Anyhow, I called around noon on a Saturday and this place so kindly scheduled me for 145 and they were so kind and helpful over the phone. I had called like 9 places and either no answer or they were rude. So I feel as though this had to be the place and I was right!! Gina was so amazing and made sure I was comfy and did an outstanding job on my hair, I think we cut close to 8-10 inches off! I posted some before and after pics. She is so sweet and professional and caring and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I had gotten my hair done years ago from another salon and they bleached and butchered my hair so I was so nervous to come to another salon to get it done. But Kassandra took the time to listen and my hair is BEAUTIFUL! She is an expert on hair cuts as well, I went from long hair with no volume or definition to beautiful long layers with bangs that frame my face, I got a balayage done and now that I have lived here for 5 years I think I have found my new salon. I made the effort to plan my day around this appointment and show up when I was supposed to, only to be turned away. What made the situation even worse was the way it was handled. There was no effort to accommodate me or provide a reasonable solution. As a customer, I expect a business to honor scheduled appointments--especially when the customer arrives on time. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on the way I was treated, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.
