He always took my opinion into consideration. The estimate was fair and clearly written. He sent the invoice via both text and email, and offered multiple ways to pay. The crew showed up on time Wednesday morning. They finished at a reasonable time, which seemed quick to me for a full water line replacement from the meter to the house. The workers were all really nice and professional. Before he left, Derrick was very thorough. When the job was finished I was excited and ready to use the water again. I tested everything and it was working as expected. It would have been easy for Arrowhead to just pack up and leave at that point, but Derrick took the time to make sure I was well equipped to check pressure and plumbing in my home. He actually found that I had toilets that needed to be rebuilt and were still running water. I had no idea they were leaking or even how to check for that.
