I've been shopping at Onque for a couple of years now and I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Kirsten Saturday when I stopped in to pickup my recent auction purchase, a Black Chanel Bumbag. I've purchased about 10 bags from them Chanel and LV that are in like New condition at excellent prices. Be sure to watch their live IG Shows on Instagram on Tuesdays and Fridays at 3pm for amazing bags at Great prices!

UGHHH- DO NOT consign at this place. First experience with Eddie (owner) - he mentions integrity and nonprofit; low balls you and mentions how the rent is expensive around the area to somewhat convince you to agree with the price. Before you consign, check elsewhere and present that offer. Fashionphile (shockingly) and Luxe du Jour gave better deals. They will not disclose how much your item will sell.. You could find out yourself online or in store. Another tip - when you see your item has been sold on their IG page, screenshot it so you know when it was sold. When I went in February to pick up my check, I already knew one of my items was sold. Not only was it not available in store, but it showed sold on IG that month. When I asked why it wasn't reflected in my March check for 3/15, Sicely said it was sold on 3/2 -_- AND do not get me started with Sicely. Not sure what her job title is, but she handles the checks and replies to emails. She lies so much. Tip: pick up your check in store. I usually picked mines up since I was around the area, but decided to have it mailed out in April. The origjnal April check was never mailed. When asked about it via email, response is hella delayed. She finally replied by saying she will ship the following day with the tracking number. Guess what? Did not receive a response. I'm usually very patient. When I called a few days later, her response was she was gone for a few days, and her team had sent it already. NOPE. Did not happen at all. She was hesitant to provide the tracking number. When I checked, she created a label with UPS around 5 PM DURING the call. When I confronted her about it, she said, "I told you, it was shipped already." Checked the following day, and still shows label was created. Called her back. She said UPS was closed, so she shipped via FedEx. Finally got my check 17 days later. Just horrible. Just state the truth. Better than lies. I'm all about integrity, and it is so awful here. When I emailed about my last item to check if it was sold or available for pick up since the contract was up, there was no response after more than a week despite sending 2 emails on 5/2 and 5/7. As of today, I'm still waiting for a reply. This has been the worst experience ever! Don't think I'lll ever consign with OnQueStyle. Please look elsewhere.

Wide variety of designer goods for less than retail. It is a consignment store so the stock depends on who is bringing stuff in. Tons of clothing and shoes! I didn't find anything during my visit but better luck next time! There was a small section at the front of the store that has dupes and designer inspired items like t shirts, blankets, and phone cases. Employees were friendly. Store nicely organized. Parking was easy on a weekend, street parking right in front of the store.

I've been following OnQueStyle for a few months as recommended by a friend. I watch their IG lives on Tuesdays and Fridays. Today was my first time consigning bags and the experience was top notch! Eddie and Kirsten are the best, very friendly and personable. They gave me a fair price for the bags and Eddie is the best at giving good deals. I don't know why anyone else will pay full price when they have a whole selection of bags and jewelry that are still in the stores!!! We stopped by and everything here is extremely outdated. The clothing for women and men and the shoes are from the 2008-2013 era and are not in good condition. We were surprised they were trying to sell it. Perhaps ONLY shop their purses here. There you might get some valuable pieces. What ultimately resulted in the 1 star reviews was the service... The woman working the register was rude and we observed her not helping customers in a thoughtful manner. Considering this store is supposed to be selling "high-end" products you would think their service would match. read more

I started shopping online with OnQueStyle more than a year ago. I have purchased close to 30 items from OQS. Excellent customer service from owners & staff! They offer the BEST deals! They actually offer returns unlike some other stores. They want your business & treat all respectfully on their Lives. I love this company so much while visiting California we made a two plus hour drive out of our way to visit their store. They have a fantastic variety of designer items. I highly recommend OQS! Everyone is awesome but Sicely is the girl to find for the hook up. I've been in a couple of times before and spoke to the owner Eddie, but he wasn't there today, so she helped us out. She has a wealth of information about Birkin bags and you can really tell she loves what she does, if I didn't know better, I would think she owns the place. Top-tier stuff. She approached us when we first walked in and we were just looking around so she didn't know what we were there to buy but give us the red carpet treatment from the first second she saw us. There are so many great finds here but we were there for a Birkin. They have several to choose from, new with tags and of course, in perfect condition. I think my wife is the first person to ever touch hers with bare hands. They wear white gloves when they're showing everything. Anyhow, if you're in the market for a hard to find Louis bag, a Goyard, or a Birkin swing by and ask for Sicely, you'll be happy that you did. read more

I recently found OnQueStyle from a friend through their Instagram lives and we made a quick trip there to see the goods! I didn't know what to expect but went there during discount Fridays and I ended up buying a gorgeous purse that is well priced and well loved with still many years left! Meet the Business Owner: Kirsten P.

