Came here on a Wednesday evening. It wasn't busy at all. Parking was okay pretty small, but since it wasn't busy, I had no problem parking. The staff are kind and very sweet. I didn't get the name of the lady who did my nails, but she was excellent! I told her what I wanted and she delivered. Would definitely come back again. They have such nice nude colors! At first I enjoyed my pedicure and the take off for gel was a reasonable price but not for gel. $10 for gel ? Better off doing regular toes it's not worth getting the $27 pedi just for it to got up $13 more. Dont recommended this place that much also they don't take time for your massage so might as well get the $22 pedicure as well also they stab your toes so you can't really relax while getting a pedicure. I came in with inspo picture and the nail guy helped picked the perfect shade of pink. AND HE NAILED IT! I didn't catch his name but he had a gold necklace with a shark/tiger tooth. I love this Salon! Ivy is amazing and always takes her time to do my nails. I have been a client for 5 years and followed her to a few salons before she opened this salon. Lena and Cindy do amazing pedicures. The salon is new and has all new equipment, it is a great way for me to treat myself and have some much needed me time. Horrible experience! Bad service and paid $63 dollars for a full set that was so ugly!!

Ivy really does an amazing job that's why I've always came to her. I always only had her doing my nails until she left the salon she was at but So happy to be back with her now and having her own salon. The salon is beautiful and clean and has a very good and friendly atmosphere. It's also located in a very convenient place next to a laundromat and across from the Downey landing, since I do my nails and run errands the same day, I like staying in one area. Ivy is so nice and helpful. I am very picky and She really takes her time and makes sure my nails are to my liking. Also I had my son who loves getting his feet washed and massaged (spoiled). The nice older lady who did his pedicure really was amazing. She talked with him and listened to him ( He is 8 and had a lot of questions and giggles during his pedicure) and she did all he requested with no problem and a smile. read more

I came here early in the morning and my experience was very positive. The owner of the shop is extremely hard-working and you can tell. She was also very sweet!! (: Although it was pretty pricey for these nails, I believe it was worth it. In other words you pay for what you get they are taking precautionar measures due to COVID-19 and I feel extremely safe there. You must call to make an appointment there's no walk-ins at the moment. Horrible customer service. I went to get a pedicure and a manicure but I only ended up getting a pedicure because I could NOT stand the lack of good service. Most of the massage chairs don't work and when I told them that my nor my mom's chairs weren't working, they would just talk among themselves. My back still hurts from sitting against the rollers!! The guy who was doing my pedicure had no finesse when it came to polishing my toe nails! Once he finished hE got up and went outside to smoke. I couldn't wait to get out of there! Now I'm at another nail place getting my manicure! - never again there!!! read more

This place is the worst! I walked in for a pedicure, asked for a THIN LAYER OF ACRYLIC COATING on my big toe. The guy added a huge bulk of acrylic and my toe looks like a marshmallow! The lady doing my pedicure did not even bother cleaning up the excess polish on my toes! I paid $50 was not happy at alll!! read more

Originally, I wanted to write a good review since this salon was rated 5 stars. For that reason too, I came here and spent the extra money for a gel manicure. My nails are long so I only needed a gel polish, which costed $22. They charge $1 for using a card so it ended up totaling $23. The salon is super cute and I loved the color scheme. However, employees were on their phones and didn't look happy to see me come in (this is the usual sight of a nail salon). An older woman painted my nails for me in white gel, but it has immediately chipped off within two days. There was a hole in the polish too. The woman who painted my nails was kind until she finished, because she then demanded I pay now. Literally, no time to get up or say thank you, I had to pay right then and there. As a customer, I hope for better hospitality. Don't get me wrong, the woman who painted my nails was kind but the end of the manicure was not. Gel should not peel or chip off. I have gel polish on my toenails the past two months with no damage, how does a manicure like this become damaged with no impact within days. I feel like they used white out instead of gel polish! read more
