I moved to anthem and saw the great reviews at Premier wellness center. 5 weeks ago Dr. Kelly Collins injected my lips for the second time. Immediately I noticed a huge lump forming on the left side of my upper lip. It is a clear bubble filled of Juvederm (cyst) which is caused by improper injection. I came back twice to have her dissolve it but the cyst is still there after a whole month!!! I asked for my money back and Dr. Kelly who is also the owner would not give me my money back and told me to read the sign in the front of the window that says "no refunds" which I still have not seen.
