she seemed visibly bothered, which made the experience uncomfortable. As someone who's familiar with this industry, it's disappointing to see that kind of response. This feedback is meant to help--your attitude sets the tone for your business, and a little more care and professionalism can go a long way.

My daughter has sensory sensitivities, especially with her feet, so it took some encouragement to get her comfortable with the idea. I was genuinely looking forward to making it a positive experience for her. The front desk staff member was kind and respectful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, once the service started, the experience shifted. The technician doing my pedicure, Tee, came across as impatient and dismissive. She seemed annoyed by normal interactions, which made the appointment feel uncomfortable instead of relaxing. The pedicure itself was just okay and she never checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. We chose the Lavish pedicure, which is the most basic option and it did make me wonder if that influenced the level of service we received. Regardless of price, I would expect to be treated with the same level of care and professionalism. I didn't say anything during the appointment because I didn't want to disrupt the experience for my daughter. I had framed this as something fun for us to do together and I didn't want her to feel that tension. Toward the end, we also felt rushed out, even while our polish was still fresh. From what I could see, there were several open chairs and no one waiting so the rushed feeling was confusing. At one point, the technician came back and pushed the ticket toward me without much communication which added to the overall feeling of being hurried through. Overall, it was disappointing. I had hoped to find a place we could visit regularly but I'll be continuing my search for a salon that feels more welcoming and considerate.

I had to cut them all off. Very nice nail salon the quality just isn't there. UPDATE: after owner reply The reply from the owner is absolutely not true. Hannah didn't mention any of that to me. As someone who has been getting BIAB for years and just switched from a nail salon that I no longer live near I would literally go 6-8 weeks in between fills with no lifting whatsoever. Because my natural nails are strong already. Again for the PRICE the QUALITY just isn't there I shouldn't have issues 4 days after getting them done. and just by looking at the owners responses on some of the other low star reviews you can clearly tell they lack accountability. There was no sign, Hannah didn't offer another product and it states no where on the website that they can't do natural nails with length.
