My son uses a wheelchair and we were there to rent a full tux. I don't know why we weren't helped, but it's hard not to believe the neglect was due to his multiple disabilities. This was a very disappointing and disheartening experience. I'm glad so many people have had great experiences, but if you're disabled I would recommend going somewhere else. And maybe if you're able-bodied, please consider supporting other businesses that don't discriminate. The owner did allow my son to use the bathroom while we waited, which we really appreciated.
