Looks like Stacy's Closet moved (just down the street) and is under new ownership. The old location was at the corner of Warner and Magnolia. I came in to consign a few of my items and the store manager welcomed me with open arms. I think their consignment hours are until 5pm, but they reviewed my items even though I came in after that time frame. After browsing through my items, Amy reviewed paperwork with me and it was as easy as that. Afterwards I went around to check out their goods. The space itself is very simple, but the items are well organized. Most items fall between the $15 - $30 range, although some of their very high end bags are $200 and up. For the most part I think their could be some fabulous pieces but on this visit I didn't take anything home. Perhaps on a future visit that may change. read more

If you're lazy like me and can't be bothered with online selling, this is the place, although they take a 60% cut which is rough but that's business. You can check the progress of your item online and definitely let them know to get the check ready before you come to pick it up. Don't be me who came for the check but then had to come back another day because it wasn't ready. Their store also has a few clothing racks and shoes to browse through. On my latest shopping trip I got two pairs of Joe's Jeans at a GREAT price, a Splendid top, a new with tags Kate Spade crossbody bag, and a new with tags Dooney & Bourke leather tote. Props for the store having great staff and being willing to let me drop in 15 minutes before closing. I travelled in from out of state and needed another blouse for the next day. I was able to find one and a second just for fun. However, if you need plus sizes, look for another store. I understand from the employee that sometimes bigger items come in, but they sell out quickly. The store itself is long and narrow and not very large, so there is not a huge selection to begin with. I'd also say the styles cater to a younger crowd (high school). If you are a slim high school student you'll find lots of choices and decent prices. read more

First of all, I'm self-admittedly the worst shopper in the world. Therefore, I don't do it often, or willingly, and I can honestly say I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed the experience. Enter Stacy's closet. The space is the perfect size and extremely organized, none of that needing to wade through the overwhelming racks and piles in hopes of discovering the great finds. They pretty much all are. Which brings me to my next important point, the people. They are exceptional. The owner, Amy, and the other employees I encountered were not only the sweetest, they were SO helpful. Never pushy or trying to "sell" me on anything, they simply read my hesitation and swooped in to save me by doing what they do best....I literally did not pick out a piece for myself until I got brave after my third round in the dressing room! After which, I did venture out on my own and they simply stepped back and let me go for it. And finally, ummm the price?! I got how much stuff for what now!? This is quality, designer stuff here you are getting for a steal, plus I feel like they always have some kind of awesome deal or promotion and you end up paying even less! This store is one of the few places I'll go to when my girlfriend wants to shop. Great deals on stuff she likes, plus a nice, comfortable couch for me when she's in the dressing room. They treat me as if I was shopping too. Their Facebook and Instagram pages are amazing because my girlfriend can go, point to a picture, send it to me and just like that, I know what she wants. Then the girls grab it, as they were saving it for her, It's extremely easy. Thankful for Amy, Kayla, and the other girls, I will definitely be seeing you next time! I've shopped here a few times, and left the store with some items once. It's really hit and miss for me. The purses and accessories are great, but I just don't like shopping for clothes there. I'm a size 14/large and I have unusual proportions (wide hips, narrow waist, large chest), so it's difficult enough for me to find clothes in stores with multiple sizes in each of the styles, but Stacy's closet makes shopping nearly heartbreaking for me because instead of sorting their clothes by size, they sort them by color. So unless you're a very average small/medium sized girl, you're going to pull a lot of really cute things off the rack, fall in love for a few seconds, and then realize it's not going to fit. When I'm shopping in a store with limited availability of each piece, I expect to shop by size because if a one-of-a-kind item just isn't going to fit, I don't want to see it! And I'll be completely honest... I went in to the store today to buy a purse they had posted on Facebook. They didn't show or mention that the leather was damaged. I might have still bought the purse, because it was still gorgeous, and just needed a good cleaning and leather treatment... But after being reminded of how fat I am while looking through their clothes, I wasn't interested in buying anything. Also, it's summer but most of the clothes they had were very wintery, and a lot of them weren't in consignment condition so much as thrift-store/good will condition with consignment prices. Figured I would sell a Coach purse I never ended up using and they wouldn't take it because there was a mark on the inside of a pocket. Think forever21/marshalls clothing and bags at less of a discount...not to mention the manager was rude and unwelcoming, surprising since I was the only person in the store at the time... However, I recently gave it another try in search of some last minute summer outfits for my vacation. Glad I did! I had a great experience. A different girl helped me I think her name was Ashley (sp?) she was friendly and helped me put together a couple really cute outfits (accessorizing is not my strength). I absolutely love love LUVHhhhhh this store. When searching for a pair of fun flirty pants, low and behold a pair of Marc Jacobs sweet silky pants at less than 1/5 the price. The seams were in tact and the fabric as fresh as the price. It didn't stop there on my shopping adventure at this store (ahem a few outfits/visits later) but my wallet and wardrobe were both satisfied. Pair that with a staff that makes you feel like your best friend is watching. A few pieces I loved off the bat but did not hit my figure at the right points & they did not hesitate to cut their own commission with a solid "noooo" instead of letting me walk out in something unflattering. I just scored some super nice clothes at great prices from their Mother's Day sale where everything was 50% off, so I'm in a good mood and giving this place 5 stars, although I'm not sure I want the masses to start going here and beating me to all the goods! Hehe, but I do want them to do well and stay in business since it happens to be near my house so I can see myself breaking my budget all the time going to this boutique to see what the latest offering is. I've not consigned anything here so I'm writing from the perspective of a shopper. The store has only been opened for 6 months and I saw huge potential when I went in there the first month it opened. I've been there twice and have bought a few things and so has my mom. Stacy has good taste and a lot of what is sold is good quality and stylish. It's a very cute boutique, something I was used to when I lived near Santa Monica but have to drive around to get to in OC. There are a wide variety of designer clothing like dresses, jackets, jeans, shirts, skirts, shoes, purses, belts and jewelry. There is also a small selection of men's shirts and jeans. Some handbags she carries are Coach, Dooney & Burke, Louis Vuitton and other miscellaneous brands. Price-wise, if it's not the 50% off sale, the prices are kind of like Crossroads Trading or Buffalo Exchange. Stacy sometimes has a $5 or $10 rack and some of the items (like shoes) sometimes are brand new. I think she also had bathing suits for the sale when I was last there. The place is clean and there are comfortable seating and a couple of dressing rooms. Parking is easy, it's in a big shopping strip with a lot of parking and luckily the store is in the corner so it's not lost amongst the other businesses. I'll definitely be back for more! read more

