I felt the same way and same experience from what other customer mentioned couple days & months ago. I checked out for the first time and I don't think i feel welcomed and comfortable coming back again. The owner was very nice and she helped me to see Chanel bags, but one of her staff seems like she was criticizing me head to toe. I caught her looking at me. Instead of helping me, she was just watching my every move. I caught her looking out my outfit and of course, i just dress casually. I didn't know i have to dress nicely and look rich to shop there. My experience at this store left me with a really bad taste in my mouth even after days and I don't understand why. When I walked in I was excited to find a store that had a great selection of designer pieces but after walking around for more than 20 minutes no one approached me and to be able to get some service was like pulling teeth from one of the gals working there. It felt like my business wasn't wanted in the least bit, maybe I needed an appointment? I don't understand why I was treated the way I was when I could clearly be shopping at a store such as this. I followed OnQueStyle on instagram a couple years ago as they are a local business near me. I saw their live show and was so entertained by Eddie and Kirsten! The show is so exciting! I tune into every episode. They are so cute and their show is so fun to watch on Tuesdays and Fridays. I have bought several items from them during the show. They sell beautiful luxury purses and accessories. Great prices and wonderful quality. This cute little boutique is truly a hidden gem. I frequent Panini Kabob Grill in Corona Del Mar, which is nearby, but I've never stopped in this shop until recently when I found them on Yelp! I was initially just looking to sell a designer handbag of mine, but I ended up doing some shopping too! :) Eddie sat down with me and offered me a fair price for my designer handbag. He also got to know what I was looking for (once I saw all the great inventory they have) and actually suggested a specific designer bag for me. He brought it in especially for me and I fell in love with it instantly. I paid with PayPal. Had my first On Que experience today and is was fabulous! I've been searching for a swanky designer handbag and decided to try my luck at the local consignment shops. While On Que had a fabulous selection of the top designers (LV, Chanel, Gucci, etc) I didn't find my dream bag at a price that would work in this months budget. Not to fear! With the help of Lexi I was able to find some screaming deals on some fantastic items! The SALE rack is amazing!!! Lexi got a great sense of my style and dug up some really special items. I left with a Versace Collection dress and a Carven dress that is just perfect for work! Only $150 items for both! Both items look brand new and I am so excited to wear them.
