When I started a dispute with my bank, it was resolved with their bank and I was reimbursed the $59 fee plus a late fee. Instead, I keep getting billed for more and more. When I call their billing company, they tell me to contact my home gym. The manager there, MAYA, refuses to help me & now my bill is up to $104 for a gym membership that I cancelled on February 11th and have not attended since January. Buyers beware!!!!

It's not a large facility but the space is well used and organized. There's no excess clutter from machines and treadmills. There's only 2 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes towards the back of the main floor. On the main floor, there's an open space for the trainers to run drills and for trainees to transition from one exercise to the next. Plenty of free weights, dumbbells, kettle bells, battle ropes, pull up bars, etc. My friend is actually a trainer here, and he told me to come by..which I did and I brought another friend of mine who was looking for a personal trainer..so that was a great opportunity. Rates are definitely cheaper than other gyms in the area. For example, I believe Bell Plaza runs personal training at the rate of $1 a minute..which is quite costly in my opinion. ReBound costs like half as much per session. **And what's cool is, they don't have monthly membership fees, so just purchase a training package that's it. No need to pay for both the training and a monthly gym membership!** Clientele varies greatly as well.. Like tonight when I went to check it out, I saw an elderly woman in her 60's.. And the way she was training and doing the drills that the trainer gave her, she might've been in only her 30's..Loll There's the usual people who just want to stay healthy and stay in shape and there's more hardcore athletes looking to improve on a sport or skill. ReBound is fairly new.. Only like 2-3 years.. And it's very well maintained and clean. Equipment is new. Another thing, that I like, may not be a big deal to some, but they have great selection of music! Lmao :D I'm currently recovering from an injury but can't wait to heal up and start training here! It was really tough - I got dizzy - but my sisters completely kept up and the instructor, Mike, was amazing. He looks like a drill sergeant, but he's reasonable. Be prepared to jump rope, jumping jacks, running up & down stairs, squats, push-ups, use cool-obstacle course equipment and ropes. Overall the class was totally worth the money and I will definitely be back for more (some may call it torture...!
