As a women i recommend this place definitely female customer friendly :) The guy was very kind when I went in I was ready to pay for a whole new tire and he could've honestly charged me for that and I would've fallen for it but he told me no you just need a patch so I'm very thankful for him because a lot of other places would've done otherwise in these times!! Great service, especially in a pinch, they will let you know how long the wait is and get you in and out. Sometimes I never had to get out to get in and out. Tires ranged from $50-$100 bucks pending put use your words this man will work with you. I got 4 tires once, balance, rotated, alignment, and I was off and running in no time. my mom swears by this shop and she has been coming for years because the price and work is great and customer service is very helpful and accommodating! now that i'm an adult myself, i thought to trust them because my mom does and they didn't disappoint. i went in for not even a tire related issue, my thermostat was messed up and i went to a few shops prior that wanted to charge me $150 just to look at the car. went into Don Cortez, explained my situation and i was directed to buy the part and they'll take care of the labor. they took care of it so quickly and my car is back in tip top shape, i will always come to them first for anything from now on! read more

The best tire shop!! Needed 2 new tires that weren't in stock but they ordered them and were able to take care of my tires the same day! They are by far the quickest and most reliable shop! AND my cheap lock for the lug nuts broke when removing them, so he gave me one of the spares he had to keep in case of emergency! Impeccable customer service! Was running on my run flats because the city of Ontario is infested with potholes !! I came across this gem of a place!! I called and got size in stock confirmation and pricing immediately over the phone. So I hurried there and they were men of their words!! Great pricing and very honest ! It was a quick fix and was on my way in less than 15 min. The gentleman even lined up the two flat tires and pointed out the damage so I can take pictures to file a complaint with the city!! I asked them if they are doing the road service to replace my motor home tires. They came but I was specifically told them where the exactly I am at. They went to other side man there was lot of misunderstanding. First of all I told them that I have to go work by 230pm we both agreed that they are available to come the next day 8am. All the sudden they showed up one hours before I head out to work. Wtf I was confused. I decided to kept my mouth shut. They took forever to look and inspection I guess they don't know how to do. They decided to come back tomorrow and I agreed. This morning I text the person who work at Cortez tire her name is Brenda. I asked them if they are come today at 8am and no respond. That's unprofessional and not ethical. I'll never go to the shop ever again. Ugh waste my time to wake up in the morning to be prepare before they come! read more

Went in to get some new tires and rims installed and when I left I had the windows up and music playing. The truck sat for 2-3 weeks inside the garage when I finally pulled it out I had the window down and heard a noise from my front driver wheel... aside from charging me almost $200 for lug nuts they didn't tighten the LUGS!! They were all lose I used my hand to check them all no tools only 2 were tight... I feel like they over priced me for the service and lug nuts over $200 and couldn't even complete the service. If I could post a video I would but I can't if you come here make sure you check your lugs god forbid your front wheel comes lose on the freeway! read more

Took my expensive wire wheels here, Obie helped me out and got my wheels and tires mounted(I brought my own tires) Lowrider wheels are especially difficult to mount, he mounted and balanced them and made sure I was satisfied. Gave me a fair price too. I'll be back. read more

I'm always scared to go to shops as a girl! They always try and screw you over. But this place I've been going to for years. they always have good used tires at a reasonable price. I go to them everytime until I'm ready to buy a whole set of new ones. The guys were very friendly and polite and helpful. I only took a star away because I was greeted with all Spanish speaking and I replied in English and they continue to speak Spanish. they then changed language when I kept replying in English. I don't care if someone speaks Spanish but if I respond in English than switch please don't make me have to ask or don't assume I know Spanish because my ethnicity. Over good guys. read more

Terrible establishment- should be closed down! Paid for an alignment and I noticed after driving a few miles that the steering wheel was still veering to the right and was not at all fixed. To confirm my suspicions I took it to "Just tires" the next day to confirm what I thought. The alignment was done completely improper (have diagram proof) and I wanted my money back. Went back today and the incompetent manager is unwilling to provide a refund because his mechanic test drive it again and it drove "fine".. BS!!!! This place is a scam. I already put in a claim with Visa and am sending them all my records. I suggest STAY away from this shop. read more

Went here around 5 o'clock and i went alone and I said I need 2 back tires and they were rude about it saying it was either 35 dollar ones or 45 dollar ones and I'm not mad about the price but I came here a couple days ago with the same car and they said 30 with my uncle there with me so not sure if they were trynna rip-me off but to make matters worse a truck came like 5 minutes after I got there and the worker said "okay let me get to him first then you" at this point it was a joke I left. this was my tire shop Me and my family have been going to for years but not anyone! read more
