If you can wait out the line before getting to the front door, it's worth the wait. Good to go earlier in the day or much later in the day if possible. Everyone seems to like this store. The line for paying for items seems longer than the number of people roaming around the store. I have no problem with telling anyone my size, but it was nice of him to ask in that manner because not everyone is comfortable sharing that out loud. He then took me around to all the different options within the store that they had (I was looking for walking shorts and wicking T-shirts). I wasn't pushed toward buying anything more expensive. It was nice to be given all the options available and just deciding what I wanted. He checked in with us from time to time as we were looking around. Overall, a very good experience. Tried calling again 40 minutes on hold Called Famous Footwear customer service 888-869-1053 another 20 minutes on hold. The rep said the only way to resolves is to call Comenity Bank who does not answer the phone. I can not resolve this with comenity I can not create an account without the credit card # to resolve this issue on their website as I never received the credit card No doubt you are fully aware of the horrible reviews for Comenity Bank's customer service This does not reflect well on Famous footwear.
