Came in for an alignment because my truck slightly pulled to the right. Glad they got it fixed now it slightly pulls to the left .

Amazing customer service. Ran something over on the road and was lucky enough to have found this shop only a few miles away and yes I found others that were close but Dylan already sold me over the phone. Was in & out in less than 45min. Glad I chose this tire shop. Highly recommend.

Never again will I support this small business. I went in today to have a tire patched. I had purchased my tires from this shop less than a year ago, so I returned because I believed they were trustworthy. To my surprise, they removed the inner lining of the tire, then told me the tire was damaged and that I needed to buy a whole new tire. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I questioned why the lining had been stripped, the employee claimed it was because I had driven on a flat tire. That simply wasn't true. This truck is rarely used, and the tire was not driven on while flat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] At that point, I was frustrated and asked them to put my tire back and perform the patch I had originally come in for. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to support a small business, but after this experience, I won't be returning. read more

When my car had major issues with the alignment, they took in my car and fixed all of my issues same day! I was able to get back to work immediately. Also, the manager Dylan even sent me pictures of the difference between my old rusted parts and the new parts. I really appreciate that they took the time to educate me on my car. Such great service. Trash ! I needed my tire repaired and they did not do anything , they said they fixed the problem and they didn't . My sensor was still on when I went another tire place and they found the problem and which they looked at the same tire . Nevertheless, this place decided to just pretend they fixed my tire and was lazy to make sure it was correct . They just want your money don't came here and get baffled. read more

I took my car in for new tires to Ontario Tire & Wheels where si buy tires for all of our cars. I asked for the Manager whom I always deal with, and found out he is no longer there. I meet the new Manager Dylan, and she quickly handled my request. We left my car and when I returned all wheels were installed and an alignment had been done. I have gone back a few times to check the air in the tires and have always been serviced with a lot of professionalism and respect. I highly recommend this business . read more

Dylan performed Exceptional Service Both Customer Service & Physicality of replacing my tire at their shop. They were the ONLY Used tire location that I would definitely recommend. Also, there were a lot of tire centres that were CLOSED on Sundays. I canvassed 5 other places, made inquiries and they were charging a whole lot more for their tires and not even explaining what they provide and then some. I'm extra-dumb and require more schooling on less technicality in explanation. She explained it to me thoroughly in the easiest form and grateful as I am to them for saving me altogether. The manager Dylan is a liar and she avoided my calls forcing me to call police to resolve my problem. Her employee hit my car while in a customers car and she promised she'd fix my dent. She's now saying it's my fault when my car was in park! Wouldn't give me ins info or even the employees name! DO NOT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE SHOP! read more

First off many places are not open on Sundays but I got lucky with this place. Had a flat and I found this place not to far from me. Very fast and responsive. The 2 guys are awesome topped off the air in my other tires and the manager Dylan was awesome too. Definitely recommend for quick and friendly service read more

Been to this shop a few times for some flats always in and out at fare price and about 2 years ago got a sweet deal under $600 installed for some KUHMO tires So decided to come again had a popped tire and 2 bald tires on another vehicle. Vehicle service is always an interesting thing. Finding an honest / trustworthy automotive mechanic is just as important as having a quality financial bank or a good realtor. It always a peculiar time when you take your vehicle to get serviced only to hear "we no longer service your make of vehicle" after years of servicing. I cant say that I would recommend this shop to anyone I know. You can't rely on the relationship and trust you build with them. read more

Cheapest place to get your tires mounted and balanced. They usually charge $15 per tire. Problem is they only have 3 parking spaces and people know they are the cheapest in town so the parking spaces fill fast and then you end up parking on the side walk if it isnt already taken. read more

The first time, they replaced a spark plug, costing me about $200. Two weeks later, the light returned. This time a $687 repair for a completely different issue. Less than two weeks after that, the light came on again. On my third visit, even though their posted opening time is 9 a.m., the technician, Randy, didn't actually show up until after 9:08. He was rude, didn't greet me, and dismissed my concerns instead of offering any apology or empathy. He handed me a paper with another new code and quoted labor costs of $160, with no parts even required. Despite their supposed warranty, I've had to return repeatedly. Each time, a new code, a new cost, and dismissive treatment. Randy even remarked that my car is old and implied I should expect ongoing issues. Yet this doesn't excuse poor service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I can't recommend this shop to anyone looking for accountability or respect.

I've been taking my 2002 Toyota Tacoma to Alonso's for many years and, until recently, always had…read moregreat service. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, that has changed. About a year and a half ago, they recommended replacing part of my front suspension (I believe the struts). When I picked up my truck, it had a loud clunking noise over every bump. I took it back, and the owner rode with me, heard the noise, and had it corrected. After that, the clunking was gone. A short time later, I started hearing a metallic clanking from the left rear of the truck. When I looked underneath, I found a hammer lodged near the rear axle housing that had been left behind during the repair. I removed it and returned it to the shop. The employee simply thanked me--no apology or acknowledgment that leaving a tool on a customer's vehicle was unacceptable. Then, about two weeks ago, I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. About a week later, I noticed one of my rear wheel center caps was missing. Since the center cap is retained by the lug nuts, it doesn't simply fall off, I am sure they forgot to put it on when they rotated my tires. I called the shop, but they said they weren't aware of forgetting to put on my Toyota center cap, nor do they have one sitting around that may be mine. As a result, I'm shopping on eBay to replace it. Not good..!! I don't know what has changed, but the attention to detail at Alonso's isn't what it used to be. Unfortunately, they've lost my business. I can't recommend them anymore. If you do choose to use them, inspect your vehicle carefully before you leave. I should have done the same instead of driving off after a service and assuming I received the same quality service I'd experienced for so many years.

AAMCO was charging way too much, so I kept searching and found Mike. Mike was extremely thorough. He quickly took care of my check engine light and addressed other important issues that needed attention. Now my 2002 Ford Expedition runs like new, no problems at all. yesterday I went to this tire shop because I had a flat tire on one of my tires that had warranty. I was worried the shop would give me a hard time because I've gone to previous shops and have had issues when I get anything with warranty. As soon as I got there I explained to the girl the issue I was having. I told her I had purchased the warranty for the tire not too long ago and she say don't worry we will get you taken care of and get you a new tire. She wrote up the paperwork and had my tire replaced with a new one and honored my warranty. Her customer service was so great that I will now be buying their more often when I need tires she honors the warranty with no issues read more

Had a flat tire and at first they couldn't find a used tire that fit my car. Dylan along with her coworkers searched again and found me a tire and were able to help me! They also helped me with tire rotation as I told them my car kept moving more to one side. This place is incredible affordable and helpful! I recommend them to anyone in the Ontario, Ca area! Came in today 12/17 at 6pm spot closed at 6:30 asked then if they can install my tire that I had ordered online onto my 2018 Audi.
