Natalie did a beautiful job on my nails! She was very attentive and made sure I was completely happy with my set. Gel X going on 5 weeks.
I am so disappointed in the service. The guy who did my pedicure was very nice and attentive. The lady who painted my toes however was very rude. I'm never coming back.
I have been coming here for about 4 years now. Natalie always does a fantastic job. I will not go any place else. I always make an appointment... perfect!!
Where do I begin!! I had the worst experience ever at Only Yours Salon. I came in at 8pm and Natalie was there with her 3 kids. I had a manicure and pedicure done. I noticed that with my pedicure if you don't elect to get what she offers she doesn't do a full pedicure. If you do elect to get what she offers she charges extra. Basically it's a nail clip, cuticle removal and polish. No massage and no scrub. I have been coming here for about 10 months. Although it's pricey over other salons I didn't mind paying because the shop is so clean and she uses new supplies on you every time. Her utensils are out of the auto clave machine. Sterilized and used only on one customer. I had a situation with Nathalie tonight that I felt had to be shared. Because what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong. I am disappointed and am forced to part ways because of The customer service or lack thereof I received. I chose to have a peach dip powder manicure. As she was doing all the dipping and what have you I noticed the color being significantly different from the sample. I mentioned it once but Nathalie reply was she wasn't done with the coats and top coats. Long story short. When it was all said and done it was basically comparing an apple to an orange. I was not really happy with it but can I say. It was 9:30 pm and I was tired and hungry. Besides I felt sorry for her kids that had been at the shop all day long while she worked. I wasn't about to sit there and have her change the color and spend another hour there and make her kids wait another hour. When it was time to pay she told me that it was $45 for my manicure and $20 for the pedicure. At this point I felt $65 was a lot of money for a Mani/Pedi that would have cost a lot less at another shop. I told Nathalie that I didn't think it was fair to pay the full amount given that I was not happy with my manicure. She said she would charge 60 and then she would pay the five. She rambled on about some contract that she has going on which I had no idea where that came from or what the reasoning behind it was. She continued to say that she was paying five dollars for me. I didn't understand why she was saying that and what exactly that meant. At this point I'm thinking she's not doing me a favor. So I told her to stop saying that she was going to pay five dollars for me because I didn't see where that was coming from. She started going in on how her boss the owner of this and that. I caught on that she was trying to hustle me. Which I am not gonna allow anyone to think that they're going to get over on me. I quickly realized that she was trying to do. Thinking back to the conversation I had with her, she told me that she was a Vietnamese mix with French and was lived in Austria. Which I happen to think was very bizarre because she could barely speak English. Clearly she is Vietnamese. This kind of made me upset. I thought she really thinks I'm some kind a sucker. I tried to explain to her that because she was a merchant and I was the consumer that she should try to accommodate her customers and make them happy. I told her that I was going to pay for her service but I did not think it was fair for me to pay the $45 for a manicure and the results I got was not even what I wanted. She said she would fix it and I told her that I would not want to spend another hour in your shop as it was late and she had her children with her. My time is valuable why should I have to waste another hour and I didn't think it was fair for me to pay for something I didn't receive. In retrospect, I believe that some of the reviews on here that have had negative experiences with Natalie are credible. I would say that she's not a very honest person, and she is not about making her customers happy. All she had to do was say hey I understand you didn't get what you wanted. I will charge you x amount of money instead of this. That's all. Instead she went on some tangent about the "owner" and her paying for me. And so on and so forth. Now she lost a customer and gained a negative review on yelp. By the way when I asked her for a price list she told me she was remodeling and that's why no prices were posted up on the walls. I told her that 10 months ago when I first came there she told me the same old story that she was remodeling and that's why she didn't have a price list up.
