Shopping around for a Tahoe, found this place. Cesar was very helpful, answered all my questions, did all the paperwork. Once I was there for a test drive, I had a few concerns. This other person who I think is the owner talked to my husband and I and gave us a good price on the truck. I drove out of there with the first Tahoe I had shopped around for. Fast forward 4 months, my ac gives out, condenser had a leak. Things happen. Luckily, Cesar talked to me about the extended warranty, so I purchased it for peace of mind. I want to start by saying that this dealer has a lot full of nice cars. The cars are somewhat reasonably priced also. However, everyone should beware of the car companies who claim they can help you. Even if you have not so good credit or just bad credit. I find in this case it's not always the truth. And yes I have been through a lot in my life. So no, I don't have the best credit nor the worst for that matter. Just wanted to add that in there! Example: I came to this place with cash money down and selected a used car of my choice. I told them how much I could put down and how much I could afford to pay monthly. So the young lady took all of my financial information and took it to the head manager in the back office. Mind you, this person never came out to greet me and demanded more money down. Wow, I said to myself... I really thought this was a joke and it wasn't. They asked me for 5k-7k down when I had offered at least 1.2k-2.0k down. I at least thought that 1500.00 was a decent bit of money with my income. And then they came at me with, "5k down and a co-signer". I said no and was very upset with them for that. I have never needed a co-signer in my life and was not about to start. I have never paid that much money down either for any car I have every bought. And every car I have ever bought was new not used with less down and no co-signer. I have a fixed income since retirement and I know times have changed but damn, really! So, all I'm saying is, if you want to play their games and go by their rules, by all means stop by and deal with them. I myself like to stick to my owns rules. Because I have a budget and that's what I want to stick to. They can't make me sign a contract I can't pay and you shouldn't either. No matter how good that car looks. Just walk away! read more

I bought my 2013 Honda civic in 2016 with 68k. I would have to say from start to finish I had the best experience. The sales rep on the grounds was very patient with me. I wasn't sure just exactly what I wanted. I travel a great deal of miles with my job. The finance department got me the interest rate I was looking for and very reasonable payment .I have not had any problems with my Civic. I have bought used cars before and have had issues, even with new cars after the 60k. I currently have 180k on my civic and it still runs like a champ. Literally hate this place. Took my car in two weeks after buying it to fix the noise it was making and they had it for four days and all the did was put two new tires on it and didn't even fix the problem. When I went to get my car they wouldn't give me a paper showing what they did to it just told me which is illegal and also used all the gas that was in there when I gave it to them and returned it to me completel. They sold me a 2011 Chevy traverse I had it for 7 months out of no where it shut off and wouldn't start up , come find out it needed a new alternator , batteries and fuses . The staff at fusion motors is friendly upon signing the contract , once something happens to your vehicle you get the run around . I spoke to the manager , he tells you what you want to hear to get you off the phone after that you can't get a hold of him . This place is ridiculous.. They get good reviews because when your waiting in the office to sign the contract they ask if you can leave them a good review and use their computer . He greeted us upon arrival, asking us what type of vehicle we may have ben interested in. We told him and he gladly with no pressure tactics showed us around. I then inquired about a 2011 Mercedes Benz which was sitting in front of the lot. We test drove it, the salesman was very knowledgeable in telling us about the vehicle in question. Terrible please be very careful when dealing with these guys. I paid a deposit for a car then they sold it to someone else (I assume for more money) told me the car was broken so can't sell it to me and requested to give me my deposit back. I said I still want to buy the car but they said I couldn't. I have screen shots on my phone from the WhatsApp conversation if anyone wants to seem them.
