Having consigned and purchased several items at On Que over the years I have to share my latest experience. Your staff is excellent and I have to tell you that both Sicely and Courtney went above and beyond in their efforts to aid me with my purchase and the validation of its provenance, so to speak. Not only was it a Sunday, but Sicely was leaving town on holidays as well. She coordinated with Courtney to have the piece authenticated in a timely fashion, and have it delivered to my hotel in L.A, where I was staying. They only had a few days to do this in addition to ensuring that the piece was delivered very early in the morning so I would have it in time to leave. I started shopping with On Que after seeing their store featured on OC housewives. I found their page on Instagram and discovered they host weekly live streams on Tuesdays and Fridays. Their live streams are so much fun to watch and it feels like you're a part of a family when you're shopping in their store. I am so happy I found this place here on Yelp. I messaged Mr.Eddie because I want to let go of some of my purses, so I tried one for now and I was able to make an appointment right away. As soon as I get in, I don't even know where to look at. There's so many beautiful things in here that is hard to find even in the actual retail store. I love how they just carry excellent brands which I like . The transaction was very smooth, bonus is the fact that they are good people Mr.Eddie, his wife and their business partner (sorry I didn't get your name). My friend greatly enjoyed this store and is going to make it her go-to when we go shopping. We found some great stuff at a bargain and it was very classy inside. Their clearance section was surprisingly large. It was very organized by brand name or material as well. And there was a great range in prices from a few hundred to even over a grand. Plenty of free or 2 hour parking as well so no worries there. The staff was very nice too. If you prefer a more cozy experience though, Recycled Rags is also a block away and also has great designer goods. read more

Best place to shop in CDM for consignment! Now unlike their competitors in town this place has some of the nicest and fun sales people who are friendly and helpful! They have amazing items that are definitely current. I did not take pictures as you have to go through a locked front door and gate to enter I just felt it inappropriate to post their merchandise. Well.. here we are 30 days later and On Que did it! My bag sold within 30 days. It's bittersweet since I'll no longer have it but I'm so glad they found a new home for it. If you have a Chanel or any designer bag that you'd like to sell, I'd recommend On Que. They can buy out your bag on the spot if it's a fit or you can consign with different terms. I came in to sell a few designer bags. Eddie gave us a fair price on everything and was super patient because it's always hard to let go. As I walked around the store, we found some pretty great items, in great condition and amazing prices. I am definitely coming back for those Hermès items. The store is on the corner with street parking. I called ahead and was seen immediately. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Oh and extra stars for the wine served. NOPE - NEVER EVER AGAIN! I'm not even sure where to begin! I don't believe these positive reviews they have anymore. Don't think you will sell your purse or your designer item fast, say bye bye to your loved item, and wait forever to hear from this place . Extremely miss-managed, none of the people who own this place have any clue about the value of the $, or even keeping good records. They never show you any proof of how much they actually sold your $$$$ items, they just tell you in a phone call or email (a month or so later), that they sold it at this amount, and you will get like 50% or 30% or whatever, even worse, they send you email that they sold your item, nothing else, then you have yo chase them by phone or emails to know how much they sold the item for, and what is your percentage. And, at per their ridiculous agreement they let you sign, they can do whatever discount they want after a period of time to sell the item (whether it's a purse or clothes or ..), they can basically sell it anytime, but then they tell you they just sold it, they never send you any real receipts or any proof with pictures of how much they actually sold the item for, so you are basically depend on their "honesty", and good luck with that. They may claim that these are trade secrets, but to the hell with these secrets, do these secrets hide the actual prices they sold the item for? How do anyone know that they are getting the actual percentage agreed on per the ridiculous agreement? Something is fishy is going on here, someone has to do something to expose it. To be honest, the way how's they operate their business is illegal, they need to show their clients records of how much they sold the item for, they need to show real invoices of the sold item, showing the price , and when the agreement between you and them is that you get 50%, then there should be a proof of how much they sold it for to prove that your 50% is actually 50% not 10% or 20% or 30%! And the above is just a drop of what is happening at this place, good luck getting your 50% or 30% on time, and if you are unlucky like me, they will claim they paid you when they have no proof of any payment, they claimed they sent me the payment through PayPal, when in fact that payment was for another purse that was supposedly sold 2 months back. They have no problem taking your items or even look down at you, showing you how rich they are, or the guy/ his wife are dressed from head to toe with tons of designers items. It is so funny to see them dressed from head to toe for like $200,000 +, they are enjoying their lives with fancy designers stuff, but can't afford to hire a good manger and an accountant to manage keeping their records straight, plus paying their clients on time. Not only they need some good management (that if they stay in this business with the recession coming), their website is terrible, their customer service (if they have any) is terrible, they have no system of managing all of these designer items they are keeping on behalf of their customers, they don't even know Zelle or latest payment systems!!!. Can you believe they still want to send checks in 2022! Who pays in check in 2022!! Up until now, I have emailed 5 times, called 4 times, and still have not received the "supposedly" 50% of the claimed price they sold my loved Louis Vuitton, and I don't know why do I need to chase someone to pay me what they owe me when I can easily go file at a small claim court. read more

I followed OnQueStyle on instagram a couple years ago as they are a local business near me. I saw their live show and was so entertained by Eddie and Kirsten! The show is so exciting! I tune into every episode. They are so cute and their show is so fun to watch on Tuesdays and Fridays. I have bought several items from them during the show. They sell beautiful luxury purses and accessories. Great prices and wonderful quality. I checked out for the first time and I don't think i feel welcomed and comfortable coming back again. The owner was very nice and she helped me to see Chanel bags, but one of her staff seems like she was criticizing me head to toe. I caught her looking at me. My experience at this store left me with a really bad taste in my mouth even after days and I don't understand why. When I walked in I was excited to find a store that had a great selection of designer pieces but after walking around for more than 20 minutes no one approached me and to be able to get some service was like pulling teeth from one of the gals working there. It felt like my business wasn't wanted in the least bit, maybe I needed an appointment? I don't understand why I was treated the way I was when I could clearly be shopping at a store such as this.