Been coming here for a year already and I can honestly say Nathalie is the best nail tech in paramount. Aside from keeping the place very clean and organized she uses quality materials. Therefore every time I get acrylic manicures they will last for about 3-4 weeks and still look good. You can tell Nathalie takes pride in her work. She takes time on her art and never fails to make them as perfect as possible. I always make sure I come after work or a day when I know I have nothing else to do. I rather her take her time on her work then to have her rush her work and not be satisfied with the outcome. When you come here you are paying for quality nails.
Wish I could give 0 stars. First time I came they took over 2 hours with one person so I didn't get anything done and learned to make an appt. I made an appt today at 2 and didnt get service until 3:15. Then I had asked her a million times for a french tip on hands and feet and she painted my toes all white!!!! I didnt even get my nails done and on top of that it came out to $20 for a pedicure. Poor, poor, poor customer service :( Update: She has now messaged me through Yelp and my personal phone number to call me a liar. What a creep!
I have to deduct stars solely for pricing. I paid $108 just for my nails (which are acrylics, with one chrome, a few diamonds, and gel). I would love to go back, but I don't think I can afford it. I know other nail salons in paramount that charge $65 for much more complicated designs (I've attached a photo of one). I wanted to grow my naturally nails out but not for $216 a month! Overall including my pedi and nail take off it was $145. She also told me that she was discounting me like $45 for my design...so my nails would have cost around $150! Lol! I wanted to tip her more than $10 but she broke the bank! Lol I should also mention that I called before I came to ensure she did dip powder nails, which she did. I only do dip powder nails and haven't had acrylics in years. She decided, on her own, that I needed acrylics and used gel polish without asking me if I even wanted that. When I get clear dipping powder, I never put gel polish on top, simply bc I like to have the option of changing it easily. And I sent the photos of my new nails to a friend of a friend who works at a popular Beverly Hills salon, she said the salon would have only charged around $95 for what I got! Lol! You have to laugh to keep from crying. And now I'm editing my review for a third time bc I looked at another persons review and they said they "only pay $50 for long coffin gel acrylics" I was charged $55 for extremely short coffin nails, plus another $15 for the gel. I took a screen shot of the comment and I'm considering going to court over this one!!!! You legally can't fluctuate a price with no basis behind it. The more I think about it, the more upset I get about my visit and more upset that she saw a sucker coming! *Update: She keeps calling me a liar and is not stating how I lied. I simply asked her several times to explain why I was charged $70 for short acrylic gel nails, when another customer was only charged $50 for LONG acrylic gel nails. Again she resorted to name calling and didn't answer my question. Check out the photos!
Natalie did my nails in another salon so when she sent me messages to let me know she now had her own location I was surprised. Needless to say this place is awesome. Great color selection and great service. Natalie believes quality is better so she is not afraid to ask people to make an appointment. Would recommend this place :D UPDATE! Natalie did it again! Love her work can't stop raving about her UPDATE!! Still in love with the work and Nathalie has become the only person I will trust with my hands . Thanks to her on going dedication to prove the best for her customers , I always get what I want and my nails are in amazing shape natural or acrylic I get the best.
I found this salon on Yelp and was surprised to see a nail salon that had so many 5 star reviews. I was a little nervous because there were a few reviews that said there are only two people on staff and while there were only a few people on staff when I arrived. I did not have to wait at all. I went on a Thursday afternoon around 3pm. My boyfriend got a pedicure that he enjoyed. He got the callous removal that came with a sugar scrub and a foot/leg massage with hot stones. He thoroughly enjoyed it. I just had my feet done and I had a pretty bad cut on my finger so I decided I wouldn't get any services this time, but I will definitely be back. They have a ton of colors to choose from and the salon looked very clean. Natalie, the manager told me the salon will be remodeled by the time I come back and that it will resemble a hotel lobby with complimentary self service coffee & tea. I will come back with another review after I personally get serviced.
