I had never been here at this location before and walked in asking for an Ombré French style set of nails. I was seen immediately as a walk in. All I did was show them a picture and she nailed it... literally! Great job! Great attention to detail! She took time to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted! 5/5 Experience! Had such a wonderful experience here! I came in for a spa day with my daughters to celebrate a birthday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. I'm a pretty picky customer and wanted to try somewhere new -- and I'm so glad we did! Our nails came out absolutely beautiful, and we were all beyond satisfied. Cheryl, Kevin, Cully, Kim, and Lynn worked on us, and each of them did an amazing job. Joanne at the front desk was fantastic -- she promised to pair us with the perfect people for the birthday girls' nail art, and she delivered! Cheryl's 3D design work was even better than the photo we showed her. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to -- no attitude, no communication issues, just great service and positive vibes all around. We walked out feeling so happy and confident. Jay is hands down the most incredible pedicure specialist I've ever encountered in over 20 years of getting my nails done. His attention to detail is unmatched--every step of the process is handled with precision and care. What truly sets Jay apart is his amazing attitude; he's kind, professional, and makes the entire experience so enjoyable. I've struggled with ingrown toenails for years, and most people aren't brave enough to tackle them, but Jay approached it with such expertise and confidence. Let's start with the front desk staff! Such a hardworking sweetheart' young girl continued the entire time I was there, cleaning the salon up, checking on guest and the employees and just straightening up! One heck of an employee! The prices here are In such a good range and the location is so much closer than any other nail salons besides in my town. I had to give it a chance! I started out with old dip nails with tips on and Tammy took such care of the removal and dissolving to really make sure my nails stayed in a healthy manner! Then she made me feel great by complimenting my nails and explaining that I didn't need to add tips because my nails were beautiful and strong and she believed they would grow for the next time to not need to get tips again! Once she started applying everything she continued to just be gentle and kind as well as the rest of the staff I interacted with . I did end up having a nail break within a few days and emily the manager took it into her hands to be sure to fix it and make sure when I left my nails looked great. I couldn't recommend them in any other way then to tell you, YOU have to try. They are incredibly caring and careful! I loved my experience here. read more

This is a real nice place. The owner Emily is very attentive to everyone. My nail tech Jenny transferred to this location. She's awesome. Her husband Andy is also an excellent nail tech. Not disability friendly establishment!!! Absolutely horrible place. Not only the lady who did my pedicure laughed about my disability and slapped my leg and continued talking trash about me to her coworker that my leg was shacking mind you I have multiple sclerosis she also did horrible job on my pedicure. And when the other lady did my nails fill in I got charged $87 for simple fill with color! And this was not the first time they did that. The nails looked crooked, uneven , cuts from filling on my finger and so much more! When I voiced my concerns to the manager she basically yelled at me and told me if I didn't liked it should've said something but I did! I said it to the manager!if you do decide to go there make sure to ask for the price first they make up so many hidden cost it's unreal. As for me I won't ever step foot in that salon again I can deal with them being unfriendly sometimes but disrespectful towards my disability never! read more

I had Sophia as a tech, for a gel pedicure and classic manicure. She did not introduce herself or even acknowledge me , rushed through the service, with not much care. With the manicure I was nicked quite a few times, so many I bled a little. Wiped away the blood, didn't apologize not once. Pedicure looks alright though. My friend's tech looked amazing though, So maybe w a different tech. Management did try to rectify with slight discount on the manicure. read more

Paid $77.50 for a new set and they all came off within 5 days! I was unable to come back as I was out of town for vacation and got my nails done for vacation..came back in the the next day I was home to get a refund or for them to redo my nails and they told me they would give 20% off a new set... and the owner called me a liar when I told her I was camping and had no service... so I could not call... I have never gone back in and asked for money back or a new set to be replaced... as I know nails brake but all my nails fully lift off in less then 3 days... not normal don't go and throw your money away read more

