everything went well during my pedicure appt. i was a new customer & it was a breeze from point A to point B i made an online appt & the link from IG was easy to use. i opted to pick anyone & was lucky enough to get TITI!!! she is a sweetheart!! takes her time! is very careful! is always asking if your ok during the session. & my toes have never been cuter. i got the sea salt scrub pedi & i loved it. the manager was there and she had a chat w me too. I normally don't write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. I came in for a fill on my Gel-X nails, had two broken nails, and asked for a design on each finger. I was charged $90 -- $50 for the fill, $15 for the nail repairs, and $25 for the design. Right away, I noticed that the woman doing my nails had never worked with Gel-X before. She kept asking another employee for help, who clearly didn't want to be bothered and at one point just patted me on the back like I was a burden. Super unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of that, she tried to upsell me on cutting my cuticles for $10 -- seriously? That should be basic nail care, not an extra charge. WTF. The final result was awful. The designs are ugly and nothing like what I asked for. I honestly felt scammed walking out of there. I can't believe I paid that much for something that looks this bad. This place gives off money-hungry energy and clearly lacks skill and customer care. Go elsewhere if you want your nails done right and don't want to be nickel-and-dimed for poor service. read more

I was disappointed with my experience. After I paid, I noticed they added a $10 tip to the total without telling me or asking for my permission. I don't recommend for a manicure, especially if you want French tip. I went in asking for a mani French tip and I left with only the manicure. The tip was uneven and after trying to ask nicely how I wanted it, the girl wasn't able to do the tips. I asked politely for the color to be removed. Today was my birthday and I went to get my birthday nails done. They came out the worse they ever have. The lady that did them didn't know what she was doing and there was a language barrier because she did not understand anything I told her. I don't know her name because she didn't introduce herself, has a round face and is more of a medium to larger frame than the other ladies. First she cut my nails too short. I had told her I wanted them ALMOND shaped and she cut them so short that she couldn't do almond, I now have short without a square OR round shape nails. She also cut my cuticles and skin too deep that she made me bleed. I took my own cat eye gel polish because I wanted a particular dark shade. The polish I took came with a magnet which she tried to use but didn't work. She ended up using her magnet. It was also clear she did not know how to do cat eye gel and manipulate the gel with the magnet. In some nails you can see the cat eye effect more than in others. Everyone in the salon was try to help her. She then told me my magnet that came with the polish didn't work, as trying to blame that was the issue. This is why I went to a NAIL SALON because they should have all the tools and know the techniques. Who cares if the magnet I took didn't work, I was paying her to do it. I didn't say anything and there was no use, she doesn't understand English. She ruined my long nails and ruined the nails I had imagined for my birthday. I paid AND tipped but I'm never going back. I needed to write this to warn people that you might end up disappointed like me. There's also a lady that does pedicures that is too pushy and always tries to sell a pedicure even if you didn't ask for one or if you get a pedicure she tries to sell more services. So I'm not thrilled with mahalo. The appt was called in and they could see us (my daughter and I) immediately. Great! We got there and they put us in seats. Great! This is where I stopped being happy. The child's mani/pedi is $25. They barely cleaned my kiddos nails and spent 5 min doing her nails. They look like she did them herself. The nail polish is so uneven and gross looking. My nails and feet are just as bad if not worse. She hardly cleaned my nails up, both mani and pedi, and the massage, good god, she didn't even do anything, literally rubbed for a second. My nail polish is sooo uneven and streaked. The polish is coming off. Again the massage was so horrible and so godly short so I had to pay extra (which she didn't tell me how much it would be so that was fun finding out how much it was afterwards). Might I ADD, it's 7:15 and my appt was at 2. Our nails should be worth the $100 (plus 1.50 that I had to pay for the cc usage) and it looks like this?!? Look at the pictures. I was helped by the owner and honestly I wish I was helped my the previous tech that helped me with my peach nails... The owner who drew my lemon nails did her best although it was not like the picture I showed her, that wasn't the issue. I dropped two stars because I felt that this place isn't clear about their pricing and just blurt out prices for their services as they please. When getting my peach nails, I asked my tech how much it would be for a design. She told me 2 fingers for $5 and $15 for all ten (both hands) I told her I just wanted two designs on each hand so a total of 4 fingers, she asked her boss in viet and replied it would be $8, great! Totally fair! When I came in for my lemon nails, I also did 2 fingers on each hand but instead of being charged $8 she charged me $10 and didn't tell me until she was done and it was time to pay. Her reason was because the design required multiple colors. If you look at my pictures, the peach design required 4 colors (peach, white, green, brown) the lemon design required 5 colors (yellow, white, dark green, light green, brown) only one color extra and I was charged $2 for less than a dab of polish... During my first encounter, no one mentioned the designs were limited to an amount of color. The designs were strictly charged by the amount of fingers it would be done on. Maybe I'm making a big deal about $2 but had I known in the beginning I might as well have gotten 6 more designs for $5 more... Please stick to your word and the prices you offer. read more

They do the work and then you're forced to take cash out of their atm that charges $2.50. I know, I know $2.50 is not muchblah blah blah. It's the principle that matters; make it known cash is the only type of payment that is accepted. Update: For glitter polish, ask for three coats or else you'll end up with patchy nails. read more

The whole time they tried up selling me and my mom which is fine the first time but one lady in particular kept insisting my mom. I spent 96$ for two brows and two basic gel pedicures. No massage. I came in for a pedicure and was sat in the chair to have my feet soak for 40 minutes! My feet were raw and wrinkled! They helped a woman who came in 10 minutes after me first then and another lady who supposedly had an appointment. They kept telling me my nail tech would be coming to help me "soon" and every time she went on to help someone else. I witnessed one woman get up from a pedicure and sat someone within 2 minutes and only changed the liner. No disinfectant no scrub. I came in today to a 3 staff shop and they were attentive and accommodating to everyone who was there and who ever came in. Yes there is a wait so please do not bring your small children. I gave this place so many chances and all times I have been disappointed. First of all, if you call in and ask for an appointment you should up and they make you wait an additional 45min plus more. I have waited every single time I'd called in advance. I once waited almost 1.5 hrs just so my set would be rushed because they had a "regular client" come in. My nails were not done properly at all. Their waiting system is all over the place. They take clients before you even if you have been waiting there longer. They have one girl working on two clients at the same time. I regret coming here. Jenny cut my nails so short even after I told her not to, she tried to push my nails away from my nail bed where I started bleeding. I have a deep cut now and can't properly use my thumb because I'm in so much pain (look at my posted pics). She shaved my cuticles so far that they are red, swollen, and itchy. BUT it gets worse ! While getting my nails done, she was distracted the whole time. As soon as the customer walked in, she wanted to make sure to service them rather than pay attention to the service she was doing n me. They want as many customers in and out quickly. BUT IT GETS EVEN WORSE!!! There was a customer who came in and complained that her toe was swollen after she got her nails done here and that lily (I think that was her name) caused her to have an ingrown nail.