Very clean, friendly, and have a plethora amount of colors!!! From polish, gel, dip, chrome, and all the new products- this place has it all. They don't only do nails... Hair too!! Natalie did an amazing job on my nails. Excited I finally found a local place that does a great job. Everyone has heard that saying "Whatever you like, we do for you." Well they really can :)
I've been putting off this review for months now because words cannot describe how amazing this salon is. Nathalie is so incredibly passionate about all things beauty and it shows in her work. I've been a loyal customer for 5 months and never once has her work disappointed me. She only uses the highest quality supplies and is upfront with you about the costs. She prefers to use organic products which may be a bit more expensive, but you're paying for quality, care, and long lasting beauty. Her salon is always completely spotless and you could count on her to be committed to her customers and deliver the very best. I would definitely recommend Only Yours Beauty Salon.
Natalie is the truth ! First time here & LOVE my nails ! I'll be taking the drive every time ! The place was clean & relaxing. There wasn't a bunch of talking. But the staff is friendly. & listen to what the customer wants. They make sure to break down the price with you so there's no hidden fees ! Great place ! Parking kind of sucks but it's worth it.

I've been going to Nathalie since December 2018, have nothing but good things to say about her and her work. She is very friendly, the shop is clean, and she is awesome in her craft. Her product is good and the prices are fair for the quality we receive. She actually cares about the health of your nails...where another shop would have just done services that I really didn't need just to get the money, she told me the service wasn't needed and recommended things that were cheaper. I'm sure I will be a customer of hers for a long time to come. read more

My girlfriend found this nail salon on Yelp and we decided to try it based on the many great reviews there were. Natalie absolutely did not disappoint! We had a great experience getting our pedicures together and my girlfriend's manicure turned out flawless to say the least, she really loved the wide selection of nail polish colors available and furthermore was stunned by the precision and care provided by Natalie as she ensured that we were both very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entirety of our appointment. We will most definitely be returning here and become regular customers as we were blown away by our high set expectations not only being met but rather exceeded. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service as it is evident that cleanliness and customer satisfaction is of upmost importance here not only to Natalie but the small business as a whole. read more

Natalie did such a great job. She's so sweet. Sometimes she may take a while but it's because she wants to do it right, she doesn't rush which I think is great. A lot of times if they're in a rush they will be too rough on you or they will come out uneven. But yeah I really love my nails, I had shown her an inspo pic and they pretty much look identical!! definitely worth what you're paying for. I think the price is fair. And she has ALOT of color selections +designs, and holo nails. I recommend calling because she's not always immediately available but walk ins are still welcomed!! read more

Where do I start? I'm writing this to show Nathalie some LOVE...I met her in LBC working at a shop on Willow & Pacific...She does such excellent work, hard working nail technician...What more can you ask for? She had stayed numerous times over the years doing my hair process and nails until the wee hours of the night...I can be difficult because I'm not new to this and know what I want...Organic products and Pravana similar-permanent hair colors are my Faverite...It's like having designer hair and the nails are amazing...Very detailed work and hands down LOVE LOVE the glow in the dark powders...They are unique and look natural but overall FANCY...I LOVE Nathalie and she fills my beauty needs...You pay for what you get and if you value quality you won't be disappointed read more

Nathalie is amazing! In all my 10+ years of getting my nails done, I have found a perfectionist, Nathalie! These are the best sets I've ever had and best services I could ever imagine. She's such a sweet lady. Love That she interacted with me while doing my nails and this was the first time we met so she's very friendly. I left a very very happy customer! Absolutely love this place. 1. It's clean!!! 2. The staff is friendly 3. The prices are great 4. Natalie the owner has done my nails on 3 occasions and every time I leave extremely happy. She loves what she does and her work shows it. I've been looking for a place that was clean, great with prices, friendly staff, the work being done being done well. This nail salon has all those things. Natalie has been great every time. She takes her time, never has she rushed doing my nails. She recommends what she believes you will like (if you're being indecisive). My nails have grown so much better and stronger since I've began coming here! MORAL OF THE STORY...