I was just at this location. The interior design is beautiful! Very elegant and clean. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming. They have complementary beverages which is nice. I originally had an appointment at 1 but came around 20-30 mins early and luckily they were able to take me in. I requested a clean, no polish manicure and pedicure with callus removal. I just wanted my cuticles cleaned up and my feet soft and callus/dry skin gone. After they were done, I looked at the results, it looked fine. But now that the lotion is dried up (30 mins later) it seems like the job wasn't done well unfortunately. I'm disappointed that the results I wanted didn't happen. Replying to their reply. I was being NICE in my previous review, but claiming I'm Being dishonest isn't going to get you anywhere. Post the camera recording, because you're the one lying. I am being 100% honest. Why would I lie? In the recording you can clearly see how bulky and thick the gel was laid on, and she clearly didn't even them out. You can clearly see how rushed she was. You can clearly see how she was burning my finger tips under the UV light after I told her several times that it was hurting me. You can clearly see how unkind she was. And when I asked her to even out the nails, she still didn't do it. If you think this is great work, then I don't know that to tell you. But everything I shared is straight facts, 100% no lies. Very unprofessional. And I was still kind enough to leave a tip, not a generous one, but I left one. A generous tip woulda meant I loved the service and nails. Ive been to many other nail shops none of which compare to this spot. They are very attentive from the moment you walk in. The young lady in the front is very welcoming and such a sweetheart. The establishment is beautiful and clean. New and glamorous makes u feel special like okayyyyy I deserve this...prices are very reasonable I was almost shocked because it looks like it would be an expensive spot. I paid 110 for a gel basic pedi and a cat eye builder fill. Cant beat that!!! Make sure to take care of staff because honestly they get down and I appreciate them not too many places like this most places start talking in their language make u feel like they r talking about u not here they genuinely want to give u a great experience. I had gel X nails applied on Saturday, but the next day, I had to return for repairs on several nails. I couldn't get assistance because I hadn't scheduled an appointment, even though the work was subpar. I even mentioned I was considering removing and redoing the nails. I thought the technician would agree that they were poorly done, but I must say she was as friendly as possible and tried to help. The black gel nails started peeling the day after, which is unusual. Upon closer inspection, I saw they also had uneven shapes, inconsistent lengths, and varying thicknesses. I was expecting a follow-up call. read more

5/29 I came in here to pick up my AirPods that I forgot at the establishment. They said they don't know where it's at, but I could look around. Totally fine with me. I ended up pulling up the tracker on my phone, and used it to find my to see where they were at. They ended up being in the back and not in their lost and found box. She said "this is the b*tch that wrote a 1 star review, how dare she come back and try to get her AirPods." Uhhhh, they're my AirPods? Of course I'm going to come back and get them. The entire time she kept cursing in Vietnamese, yet I kept quiet. She is unprofessional. I wouldn't have came back to your salon if I didn't forget my item there. Also - she's claiming that she helped me look for them yet they didn't help me at all. The only reason why I found them was because of my tracker. Support business that respect individuals despite their opinions. And don't harass people. Weird and unprofessional. IF YOU LOOK AT OTHER BAD REVIEWS, THE OWNER REFUSING TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR WRONGDOINGS AND GET DEFENSIVE. ITS NOT A COINCIDENCE. LEARN TO TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM AND APPLY IT. I came in for a polygel full set, and a gel pedicure. I also mentioned before hand that l'd do a design. The pedicure was atrocious. The pedicure includes a massage, and l never received that. Additionally, the paint job looked like a toddler did it. I informed the pedicurist that I did not like how the polish was, and she kept insisting to paint an additional coat. I mentioned to her that additional polish wouldn't do anything, it would make a difference. It was sloppy, and had to be redone. She then tells her boss, and they ended up making me wait to get my toes repainted while they prioritized walk ins. Additionally, I showed them the design that I wanted and they said ok. Afterwards, they told me to return back tomorrow to get my design done. There is no reason for an establishment to lie about having the time to do something just to gain a client, and then backtrack and say that they don't have time. If you didn't have time initially, be honest about it instead of lying to the customer. I'd never return back to this establishment. I ended up, leaving without getting my toes repainted and just paid for the services. The lady who did my nails did a great job, it's more so the boss who doesn't know how to properly manage an establishment. Lastly, be mindful of how much they're charging you. I got a polygel SHORT set, yet they charged me $65 when it says $55 on the website. Dishonest. read more

Broken skin increases the risk of infection, and I was extremely uncomfortable with how dismissive they were about it. This should have been handled with proper sanitation, care, and transparency.
