He just happened to be their to help them out. Katelyn was very sweet and apologized for that day even though I feel like it was not her fault. Her physical assistant was very nice too. They took time to explain whatever questions that I had. I had a very good experience today and glad that I decided to reschedule!

She's so kind and to have someone fully listen to my concerns is a breath of fresh air. I truly feel she has my back and is willing to run the distance for me to make sure I'm as healthy as possible. The location couldn't be any better as well! I'm actually excited to start my health journey for a change. :) Front Desk clerks were very kind and informative. The nurse was gracious and caring. I have actually had 3 different primary doctors here due to staffing changes, but had Dr. Rogers for the past year or so. She's great- very personable, easy to talk to, trustworthy. My prior doctors were good as well, as are any other people (PAs, etc) that I saw. I could always get in for an appointment when I needed to and always got things like follow-up calls and prescription refills taken care of timely. It can be hard to find a good doctor, especially just randomly selecting one close to home from the insurance list... but this luckily worked out. I recommend seeing Dr. Rogers.

First for a scheduled aneurysm flow diverter placement by Dr. Kreitel with one night in neuro ICU. Two months later for a brain bleed from a skiing accident when I stayed overnight in neuro ICU again. Excellent care again by ER staff and neuro ICU nurses. Two days later I stayed another night for a suspected brain rebleed... I don't know how ER staff handles the chaos. Nearby a man threatened 3 security guards & a nurse. They took care of it and In think maybe he was arrested, not sure. Anyway I share this because I was originally taken by ambulance to Bronson where they removed my C Collar, plopped me in a wheelchair where I couldn't hold my head up...and it turns out I sat there ignored with a subarachnoid hemorrhage...That was after I told them my helmet was cracked in 1/2, I was on blood thinners and needed a stat CT to rule out a bleed cuz I had brain surgery 2 months prior... Bronson ignored me so I had my son come get me, called Borgess neurosurgery who ordered a brain CT, then admitted to Borgess. At this point, I'm team Borgess all the way.
