Worst courier service ever!!! The most Unreliable, slow, incompetent customer service I have ever dealt with. They lost my package and had not shown it scanned since they received it from Summit. If you buy any car parts from Summit insist on UPS not this crappy company. I told Summit Racing they should never use them again. Oh and btw, they don't let you come and pick up your package. This company is the worst shipping company out there. Items arrive at their facilities and sit there for days or weeks, without being sent out for delivery. Their delivery people often leave packages by the curb (in direct sun or rain, and readily available to be stolen) rather than go the few extra steps to leave them on a porch or by the front door. Package from Jet due Tuesday. It's been in town and Out for Delivery every day starting and since then. They'll "attempt redelivery" tomorrow, Friday, again. Someone has been home all day. Every day. No knock. No note. No doorbell. Other carriers have no problem leaving non-signature packages in a concealed (or, hell, right in the middle of the porch); so even if they *were* actually showing up, I'm not sure how this system would be better. Unless we were living in the city, where the chance of theft might be high. Which we're not. I've had issues with Ontrac in the past (the time the driver literally threw a package over our tall courtyard fence in Sacramento? Ah, the memories), and thought that's where they'd stay. It looks like accurate shipping estimates are a thing of the past. ETA: I'm giving an extra star for the quick resolution of this particular incident. IF it were personal deliveries to a home I could careless what time it arrives. There is nothing "on track" with this company. They're customer service is horrible. The "escalation process" doesn't provide any level of information regarding the status of your package. It's been a week that my package has been sitting in their warehouse and nobody can tell me when it will be delivered. Not even the Manager of the Solutions Team (that resolves nothing) can tell you when you will find out when your package will be delivered. The process is to sit and wait until the Warehouse Manager decides he will inform you of your new delivery date. Crazy that there are no evident metrics for this type of function, yet it explains why nobody is accountable to anyone. Poor process and complacent delivery company. Horrible. Claimed that they attempted delivery once, and that I refused the package. I have video proof from my doorbell camera that no one even came to my house the entire day. Standard redelivery is three times before returning to sender, but they returned to sender immediately without trying again. I reached out to their customer service with no reply. I had to contact the sender themselves just to ensure that I'd get a refund for my package. Ordered makeup from Sephora. Ontrac stated the package as delivered and it wasn't. Big shocker there (NOT). Tried to call but there's no option to talk to a human being. Sephora refunded me for the items. Maybe it'll turn up in a couple days? Either way I'm bummed, was looking forward to the products I purchased. Also I was home all day and was able to get packages from other carriers. It's a quiet street and I ran outside every time I heard a truck. I highly doubt OnTrac was even in my neighborhood. I would say screw this company but I'm sure it was the actions of a solo driver. Yesterday July 4th I was outside working in my yard when I heard a truck pull up and something hit my house. It was the package that the OnTrac driver threw from his driver seat out the open passenger window like he was delivering newspapers. I walked out and asked if he really just threw my package against my house like that. He got out picked it up shook it and said: "Is something broken? Don't think so..." He then tossed it again onto my stairs, got back in his van quickly and tried to leave. I took a pic with my phone very obviously as he was leaving. He then dared me to report him. Its really great having a 3rd party deal with your mail. I enjoy having no tracking number the last day of my delivery with no time to be at home. I took off work to wait for USPS yet they send it a day late to loophole the system and save money. I wish we had the option to PAY EXTRA to not have to deal with On Trac. I dont feel good having my package in someone's POV. I dont like the lack of information, and I really dont like that a 3rd party gets to exist for a dollar. They delivery my monthly fresh meat box. They said it was delivered to my home on April 10th 2020 which is the perishable deadline. The box was delivered on April 13th 2020. That is three days past the deadline. The dry ice was evaporated and the meat had thawed. The delivery truck is not refrigerated and was full of Butcher Box and Blue Apron perishable boxes. Seriously the worst delivery carrier I have ever worked with. Package after package is lost. One company I order with monthly forces me to spend more money and upgrade shipping to fedex because OnTrac has lost so many of my packages and they have had to reship my items. We live on property with 3 houses and a farm. They