"I have always dreamed of having my own resale boutique," says Onquestyle owner Kirsten Prosser. Raised in Tarm, Denmark , Kirsten worked as a fashion designer in Marbella, Spain for over seven years. She moved to Newport Beach, CA where she became a leading runway specialist for Donna Karan New York. In early 2009, Kirsten's dream was realized when she opened the onQueStyle boutique to re-market her clients high-end designer clothing. First and foremost i am appalled to read some of these reviews and for those that acknowledge the wonderful owners along with the beautiful merchandise for what they are i couldn't agree more! I have personal experience at this store both being a client and a customer and let me start by saying that i ALWAYS walk out of that store 100% satisfied which is not an easy thing to accomplish! The owners here are very warm, friendly, caring, and strive to make sure that you feel welcomed and enjoy your designer hunting shopping experience a pleasant one! i'm a "frequent" shopper here as i drop in from time to time when out walking the dogs so i'm able to properly review this store from my numerous visits and experiences. The sales girls greet you and i will admit aren't the best in catering to my preferred "so-called customer service expectations" but give me enough breathing room to where i can enjoy my shopping experience without feeling badgered. I mean thats the worst whenever i shop anywhere so in that aspect i guess i can't complain lol... On to the merchandise and the quality of the designer goods i have to admit that out of every single consignment store in orange county i have YET to encounter a store that is loaded and i mean loaded with merchandise i mean what more could you ask for ? this is better than walking into a Chanel boutique where everything is always sold out and need to be put on some sort of ridiculous wait list.. id rather come in here and get my classic flaps for about 30% off retail which i've noticed are in great condition than wait a year for a bag thats condition isn't much different and have to grin and bear the horrible price increases. Also this store does have authentic pieces if you ask them for a receipt and the consignor had it they will provide it. i can vouch for that i know my bags inside and out and you know quality when you see it yea ill admit Chanel is getting cheaper in there leathers as the years pass but thats everyone conserving costs like when i went to Chanel and saw a WOC with a lopsided logo i mean seriously? When you walk in to this store they have a wall display full of Louis Vuitton from every which season, collectors items, and limited edition pieces which i think is phenomenal! but for all reviews theres always a downside which i feel should be mentioned. the jewelry area needs a major boost. being that every nook and cranny in this shop is filled to the brim in every designer label you can think of why the lack in designer jewelry? i mean us women love to drench ourselves in jewels too if we can. i only say this being my expectation level of what i would hope to find did not meet my expectations to say the least. To wrap this review up i would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for labels at a reasonable price otherwise good luck finding a store with mass amounts of designer goods elsewhere..I couldn't ask for more in a "CONSIGNMENT STORE" its like there not Neiman's for gods sake! read more

This boutique is easily my favorite consignment store in all of Orange County. The store itself is small ut packed to the gillls with designer threads, shoes, and accessories. Oh and can I say CHANEL. Yes Chanel, and Louis, and Hermes, and every other amazing gorgeous handbag you could desire. You can get bags here that you saw once for twice the price when it came out and then never again because they were limited editions or just for runway and suddenly they are real right in front of you. AND they aren't at all fussy about you touching these babies, they will let you hold that double flap classic with the caviar leather as long as you want to decide what you want to do! But what really stands out about this shop compared to other consignments is its cleanliness and up to date styles. This is not your grandmothers hand me downs this is current fashionable duds at prices ranging from 20 dollars at a sale day (which is the end of every month btw loving that!) to thousand dollar bags and gowns straight from the runway. Oh and did I say the service is great? Because it is. You feel like you have a personal shopper or stylist working with you when you step in this oversized high end closet. That may be because the owner Kirsten is a stylist though, but she will be just as nice to you as anyone else! Love them! read more

once again it was a joke. blonde lady lea is a real smooth one beware, much more to her than meets the eye. she treats you like dirt unless you are ready to spend money on a designer bag that you can buy new for 10% more new. only person i loved to deal with is now gone (no explanation) she was so nice so sweet and really wanted to help me, so there went my clothing, sicely cannot find them..now lets get into sicely the manager. rude abrupt, and not interested in anything but covering her tracks...my clothes are gone, my layaway is gone, and still i have not gotten paid. you can all have my clothes....but in the end this company will never ever last. blonde lady is like sloth trying to only help the people looking for handbags. i was not important at all looking for clothing and one expensive coat and handbag that after three months was never in the store????? get your items ladies and run. if you want a handbag moldy and saving you 10% only off the retail this is your place. my advice get your things and go. there are so many better places who treat you with kindness. im still looking for a pair of shoes since september. no check at all. read more

I had such an amazing experience with Kristen--she was incredibly helpful, patient, and really understood what I was looking for. I took a drive through Corona Del Mar the other day and discovered this darling shop on the corner. Their window was styled so beautifully and I couldn't help myself but to pop-in and boy I'm sure glad I did! OnQueStyle had all my favorite designers priced way below the retail price. I bought Miu Miu heels that I saw in a magazine that week. OnQueStyle had them brand new/ never worn at half the price! My favorite consignment store! This place is amazing! The staff is very attentive and helpful, they all have a love for fashion and it shows. The clothing options are so unique. I have found everything from a Valentino dress to St. John knits and recently a beautiful Moncler coat! I love the designer steals and the quality of the clothing itself- they are very selective about the pieces they sell. As far as the store itself, parking is easy and the location is great. I walked out of here with 2 pairs of shoes, and a bag that looked like it was never even used, for the same price as I woulds have spent going up to Beverly Hills with my girlfriends. This store has the best selection and prices of high end and contemporary designer consignment, from Chanel to BCBG. You can buy a cute DVF top for $50 or a pair of the hottest pair of Christian Louboutins for less than Neiman Marcus. Most of the items are in almost new condition. They also have a great selection of Chanel and Louis Vuitton handbags. When I'm ready to buy my first Chanel, this is the first place I'm going. They guarantee everything is 100% real. This is my wife's favorite store. She has purchased so many beautiful items here and I'm always pleasantly surprised when she tells me what she spent. I enjoy coming with her because it's not like most consignment stores...This place is unique. There are always new items and she enjoys the element of the "search". I seriously LOVE this store, it's like my hidden gem! You can find AMAZING high end designer pieces like Chanel, and Louis Vuitton and they even have Hermes Birkin bags, but the best part is everything is in immaculate condition and very well priced! The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
