Them sold to me a car at 6900$ with more than 80k miles with a 1000$ for the registration fees...of course I learn that it was way too expensive when I've tried to sell it. I would absolutely recommend that no one ever use this dealership. I recently purchased a car from them and was told that they had a mechanic look over the car and everything was good. I bought the car only to find out that there is thousands of dollars in repairs that need to be made to the car. The car isn't even running and is sitting in my driveway because it needs an entirely new engine. If you gave an option of negative stars I would choose the lowest. I drove a long way to see a truck and these crooks knew I was coming and the vehicle wasn't there. I drove with one of the crooks to where the truck was and the fan on the ac/heat wasn't working and the truck had been reported stolen which they knew nothing about. I looked under the hood and you could clearly see over spray from a recent paint job which they also knew nothing about. If you are looking for a vehicle to purchase GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My husband got in a car accident went here our army bank suggested this place. We called prior and spoke to peter he was awesome didn't try to push us to buy something we didn't want or can afford very helpful. We told him a price he showed us options and worked with us. We didn't finance we paid cash. We liked the space they gaved us looking at cars didn't come hovering over us if we had questions they answered. We got all the carfax reports which made the car buying more comfortable. It's been four months car doing good. We took it to the dealership had them check it out by Kia nothing was wrong with it and have been happy since. You do get a 30day window if your not happy or something goes wrong with the vehicle. So differently get your checked out by the maker of the car to make sure your good to go. Like I said nothing wrong Kia approved it looks great just a oil change and tire rotation. Differently go back for future vehicles and have recommend to family and friends. They do get real busy I suggest going in the morning. read more

We made an appointment to go see and test drive it. After the test drive, that became his "must have" car. I'm a little leary of small dealerships and "as is" sales. So I ran a car fax before moving forward with the purchase and it came back clean. We purchased the car and took it to our mechanic shop for a diagnostic check up from top to bottom. These guys are great! We started our day looking on lots before they even opened.. The third place we went to, at about 7:30am... Here comes Peter calling us early birds! He showed us some cars, gave us recommendations, and advised us of some cars that he didn't recommend for my son. We immediately liked Peter's honesty. after looking at a few cars we continued on to the next lot. My son is 19 and a first time buyer.. zero credit.. no file at all! so we had some challenges, some sales guys said they wouldn't be able to do anything without 50% down... really?? I bought a Car in september. First of all the cars are extremely expensive compare to other Car sellers, for instance they sell you a car 6000$ which has 195000 milles. Then they charge you 1000$ more just for registration fees whereas I received my registration papers and my registration plate 7 weeks after when it was supposed to be maximum 6 weeks. finally I had to request my car title 6 month after I bought my car because they never send it. They only goal is to make money without caring about what you need. read more

would like to be able to give them a zero but that's not an option. I bought a car from them that had been in an accident previously and had been repaired. What I didn't know was that the repair had not been done right and when I took it to the dealership nearest to me to find out what was wrong, the front wheel fell off, completely! Luckily it was in the parking lot of the dealership as opposed to driving at freeway speed! I contacted OnQ about the repairs that I was going to have to pay for because they were negligent about the quality of the previous repair, they never got back to me. Like I said, I'm lucky I wasn't killed! The car wound up costing me almost as much as I paid for it to repair it. BE CAREFUL! These people do not care about your safety. I was going to sue them in small claims court but with the current situational (Covid19) I am not going to be able to because the courts are closed. All I can do because the courts are closed. Went down picked it up trying to b nice went to cash it at there bank and the guy disappeared that is suppose to approve it but it was there 30min prior. I called back and DANIELLA was rude and still dont know SHIT she told the banker they werent there than when she called again put her on hold than hung up in her face. So when i spoke to DANIELLA she told me the guy would be back 930am the next day. Next day comes got to the bank and DANIELLA answers the phone and tells the banker the guy isnt there so i call her on my phone and she gets rude and bold on the phone( i live 45 min from them but she honestly makes u mad enough to drive down there)So i tell her im tired and i would rather take them to small claims and she told me to "DO WHAT I HAD TO DO CAUSE THEY GAVE ME A CHECK" mind u that they wont approve so the banker can cash it. The banker called somebody cellphone who could and turns out DANIELLA and the guy that can approve are in the SAME ROOM and finally got my money after a week of fighting with these people Friday to Friday. We arrived and Were slightly nervous because the lot was so small. We had never dealt with small dealerships before. Everyone was very polite and easy to deal with. We asked for the CarFax, the salesman printed it and it showed no issues. He took it upon himself To print a different report that we were unaware of and it showed a minor collision. We never would have known From the CarFax. He was upfront and Said what he could sell it for. He still went down $800 from the price ( which was below Kelley bluebook already) made the deal and was out the door in one hour! The only catch was we had to have our own financing to get the great advertised price. We had the financing and The price was the best! I would Definitely buy a car here again. The employee wasn't the pushy used car salesman which was nice. He let me check out the cars without pressuring me. If I had questions he was nearby and I didn't have to chase someone down for answers. The cars were in pretty good shape, some more than others but it is a USED car dealership I expected that the cars weren't "Certified Pre-Owned" as if I was going to the big brand dealerships.