Honestly, just go somewhere else. Seriously! I paid $80 for this set just for two of my nails to break the SAME NIGHT!! The nail tech took FOREVER and my nail foundation was still WEAK!! I get long nails all the time, so I'm confident in how to use my hands with long nails. I went back to get them fixed, for more nails to break the following week. There are so many nail salons in San Antonio. You can really skip over this one and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! If you want your pretty nail set to last, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I absolutely adore this place. I've gone to probably about twenty top rated salons in SA and this one has been the only one I've stuck with. Jenny is my mail tech that I see. But when she was out I went to a new person everytime and they all did amazing jobs. I'm super picky with my nails and it's crazy how perfect they are. First place to never cut me! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! This place was absolutely HORRIBLE! I CAN NOT & WILL NOT recommend ANYONE to go here and have their nails done. Day 2, my nails are lifting, and after spending over $100, there is no way this should be happening. In addition to that, my cuticles are bleeding, and my fingers are sore. As far as the pedicure, it too was horrible! It cost $68, and he (Jay) rushed through the process. He did not put oil or lotion on my feet or legs. The polish I picked out was the same color primarily due to them adding nailpolish remover to it. All professional techs know this causes the nail polish color to change and look dull. Needless to say, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! They only want your money. read more

My favorite part is their honesty and that includes when you're not due for another service. I recently came in asking if I needed to get my eyebrows done and instead they suggested I just do a "maintenance" service to hold me until my next full eyebrow wax. They use a calming oil afterwards to help with the redness which I greatly appreciate. Most importantly is the waxing doesn't hurt; rather it's like a quick flinch. If you have any allergies you should get your nostrils done! It truly makes a difference and you won't have to worry about them going all the way up your nose. It's just around the nostril flares. With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.

My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, we asked if we could have our manicures done at the same time as our pedicures. The salon was not busy, and several technicians were sitting idle on their phones, yet no one came to do our manicures as requested. The technicians who did our pedicures seemed annoyed that we were even there, and my pedicure felt rushed and rough. Afterward, we returned to the front to request manicures. I showed the technician a photo of exactly what I wanted -- a black French tip shellac manicure. Despite this, she began applying bubble-gum pink acrylic without confirming. I didn't notice right away since I was talking to my friend, but when I did, I immediately told her that wasn't what I wanted. At that point, only three nails were done, but she repeatedly tried to convince me to keep it. I apologized for any miscommunication, asked her to remove it, and even offered to pay for the removal. She reluctantly agreed but was clearly frustrated. I again showed her the photo and clarified my request. I asked for a nude base with black tips, but she ignored my instructions and began painting the tips black directly. Then, for reasons I still don't understand, she wiped all the black polish off and had to clean up the mess underneath my nails. By this point, I just wanted to leave, but I already had a base coat on and couldn't walk out like that. I told her to scrap the design and simply paint my nails a nude color instead. The final result was sloppy, and she had filed my pinky nail so aggressively that she left a small cut. Less than 24 hours later, the shellac walready lifting and chipping. Overall, this was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and inattentive, with the sole exception of the kind man working the front desk. I recently visited this for a manicure and pedicure, hoping to relax and enjoy a pleasant experience. However, my visit turned out to be incredibly uncomfortable and disheartening. While the person who did my pedicure, Jasmine, was sweet and gentle, the male technician assigned to my manicure displayed extremely rude behavior. Right from the start, he lacked basic courtesy, failing to greet me or use polite language like "please" or "thank you." When I informed him that I wanted a different color for my manicure than what I had on my pedicure, he seemed annoyed. Instead of explaining his actions, he demanded that I place my hands in a specific position to remove the dip, pulling my arms without any consideration. What made the experience even worse was his physical treatment of my hands. He began slapping my hands and forcefully pulling my arm, all the while insisting that I relax. I felt a sharp pain in my finger and expressed it by saying "ouch," but he responded with a smile, suggesting that my difficulty in relaxing made his job challenging. In the past, I had a positive experience at this salon, but this incident has left an indelibly negative impression. After paying for the services, I promptly left and reached out to speak with the manager. Although she apologized for the incident, the damage was done, and I have decided never to return to this salon again. Moreover, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone else seeking nail services. A nail salon should be a haven for relaxation and self-care, but my experience at this was far from that. The unprofessionalism and rude behavior displayed by the male not only ruined my visit but also made me question the respect and treatment I received as a customer.