will drive PAST 3 houses and dump boxes at random out buildings. They mark that my packages were left "at back door" when they is no back door. We check all 3 homes on the property, but don't find items. Sometimes farm workers find the packages. Sometimes they are just lost forever. That's a big enough problem on its own. But then horrible customer service is added in. My latest lost package was left "at back door" 6 days ago. I'm told a local manager will contact me within the hour. But I was told that last Thursday as well. Before that, I was told someone would contact the driver on Wednesday and call me back. On Trac it the most unorganized delivery company you can find. Used by Walmart to deliver to homes these people are so inept they cant read a sign. We live in a gated home and there is a sign the says to call the number of the house to be let in. The sign also says DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES AT THE GATE. We have found packages in the front yard, outside the gate a week after they were delivered. Many are rain soaked and some are stolen because their drivers are too lazy to call the number. We also have a large package box at the gate and the drivers will just throw the packages on the ground. No call, no notice etc. One time they delivered the label of the box without the box. Two weeks later the box showed up on the front lawn. Dont use this company. Even the post office is smarter. We told Walmart we wont buy from them if they ship by On Trac. Plus there is no customer service number. So you cant complain. read more

This has to be the worst delivery service. For one thing, their address is completely different from their website. They have moved to McDowell, about a quarter mile from their original location. I had an order that was being held at their office, for unknown reasons, for three days. Once I talked to the company I ordered from, they said there was no reason on OnTrac's end for it. I called OnTrac myself to see what was going on and while on the phone with a rude woman , I watched (via on my computer) my tracking information on their website disappear. I ended up going down to their office, where the employee had told me their internet was "down" and didn't have my package. After speaking with the company I ordered from and OnTrac, it seems it had just disappeared and my tracking number was erased. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this company. Reading reviews on this place, looks like I'm not the only one. Thankfully the vendor is replacing my order, and I requested they DO NOT use OnTrac for any more of my orders. I got to know my ontrac delivery driver in a very special way. You see he often speeds through my neighborhood were there is a park that children 2 years old to sixth graders hang out at - not easy to see a kid when you're going about 35 in a 25. I didn't even know this was a driver for OnTrac until I called to complain about items that showed they were delivered when they were not and other missing packages. They said that they would look into it... incidentally I asked them what kind of trucks do your drivers drive are they sometimes white vans? The manager said yes sometimes they are white vans. I proceeded to also include my experience with what I just found out was probably their driver. I let them know how when I was backing into my driveway he zipped around me flipping me off. Not what I would expect from a delivery company. The managers reaction to this was to say we will just mark your location as unsafe. They do not deliver to us anymore and won't send out another replacement driver. All of our subsequent orders from various vendors have all been returned to sender when they use ontrac. Not very professional at all. If you are a company looking to get your product to the customer hassle free do not use ontrac - they are a farce. They steal packages and when you report them they wreak havoc. I would encourage no one to use this company. They have thrown my packages in the bushes, middle of the driveway, in the street or today was the best, outside in a RAIN STORM with no plastic around it. The worse service I have ever encountered. My package was never delivered. I placed my order on July 11th and was told via e-mail that it shipped on July 12th. There were 4. Failed attempt on delivery! I was assured each time it would be there the next day and they would call me when shipped out each time. I never got any follow up phone call or package. On July 24th I finally said to cancel the delivery and I would just get a refund from Kolh's. On Trac stated that I refused the package! How can you refuse something they never deliver?? Was waiting on a package delivery from Amazon to The Sea Ranch that is being held up in Petaluma. OnTrac didn't bother to call the local contact number for delivery information or confirmation of address and I couldn't reach anyone on the phone or leave a message. Amazon finally refunded the money and reordered my stuff (once I was able to reach someone in the US after several unsuccessful attempts with their horrible call center in Asia). I hope that another shipper is used for the next order but that seems unlikely.