*INFECTION*** So I found this place here on help with all these "great" reviews and decided to try them out this past Sunday. I called and made an appt at 330pm for a regular pedicure and my sisters gel and I told the women in charge (I don't know her name) that I needed to be out at 430pm to take my daughter to her appt by 530 in a much further city. She said no problem and to come in. I got there at 315pm and she told me to wait cause my appt is at 330. No problem I don't mind waiting 15 mins. 340pm rolls around and I asked when am I going to be seen? I need to leave at 430. She tells her workers I need to leave soon. Her nail tech finished up with one lady and started work on another women!!! Now it's 355pm and they seat me. They don't start working till 410pm. I was livid. What is the point of a appt when I'm seen 40mins after even after I said I need to be out of there by a certain time. I had to make last minute arrangements for my daughter to be taken to her appt. that's not even the worst part..... We were rushed. I mean rushed. It was the worst experience. We paid. We left. When I get home my right big toe is burning. I had no idea what it was but ignored it. The next day Monday I realized she had cut me. I've been to multiple nail salons and I know things happen and she filed too close to my skin and cut me pretty bad. I figured it would go away in another day. As I'm walking around all day Monday I realize my big toe is hurting a lot more then it should for a cut. And I look closer I see on the left side my skin is turning red. I know exactly what that means. An infection. It is now Thursday and I've been in soooo much pain. I've had to seek medical attention, I'm currently taking antibiotics and my toe is still in pain. I'm so disgusted and upset by all of this. I paid money for a service and received an infection on top of the horrible experience . So after getting a drs appt Tuesday I wanted to call the nail salon and let them know what they have done and I needed a refund.... Tell me why I called 10 times and no one answered my phone call? It wasn't until I called private they answered me the first ring. Now mind you I did call to make an appt Sunday so they did have my number. Idk if I'm looking too much into that but it don't make no damn sense that I call 10 times literally and on the 11th from private they answered. I'll post a picture so you can see. Finally she answered and I told her what happened and she told me to come in so she can see it and to see if I actually got it from their shop and if so they can fix it. Like I know where I went to get nails done!! I said I don't want you touching my toe I want my money back . Their shop isn't around the corner from me it's actually a bit of a drive and for $14 it's not worth it to me. I know it's the principle but for me to go there and go back and forth with someone over their wrong doing, I don't have the energy. So I'm posting the pictures of my toe and the the phone calls I made. This shop is lucky I don't take further action with this. And I had to walk around in pain at a theme park with my toe all red and swollen cause I had tickets. That just pissed me off I might just take further action with this. I've been searching for a good nail salon for quite some time now. Every time I got get a simple gel mani they last me a week or burly hanging on on two weeks. I came here to try a new place. From the moment I came in it was amazing service. Nataly is so detailed and a perfectionist in what she does. Her place is super clean she makes sure it is always clean and sanitized I've never seen someone so clean! What I love about her is that she takes her time on each customer! She can have people coming in and she'll still take her time. Unlike other salons as soon as customers come in they start to hurry and want you out of there to get more money in and the service looses its experience. Her manicures are so detailed even if it's just color and no design they last me for weeks the only reason I come back is because my nails are over grown it's never been because the color peeled. I remember getting my pedi done and that's when I realized she is truly amazing! Usually I go to a place here for manicures and then a place there for a pedi but Nataly does amazing in both areas! Her pedicures are amazing. She goes in! She takes her time and makes sure that she scrubs! Not just a little scrub and send you off. She scrubs and makes sure it is perfect! She goes in on your toes and gets rid of all the funk and the scrub massage is amazing. She warms up lotion for you (which feels amazing!) and then rubs hot stones on you and gives you an amazing massage! Natalie is very sweet! She makes sure her customers are happy & does a fantastic job each time I come. A Perfectionist. So many colors & different brands to choose from, has high end brands that's last for more than 2 weeks. read more