I thought I'd come by to check out the store to see if I was able to buy anything and hopefully sell some of my clothes. The workers, they're very friendly and polite, so that's good! They only bought a pair of heels from me, because everything else they thought was too "summery" which I guess is understandable. While I was looking around the store, they still had summer clothes out, tank tops and flow tops and I was thinking "well why do you still have these out then..?" But anyway, they were pretty pricey! They were about $20-$35 for a regular top, or a sweater that was $35 and it wasn't even any brand name I recognized. Going through other selections, they have a lot of bags out hung nicely on a rack. Everything was neat, but I just felt like their clothes weren't very everyone. They were mostly targeted older women, but even so, everything was pretty pricey for a consignment store, like everything I picked up: a shirt, a sweater, jeans, a pair of shoes, all around $30+. Stacy's is my absolute favorite resale/consignment/thrift store ever! Feels so much like a chic boutique. This is my home away from home. I'm here almost once a week to sell or buy. (Yes, I have wardrobe issues.) The price cut is higher than any other consignment I've heard of at 40%!!! I always walk away with at least one great steal. Also count on finding brands from A to Z. Mostly beautiful mid to high end clothing, however there are some trendy things on the racks at super low prices too. The consigning process is clear cut and easy. I love that I have an account to either cash out or trade in store credit. Once a request has been made to cash out your account, you can pick up the check about a week later, call just to make sure. The staff is amazing, friendly, and knowledgable. Molly and Quinn, love you ladies! Can't wait to know the rest of the staff. For even more of a bargain check in often. Came on a random weekend where all was 20% off and extra discount on sale items, the Mothers Day Sale was a whopping 50% off everything in the store!!!! Need I say more? Yes actually...... Definitely a fan of this place and I haven't even bought anything here yet. Came here one day on the way home from the gym. They have just the right amount of stuff. Most other places with second hand clothing kind of have this smell to it, but not stacey's closet. The staff is friendly they greet you when you come in and leave. I was impressed by there selection. They had things ranging from forever21 to h&m to michael kors to coach. There were some cute things. Everything was sorted by color. They also have some unique jewelry. The place was clean and there's plenty of parking. You can probably go through everything in here in less than an hour though. It's small. read more

Was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything special. Found Michael Knors dress and a pair of heels and a no named dress for $5.00!!! Great prices and VERY ORGANIZED. I've been shopping cong. shops for years and this one is by far the biggest. The only thing is I would make the fitting rooms smaller to have more. But love this place and will be back. Met the owner she was very nice and asked what I thought of the store and I told her. The customers that were in there she also asked and they also liked the place. She had 2 lights that burnt out but was getting them fixed. Not sure why someone would say it's dark in there EVEN with those 2 lights burnt out. This is a used clothing store with new store pricing, Tory Burch used tote bags with noticeable wear and tear priced at $200. quick google search shows the same Tory Burch totes $157.-180.00!! Black Coach Poppy bag with noticeable brown spotting on fabric $80.00, the "Coach outlet store sells the same new bag for $57.00". Being ripped off is not something any shopper feels good about, and this is what this store does. read more

This shop is very close to my house and I like to shop there once in a while. They have a wide selection of styles, great jeans and purses. The staff is always friendly and helpful. But they do not accept returns and more than once I got home to find there's a hole in the dress, and just last week I bought satrapy heals $30 or $40 and they broke in the middle of a date that same night!
